Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract's Eternal Bliss

I recently contacted Nielsen-Massey Vanillas, Inc. about having two tablespoons left of their vanilla extract from my days of working at Williams-Sonoma Corporate in 1997.  I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response email from Mr. Nielsen, the Chief Operating Officer at the company who wrote the following kind message:

Thank you for your email and for your support of our products. Thank you also for the offer but we have tested our products extensively for both shelf life and the effects of aging. Our Pure Vanilla Extracts do not have a shelf life and actually continue to develop flavor and mellow just as a fine wine or liquor would. In fact, when we take vanilla home, we actually look for and take the oldest product available from our years of retained samples.

I would be curious to see the condition of the bottle though. We have not a done a good job of keeping older designs of our products, so that may be of interest. Any chance you could take a photograph and send it to me? If it is in a good condition I would be happy to have you send it to me and we would compensate with a new bottle. Thank you!

I forwarded photos of the bottle hoping it's good enough for the cut. I love vanilla, it's one of my favorite flavors and I also use it in my aromatherapy regimen as well mixing it with other scents like coconut and lavender. One of my vanilla incense viles is at least 20 years old since  I tend to hold onto certain things a while.

I'll make sure to keep this aged vanilla extract well hidden from the evil landlady of my building who recently stole what would be equivalent to probably 1,000 bottles of this extract in the form of cash. I don't know what this extract sells for, but if it's $6.00 a bottle, then 1,000 bottles are what I could have bought what that stolen cash from my apartment.

Large Theft @ 1245 California Street San Francisco 94109

I'm documenting a large cash theft of $6,000 that I had withdrawn from an IRA distribution in early 2011 in case of economic or bank collapse.  I hid it in what I believed to be a safe place taped behind my bookcase.  Prior to this, I made sure the locks in my unit were non-pickable that must have peaked the landlady's attention a bit when I called to ask about them.

The video below shows the documented 1099 form for tax year 2011.  I had the money wired to my bank account where it was withdrawn to be hidden in my home for safe keeping.  The video also shows the beneficiary I placed on the IRA is none other than the landlady along with the ASPCA.

I sent three letters requesting the landlady not enter my unit without my being there. I am also required by California State law to secure certain items.  Prior to this I had never had any issues with the landlady entering when I wasn't there, so my letters must have really brought great interest to what was in my apartment. As previously disclosed in my other posts, I had a nightmare that caused me great fear of a future theft in my apartment I purchased a motion detector alarm for that was never activated. See

I'm also posting this for other tenants to be aware of possible unlawful entry.  It seems the landlady likes tenants to be off the property during the day based on her complaint to me.  Why would a landlady have a problem with that?  I've noticed other things missing, including the control to the motion detector alarm, that was in a plastic bag along with the manual. These things are missing along with some small utensil from my kitchen.

The behavior of this landlady since I reported the theft has been very strange.  My follow-up is on an audio vlog here.  I'm sorry but in spite of her age, I can't have compassion for someone I've given gifts to over the years who seems to feel entitled to my money.  I tried to put myself in her shoes and if someone sent me those warning letters not to enter another's unit, I would certainly have tried to work out a time when the tenant could be there, or at the very least let her know why I'd have to enter the apartment regardless.

I'm just thinking about how some of these elderly ladies feel so much entitlement. Free rent for 20 years, free comcast and utilities!  The social security check's apparently not enough leaving tenants like me to be some form of retirement plan.

This good man James Stewart was subjected to incredible torture thanks to Satanist Ventura District Attorney Greg Totten seeking personal revenge. Totten is mafia-like, criminal and extremely corrupt.

This is just a good man who has worked for decades to bring high quality healthy foods to Americans in his local community.  He was told because he didn't return a call from the DA's office he claims to have never received, they brutally stormed him at a court hearing which was really an unlawful kidnapping in all respects. They then arrested him and sent him into a black hole in a Los Angeles jail where he was deliberately lost while being subjected to severe psychological and physical torture for several days.

Why Do Frugal People Get Robbed More Than Others?

In view of the recent theft of $6,000 cash emergency funds out of my apartment I recently posted about, I wanted to review a few things so people might be able to understand the nature of the person who they stole from. Here are a few facts about me:

1. I was homeless in 1984-86 1.5 years, as a broke student in Los Angeles.

2. I have never been to Europe or taken any significant vacation in my life. I've never been on a cruise and haven't owned a car since 1986.

