The Love Boat Not! Sea Sickness Common On Rough Seas

Last Saturday a cruise ship employee had arranged through an attorney in Orlando Florida for me to notarize her divorce papers at the ship's docking port in San Francisco. I arrived ready for a quick notarization only to learn she didn't have her Passport or ID available.  What it meant was that we'd be waiting an hour for her two friends as witnesses thereby enabling me to chat about the cruise. 

What I learned chatting with Gendelyn was that the ship came from England full of wealthy senior passengers and would be out to sea for two months.  The ship looked huge but according to the Gendelyn, it was smaller compared to most others.  I learned it's not uncommon for ships to have thousands of employees on board.  

One of the most important things I learned about their trip was that they hit rough seas causing many people to get sea sick, including the crew.

I was under the belief those larger ships aren't affected by rough seas, how naive could I be?  The nose goes up and down the huge waves just like any other ship and is greatlly affected by it.  Consequently, people get very sea sick.

After learning about the perils of cruise ships, I'd now think twice about going on a cruise ship. Gendelyn said a passenger died at sea the prior day and that the boat has a morgue.  

Queen of England's Excited Over New iPad, Asks For One

Politics aside, this is a cute story. The Queen of England, 85, is really beaming ever since her grandson Princes gave her a crash coarse in the latest iPad release.  "The Princes think it's hilarious" said a royal insider as was reported in The Sun.  "They love the fact that their grandma now wants an iPad, they think she's really cool."  (See The Queen Orders Staff to Buy Her An IPad).

The royal insider continued "The Queen has a mobile phone as well as the iPods, so an iPad is the logical progression. She was particularly taken with how easy it was to use, the large screen and how light it was.  She thinks it will be great to keep her entertained on all the long trips she has to make".

One can only wonder what kind of sites the Queen will visit and if Apple's GPS will be tracking her every move.  I don't know about anyone else, but I'm feeling a little dizzy over the amount of success and power Apple has obtained over the years.  It appears as if the entire world's involved in obtaining Apple's technology.  Even I recently purchased an iPhone 4, but only because AT&T offered a great deal. An iPhone is beneficial to my mobile notary business, especially for instant access to maps and directions I need on the road. 

Beware of Company Loyalty Programs

I've been very pleased with my Canon MX700 all-in-one printer until it began to print crooked lines and fonts a few weeks ago.  It has a great paper feed system and intuitive menu interface.  The printer was a little over a year old so when I called Canon for tech support, I knew I'd have to pay a small fee for help.

After walking me through some procedures that were obviously contrived and ineffective at getting to the root of the problem, the Canon tech specialist said the printer needed repair and proceeded to offer me a Canon repair center outside San Francisco.  Knowing most people wouldn't be willing to drive 40 miles for a low end printer's repair, Canon then offered one of their newer printers at an alleged 25% discount with free two day shipping.  Needing a new wireless printer for my new iPhone, I decided to take the offer.  I was then forwarded to a Canon loyalty sales representative.

Canon's rep proceeded to lie in her sales pitch that I was being offered free shipping for a more compact printer.  When I received the printer, the packing slip denoted I paid $17.00 shipping, something I wouldn't have paid had I ordered it from Staples store nearby.  Staples has a program that they will ship the item directly to you for free if you require home delivery. 

When I received the PIXMA 882 I learned it wasn't the latest model available and that it was slightly larger then my former MX700.  Once again, the Canon sales rep had lied.  Regardless, I unpacked and set the printer up anyway to learn it was an absolute disaster.  For instance, the printer didn't have any of the simple features my former printer offered and couldn't do such simple things as scan to PDF without a lot of convoluted steps.  How about a scanned PDF that exports one page at a time you have to check off each page to eventually merge into one document?  My former printer scanned into one PDF.  I tried adjusting the settings from my computer but nothing worked to make it scan into one PDF document.

In sum, loyalty programs are a brilliant way to sell replacement products directly to the customer but it's clear companies most likely lie that a problem can't be corrected in order to sell a new printer. They make it seem they offer a large discount when in fact the retail value of any printer is never sold in stores.  Essentially, Canon lied about the discount, lied about the free shipping and most likely lied about the printer not being repairable from my home.

I'm going to bring my old printer to a local repair shop that I should have done in the first place.  Needless to say if I'm forced to buy a new printer it won't be a Canon next time.

My Mobile Notary Twilight Zone Experiences Are Accelerating

When you become mobile as I have in business, it's an unusual lifestyle. I've worked in closed office environments for over 30 years so being mobile is a breath of fresh air.  I've since upgraded my cell to an iPhone with a headset so I can answer my phone in transit on my eBike.  In other words, I'm extremely mobile then ever before being equipped with an iPhone GPS map app and a 20 mile eBike range.

For the most part, I never know who I'm going to meet or receive a phone call from but occasionally that's not entirely true.  As I posted earlier in Psychic Stuff Happening, I've been experiencing certain phenomena thinking of someone prior to their calling me shortly thereafter.  I've found that this phenomena just keeps affirming itself.  For instance, after my last post I was thinking about a golf gaming company that hadn't used my services for a while and lo and behold they called within two days.  Yesterday's experiences topped the cake however.

Here's my latest jaw dropping mobile twilight zone experience:

"I was at the bank in the morning to make a deposit. I was at the center hub filling out a deposit slip. My phone rang and I answered by tapping on my headset saying "Nob Hill Notary Services, this is Cheryl speaking."  A guy who was standing next to me suddenly lurched back from the hub with his jaw dropped. He was calling for notary services!  He had used my services months before at the bank but didn't see me standing there.  At first I doubted the authenticity of the event, but just couldn't imagine how he had pulled such a gag, the timing was too succinct to have been planned.  He had his time share document all ready for me to notarize, it's not like he was calling for an appointment."

Something similar had happened like this before, but not so in my face.  Last year another customer was just coming out of the elevator in my building calling as I approached.  We were within 25 feet of one another when I picked up the call.

The day continued with unusual phenomena:

I went to my Regus virtual office shortly after the bank incident.  I told the receptionist of my strange experience of a customer calling who was standing next to me and then went to the lunch room for a cup of coffee and to work on a few things.   Here's what followed:

A man who worked at the Regus offices expressed shock that I was there in the office at the exact time he went looking for a notary.  He said he was hoping to find one in the Regus offices and the receptionist told him I was in the lunch room.  I'm not in the office much since I'm mobile.  I told him about the bank encounter I just had so he was pretty blown away.

You might imagine how happy it makes people to have a notary appear instantly upon request since it's fairly difficult to find one.  The number of notaries have gone down significantly in California.  I use a back-up notary when I can't make an appointment request and she's told me she couldn't even find a notary when she needed one a while back.

I guess what this all means is for my services to improve I'll need to instantaneously appear whenever a customer thinks about using my services.  The customer won't need to call, but just think "universe, summon Nob Hill Notary for me please" and I'll manage to somehow just be there.

Bombshell Disclosure From Top U.S. Government Insider: 9/11 An Inside Job

Americans are being played like a piano by criminal politicians in the U.S. government according to recent revelations disclosed on the Alex Jones Radio Program by Dr. Steve Pieczenik.  Pieczenik has a long list of accomplishments having served under five U.S. Presidents as a senior State Department official, Nixon, Carter, Reagan and both Bushes. According to Pieczenik as he had previously revealed in 2002, Osama Bin Laden died of a genetic disease called Marfan Syndrome in late 2001. The disease has lifespan of 5 years after being diagnosed.  Osama Bin Laden was diagnosed in the mid-1990's and the U.S. government knew his lifespan would be short making him the perfect patsy as its former CIA asset.

Dr