3.  I put 60,000 miles on one Honda 49cc scooter in the 1990's in Los Angeles.

4.  I have always lived conservatively and kept certain items for decades I like that I still I wear or use to this day.

For instance:

They sure don't make em like they used to!  I bought this The Limited cotton shirt back in 1992 at Del Amo mall in Torrance, California. I wore it while performing 206 hours of community service on the beach during the summer for a reckless driving on a motor scooter ticket.  I still wear it as a casual shirt during the winter months when I wake up for a cup of coffee.  I've managed to keep it stain free and it's held up very well with the color never fading from the sun or anything else.  It's still a deep purple unfaded shirt that's very soft.

My Hugo Max watch I got for $50 at Macy's in Del Amo Fashion Mall in Torrance California back in 1993.  I still wear it in 2012 although haven't always worn this particular watch.  The other watch is a Cheval that I got along with it.  I still have that one as well but don't wear it much anymore.

I've had these boots since 1997 and still wear them today. I've had to have a little work done on them of course. 

I don't like to buy new stuff so I make things I like last a long time. I've found you have to pay a ton of money these days for good quality made clothes, or find good sales. Even to this day I don't like wearing a lot of different clothes preferring to wear variations of the same kind of clothing.  Over the years I've donated many bags of nice clothing through law firms.

I recently finished up the sea salt flakes sample box I got from working in the food department at Williams-Sonoma corporate back in 1997.  It was used mostly for my pasta water.  When I finally used up the small 8 oz box, it had aged by 15 years!  My how time flies.  I also still have the Nielson-Massey Vanilla Bean Extract I purchased at a Williams-Sonoma store in 1997, but it's nearly gone now. If anyone would like the rest of this aged extract that gets better with time, please let me know by making an offer.  I don't bake much anymore being on a diet.

Free Rent For Decades, Comcast - Whose The Spoiled Princess Here? 

So, to reiterate, the person who has had free rent for a few decades now with free Comcast to boot, who merely has to manage being on-site in a building, felt entitled to $6,000 cash on hand I had in my apartment. This reminds me of the time a 5 time court evicted roommate felt entitled to the lease that I was forced off my property for not getting along with her. The lady didn't disclose to police officers her background of course and that she also didn't pay rent an entire year prior to moving in with me and the late Betty Fairchild, author of Now That You Know. It was a coup de etat of what was probably one of the best lease deals in San Francisco at that time in 1998, all with police officers strong encouragement and support. I think women who were born in the late 1930's and early 1940's have always been problematic for me.  These women must have grown up in a very unusual time period, because they all show the same attitude of entitlement.  Yet these very same women often accuse me of my feeling "superior" to them in some way.  I just don't get it, how they have no idea who I am or my life experiences, that they think they know a complete stranger.  These women from that generation tend to not respect my sovereignty from their needy tyranny, expecting me to support them in some way simply due to their age.

Dear Landlady:

I am not your retirement savings plan! Please return the $6,000 you stole out of my apartment.  You were told you could not enter my apartment without my being there and you did anyway.  Why don't you go get a part time job for your additional income and not feel you have a right to steal from my generation?  Why don't your adult children give you money?

How many people like me who are thrifty and frugal are targeted for theft because crooks know our mindset is to put cash away and save our money?  The landlady smokes pot on this property and I'm sure the $6,000 will buy her a lot of joints for a very long time. How many nice cruises will my hard earned money over the years buy for some heartless old wench who feels entitled to it?  Didn't she get enough money from her divorce and now defunct Brobeck law firm's generous retirement plan back in the early 1990's?

They say prior to our deaths that our lives often flash before our eyes.  I've taken whatever memories have been drummed up during the past month and put many of them on my Facebook timeline.  Since I'm clearly being  slow killed, it makes sense the memories aren't split second flashbacks appearing before my eyes.

Why I'm Likely A Future Murder Victim Of A Satanic Network of Professionals

The first and foremost reason I'm predicting and therefore documenting my future murder is I want to make it clear to those interested that I've always had a strong sense of personal sovereignty that I'm a free, independent person not beholden to anyone except my relationship with God.  Therefore even if I'm murdered, I will remain a free independent soul forever. 

When someone comes into my apartment to commit a large theft after I've given them plenty of forewarning that I will be able to identify them, it becomes clear that person intends on relying on a network of professionals in the system to cover it up.  These people involved in this theft dispute will attempt to remove all of my rights as a sovereign individual, demonstrating they have a right to my money and that the laws do not apply to nor affect them.  These people, who I define as Satanists, operate on spiritual principles they believe allow them special rights and privileges they grant one another over others' lives.  Their vision for me is very clear that they anticipate my future murder as a sacrifice to their god Satan for the purpose of acquiring more power in the spiritual dimension.

The witchcraft ritual of planting poison via the Dewey Man in my apartment on Valentine's Day, the day of the theft, is all too clear death is planned for me by these spiritualist Satanists.  This is not a "civil" matter as the police officer suggested in his phone call, it's a crime of the highest order in the Satanic church, preparing for my ultimate murder in perhaps making it look like a suicide.  I value my life and am a very strong person having endured decades of Satanits like these trying to murder me off.  In fact, I've been documenting what I've been through on my Facebook timeline from the age of 3 (I'm still working on the time line, having a ways to go prior to completing my earlier experiences).

I gave three forewarning letters to the elderly landlady, 70, who entered my apartment forcibly and without my permission.  This theft of my property of $6,000 cash was motivated by spiritual based mindset that the laws do not apply to her or her Satanist network  She's lived in a small apartment for over 20 years without a job or income.  She doesn't partake in the local community and expects residents not have guests or bring anyone onto the property she tightly monitors. She has an apparent problem with the fact I have my own business by closely monitoring me for any business person I might bring into my apartment.  I've been forewarned not to conduct business on the property though I'm completely mobile and with a business in downtown office San Francisco and satellite offices well documented since 2009. She's had the audacity to hint I'm the only tenant in her apartment during the day and that it's considered abnormal.

The large theft caused me to have a terrifying premonition dream I recently posted about.  Anyone who would have the audacity to enter my apartment under the circumstances, and then believe they would get away with the crime, think they can get political support from their Satanist networks in law enforcement and through their employer.  The locks are non-pickable. This wasn't a burglary so the only suspects are the building manager and whomever she brought in.  She was forewarned to supervise such a person or she would be considered guilty for any theft of my property.  Yet the police are saying this is a "civil" matter related to trespassing being framed as such where the case is non-prosecutable.  This is clearly cover-up by Satan's network.

Under these circumstances, no warrant is needed to enter someone's property this way that a tenant can't effectively say "do not enter without my arranging for me to be there".  They choose the time and dictate when they will enter, regardless that you cannot make such time for what really is a non-urgent nor necessary entry.  They're unwilling to come back when you're available and, in the interim, rob you of $6,000.  With their action they're claiming it's their right to do so, that the money and everything in your unit belongs to them in reality (e.g., Edmond Wollmann's false claim for a $580,000 judgment is completely fraudulent, he didn't file a valid counter lawsuit against me and he committed perjury to the judge). It's clear that these Satanists are working together to take complete dominion over my life and property.  As Edmond Wollmann is a building manager and astrologer, so is the building manager of my property who did my astrology chart back in 2003  I was intimidated to pay her $125 for through her solicitation by examples of her attempts at evicting a former tenant.

These Sataninsts clearly plan on murdering me one day.  This is being documented and I will be placing all future events my Facebook timeline in case anyone want's to research related to what led up to my murder by these parasites of humanity. Police officers have continually demonstrated they are followers of Satan throughout most of my life. They are not good men or women but vicious murderers and thugs.  The landlady of this building knows she could get away with such a theft with the support of the police.  They will now want to have me murdered, making it look like an accident, and come into my apartment again to see what other thefts they can commit to obtain more alleged spiritual dominion over me.

The false reality created by Satanists on the Internet was their way of establishing spiritual dominion over me after I rejected Rick Lazzarini, a former horror movie film special effects whiz.  In 2007 when I was a singer, Lazzarini contacted me anonymously by email using Edmond Wollmann's former AOL address.  Later I was able to finally uncover his identity to learn Mr. Lazzarini is clearly a Satanist whose profession has reflected how dark, evil and disturbing his nature is.  These Satanists, who are complete strangers, branded me for exploitation on the Internet for having the audacity to stand up to them with a lawsuit.  It's clear they think they have special dominion and rights over their targeted victims' lives.

These sick people think I've been "owned" by  them in some way and continue to work through networks to the point of recently entering my apartment to commit a large theft.  A police officer once told me "you have many enemies" after he used the Internet as a means of research on my cyberstalking case.  These are complete strangers who are creating a false reality in order to carry out their crimes against me believing they'll have public complicity because I'm an alleged hated person. - Cheryl Meril

One of the main characteristics I note about these kind of people is that they are mentally ill and/or extremely dumb being largely unaware of that fact. In other words, they're completely oblivious to how abnormal they've become.  How abnormal does one have to be to believe they have a right to enter a tenant's property as a building manager to steal their cash?  So, these people especially don't respect my individuality or that I'm a free spirit viewing everything I own belonging to them, that my life is owned by them and I have no choices.

I developed a sense of what real freedom was from my days being a violist in youth orchestras. There's nothing more beautiful then expressing one's soul and connection with God and the universe through playing an instrument in an orchestra if you have musical talent.  Praying and singing is also another means of freedom.  No one can prevent you from praying except through an ultimate act of murder.  No one can prevent you from singing unless they put a gag over your mouth.  These are all things given to us by God Satanists want to destroy unless it is somehow used

I will always be free, whether or not I'm murdered by these sick people, or that it's made to look like a suicide due to their continual infliction of hardship in my life.  Regardless of what will occur in the future I will remain free forever from these pitiful demented rats of Satan and their illusions of grandeur over my life.


Special Note:  Other tenants in this building complain of the landlady bringing reckless dirty men onto the property who have disrespected them and their property.  I believe the landlady uses this as a means to intimidate and control her victims and note their reaction and protests over how much power she can obtain over them.  Years ago I once came home late at night to believing a burglary took place that my closet and doors were in complete disarray and I was frightened.  The landlady entered without my permission or knowledge having someone fix my closet sliding doors I had requested. I didn't give her permission to enter without my being there.

My Dream Forewarning Of Enormous Theft Scared The Hell Out Of Me

The theft of my $6,000 emergency cash fund from my apartment in San Francisco I recently posted about really began when I had a premonition nightmare of having been  seriously robbed to the point of great devastation.  It was one of those dreams one can't ignore because it seemed so real.  When I woke up from the nightmare five or six months ago, I felt such a sense of fear and panic that I took immediate action.

The foreboding dream had perhaps been given as a gift from God to let me know to take precautions to prevent the theft.  Unfortunately, my actions that followed weren't at all effective to circumvent the future event. My video explores reasons why my immediate actions were ineffective for others with similar experiences to perhaps learn from.

After the nightmare, the psychological devices I chose as a means of immediate comfort were ineffective in preventing the theft.

I'm posting this so others might learn how to pay attention to premonitions. I'm also posting in order to let interested parties know what likely will happen to me in the future.  Not that I think I'm any significant person, it's just that I have psychic abilities and want to document what I'm experiencing in terms of the criminal intent of perpetrators.  I believe a decision was made that my life is to end in the near future. I don't know what will take place to make this happen, but I recently felt a profound sense of sadness over my future untimely death someone had determined would take place.  I had a dream I'll never forget a while back of being suffocated to death in a conference room that seemed very real. I was drooling and the man was strangling me from behind as a woman watched.  I believe that dream was also likely a premonition.

Unfortunately, I believe thus far that I've fallen victim to a network of Satanists who believe they can do whatever they wish and that my life's not up to me. These viral Satanists have been well documented on this blog the past few years including astrologer and La Jolla building manager Edmond Wollmann, horror film special effects guru Rick Lazzarini, San Diego's Judge Robert Longstreth, and, as I've since recently confirmed, an astrologer landlady I've had the past 9 years.

The nature of spiritual warfare against the dark world of demons requires more than what I did in the theft situation, plain and simple.  I first sought immediate psychological comfort that the dream premonition wouldn't take place thanks to the alarm system. I then questioned whether I had overreacted to the dream. As the months passed, I let my guard down believing I had been silly.

If one has a premonition dream the most important thing to know is not to put a time frame on when you believe the event will happen. Do not assume it will occur immediately thereafter or even in the near future.  Never let your guard down and don't question the authenticity of such a dream.

I'm a natural psychically gifted person who picks up on people's thoughts unintentionally  at times. I often know a few days before when a client will call. It happens all the time that a client passes my mind and then calls me within a few days.  In view of this inclination, I picked up on my landlady's thoughts shortly prior to the theft and knew she wanted to do a dirty deed against me. I felt a dark, evil spirit of rape (theft) and death (poison) were involved.  I issued warning letters I thought were enough to prevent her, but obviously she knew something I wouldn't admit to myself, that the police wouldn't give a flying rats ass about the theft.

I had given the landlady a large can full of organic non-GMO vegetable seeds and Christmas gifts over the years. Go figure how evil one would have to be to steal a ton of cash out of such a tenant's apartment under the circumstances.  The moral of the story? Try not to get involved with the building manager of your apartment complex if you can help it.

Signs From God! Angel Appears in Clouds, the Sun Sends Record Mass Ejections to Earth

I'd say the story behind this angel in the clouds photograph really is a sign from God meant for those who had the eyes to see it.

This cloud's momentary formation occurred with the photographer's noting it just in time as he visited the Grand Palace in Bangkok.

He said: "I went with one of my friends to take photos at the palace's Temple of the Emerald Buddha. "After a few hours we decided to leave and when we were almost at the exit I saw the sky was going to close like it was going to rain.

Note the article was published by The Sun ;-).  Meanwhile, as the sun's involved with such things as angel rendering in the clouds, it's also involved in recent record breaking mass ejections towards earth such that happened on March 7, 2012.

The largest recorded mass ejection toward earth ever by the sun, X5.4 class flare from sunspot 1429 won't have a direct hit on earth, but these are getting closer in proximity lately.  The flare's due to arrive near earth on March 8-9, 2012.


During my mushroom experience(s) in the early 1980's I learned the sun has intelligence, that it's a living thing with consciousness believe it or not, of the highest order.  When the sun shines on your face making you feel warm, try to remember how happy it makes you feel when it's cold outside.  It's a metaphor for God's love or wrath depending on one's state of mind and how they've lived their lives. For me the sun is a powerful good thing, for others it's hell fire.

Is Linda Hubbell A Lesbian Notary Stalking Me? Also, Crazy Drunk Last Night Asks For Gun in San Francisco

The crazies have been coming out of the woodwork lately due to the deterioration of American culture. The pending fall of America is causing a lot of turmoil. For instance, last night outside my window a few stories down, I heard some loud violent activity and ran to the window to find some crazy businessman was laying flat on his back where someone pinned him down. His lady was yelling "get off of him!"  I came back with a camera to record his screaming "get me a gun" and "I'm going to kill you!"

Then I've got yet another cyber stalker, this time a female who continually reveals her predatory nature of me on forums, Linda Hubbell of Gainsville Florida.  After 30 years as a notary public, Linda feels so confident in herself as a notary that she doesn't bother to identify her name in her site's about section.  Linda's apparently too busy out monitoring and stalking notaries like me to make sure we don't stand up for ourselves in abusive situations by certain rogue agencies such as Flex Closing Corp.  My experience with Flex has been recorded in the video below that Ms. Hubbell apparently has a problem with.  Perhaps Ms. Hubbell would do well addressing her own local community and stop attempting to control those from another galaxy so to speak.

From all the predatory stalking of me on notary forums, I question if Linda Hubbell's a lesbian seeking domination over women she can't do in real life.  I received no response to my question as of yet which I interpret to be a "yes". Ms. Hubbell, I'm not interested, you can keep your telescope focused on your own neighborhood from here on out.

The one thing I've noted about Satanists throughout the years is they're absolutely adamant they can do whatever they want with me as their victim.  Apparently when I moved into my apartment in 2003 and allowed the landlady to do my astrological birth chart, she believed herself to have been given special spiritual providence over my life.  What I had anticipated receiving was a simple document of a few pages along with gratitude I was willing to pay a $125 fee for her service. What I got instead was an obsessed landlady who went to the extent of recording three tapes full of her astrological analysis going into extreme detail on the level of a psychic medium.  It was downright spooky.

Later, the landlady had expressed shock and anger that I had shared those tapes with a coworker that seemed to really disturb her.  The landlady has since brought up my tape sharing on more than one occasion over the years demonstrating she's held a grudge believing I had mocked her in some way.  The truth of the matter was I never listened to the tapes but for maybe 5 minutes.  I didn't care what my astrological chart was because I didn't believe in the stuff. I couldn't help it if the landlady took her profession so seriously, I wasn't under contract to take any of it seriously. The truth was that I had paid the landlady for her solicited services because I felt intimidated with the things she was telling me after I moved in such as about an attempted eviction of a tenant in the building over cabinet slamming late at night.

Satanists Believe Their Faux Spiritual Powers Supercede U.S. Laws

It seems true that nothing I've ever done has any power against these Satanists in their doing whatever they please with me and my life and that U.S. laws don't ever protect me from their activities. For instance, I can go to court over cyber stalkers such as I did against astrologer and La Jolla building manager Edmond Wollmann and someone I later uncovered who was also involved, Hollywood horror movie special effects man Rick Lazzarini.  Judges such as the atheist and anti-Semetic Judge Robert Longstreth appointed by Hollywood Terminator film actor Arnold Schwarzenegger will then slaughter me like a little lamb while greatly rewarding and vindicating the perpetrators for my attempting to stand up to them.

The Satanists observe these victories over me and begin noting the power they're being given in this world to rob, steal and do great damage to myself and others.   It's almost as if they're testing the spiritual waters so to speak to see how much they can float prior to sinking.  People such as myself don't obey or recognize any spiritual providence these Satanists believe is theirs.  I've since learned that with every chance they get, the Satanists have networked, if not in another spiritual dimension, in their attempt for complete power and control over those they believe they have spiritual dominion over.

The issue has and will always be I don't recognize any spiritual providence Satanists have over my life that always pisses them off. When I draw the line, they step over it repeatedly as if they can do whatever they want.  For instance, I wrote three letters to the landlady asking her not to enter my apartment without my being there.  In particular I was concerned for her plan to plant a poisonous substance on Valentine's Day in my unit that was in my opinion highly symbolic and part of a witchcraft ritual of death.  After I delivered the letters, including a copy to the building owners, I believed that was enough to prevent entry into my unit. I never heard back and didn't believe with all the forewarning they'd enter my unit.

A few weeks after my apartment was entered I did not believe had occurred, I discovered the theft of my emergency fund cash that had been taped behind my bookcase (as shown in the photo).  I had last accessed the envelope on January 3 to make a final deposit from the emergency cash fund that was to be used in case of a bank failure in order to pay rent.   When I discovered the theft of $6,000 cash, it was like someone had punched me in the stomach. I couldn't believe it so I made absolute sure it had been taken because I couldn't believe someone would have the audacity to enter my apartment after all the letters I had written documenting my suspicions of their intent to steal something out of my apartment.

Turns out my unit was entered without my knowledge or any notification whatsoever they would do so after I asked them not to. They simply didn't cooperate and did whatever they so pleased. These entries into my unit weren't for emergency purposes whatsoever.  The perpetrators never responded because it was clear a theft was being planned and it was hoped the first entry with insufficient notice was enough to throw me off guard not to be in my apartment to supervise the entry.

Never Call Your Landlady To Ask How Secure the Door Locks Are!

Looking back it wasn't a good idea to call the landlady a few months prior asking her about how good the locks are on my apartment door, it might have peaked her attention a bit. She referred my question to the locksmith who installed the door locks who later told me they were non-pickable locks. This little inquiry apparently caused the landlady to note I had something in my unit I wanted to prevent theft of.  The first red flag I was given was a notice to enter that was with less than 24 hour notice. Usually they provide a week's notice. This tipped me off something was up, and what followed were consecutive notices to enter my unit.  I was able to arrange a new time to be in the apartment the first time, but my other requests were ignored. I believed they would have let me know if they were going to enter my unit after I wrote them they didn't have my permission.

This blog post is to confirm that Satanists are patiently trying to kill me off such as by doing symbolic ritualistic things on Valentine's Day involving poison while stealing a large sum of money. This pattern continues since lawsuits I filed in 2009 against complete strangers stalking and harassing me trying to get to my money with an obvious objective to destroy my life in the process.

This information provided in this post is for future reference should anything happen to me.  I do pray to God and call on the blood of Jesus for protection but wanted to document all of this for anyone else who may encounter such a brazen Satanic network of thieves and potential murderers who use whatever vehicles they can to take from your life.

I've Removed Landlady From My Last Will & Testament After Theft of $6,000 From My Apartment

Several months ago I really couldn't understand what was prompting me to do things such as surf the Internet for security cameras and actually purchase a security alarm system, but it turns out there was good reason.

It's such a shame how we sometimes don't take action based on our strong intuition. The fact of the matter was though, prior to a theft of $6,000 in my unit on Valentine's Day, I had actually purchased a security alarm system a few months ago.  I wanted to activate the system but failed to do so because I later learned I would have had to give the building manager one of the wireless controllers to be able to turn it off.  One can't go around having exorbitant security alarm systems in their apartments without providing a means for property management to turn it off should they enter for emergencies.

So I had a motion detector alarm system I never activated in my apartment prior to a theft because those I suspected of wanting to commit a crime would have the wireless controller to turn it off anyway.  (Photo at left) I'm now opting to purchase a motion detector security camera system which is what I should have done in the first place.  They can't prevent you from having a motion detector security camera in your apartment that can transfer footage to the Internet for viewing each day.  

First and foremost, one has to use common sense to deal with potential threats to their unattended property. In my case I knew there was something fishy from the get go about the building manager who espoused a lot of new age spirituality propaganda to make me believe she would never do such a thing she eventually was involved in.  Satanists often use this new age propaganda to create illusions of themselves to their victims to try to get them brainwashed and dependent on them for their manipulation.  Interlaced in the landlady's propaganda was a strong influence of socialism and a desire for commune style living, much like a senior home community.

Story Leading Up to Large Theft from My Apartment

There's a 71 year old retired law office worker whose been managing a residential building since 1992 where I've lived since 2003.  She has no job and hasn't worked for many years, so she's on social security and likely running low on funds.  She's not at all involved in the local community from what I've ascertained in that she's living in a small world dependent on the building to sustain her lifestyle.  These are exactly the kind of people not to trust in overseeing tenants' property in their apparently having a lot of fear for their future coupled with no income. They have health issues and medical bills.  They may resent having to serve tenants in the capacity of feeling like a slave in certain respects, especially if they're women.  Yet, they have free rent, free Comcast and live in a wonderful area they take for granted.  They spy on tenants with multiple security cameras knowing their coming and goings. They may also be deluded about their role as building managers, especially if they spend time reading new age based spiritual propaganda. 

After I moved in, astrological services were mentioned to me I felt pressured to obtain I paid $125 for. The landlady had been intimidating making me believe she had evicted someone for slamming cabinet doors late at night, that she had a lot of power. I later researched to learn it was a failed eviction but the tenant later moved anyway probably scared out of her wits for her life.  After services were rendered, I was later accused of mocking her painstaking efforts to put her astrological reading work on multiple tape recordings. After she delivered the tapes, I shared with her I had a coworker listen to them, causing her paranoia to kick in. She immediately assumed I had a coworker listen to them to mock her. She even brought up the incident years later.  Oh oh, did I cross a Satanist?  This landlady apparently holds grudges for many years for imaginary offenses.

Years later I would know the truth of what all the spiritual propaganda was about.  Due to intense multiple notices taped to my door, including anonymous notes and odd accusations,  I forewarned the landlady not to enter my unit without my being present.  I have things that need to be secured by law in my apartment.  She entered anyway and $6,000 disappeared.  I figure she must really be desperate for money as many of the elderly are.  Is it my fault the money got stolen?  I don't think so, not if I gave written forewarning not to enter my unit without my being present and reasons why. There were at least three letters forewarning not to enter my unit without arrangement for my being there. 

They Had Initially Wanted Me To Assist with the Elderly Ladies In Our Building

It's interesting to note that when I moved in I was also asked to assist a very elderly woman on my floor to purchase occasional needed items at the grocery store for her. I offered to do so but found the lady was so far gone mentally, she was bossing me around expecting me to do things immediately for her. She was so old I could barely understand her.  I understand this lady was so senile she was crapping all over her apartment for years that when she was finally moved out due to incapacity the place was an absolute health hazard to enter.  The lady was moved to a hospice where she died a year later. The point of my sharing this is to demonstrate how I was being used from the get go in this building for the landlady's purpose and agenda to facilitate a commune style type of living.

Now that I'm not serving any purpose for the building manager, there's theft, there's crazy notes taped and anonymous notes slid under my door, false accusations of my conducting business on the property, etc.  I cut her off from manipulating me any further and she feels powerless.  I guess I understand now why I had somehow placed the building manager as one of my beneficiaries in my Last Will & Testament.  I really appreciated being accepted as a tenant in this building, but see what it's really all about now.  I've since prepared to amend the outdated Will in view of being aware how I've been manipulated as such.  Besides, I haven't much money left anyway.  That was my emergency fund you stole lady!   

I guess it was determined by her highness I shouldn't be allowed any emergency fund that the money was needed elsewhere, that there are no boundaries because we are all one living unit in this building.  In socialist America the laws are determined by those who have fallen into insanity.
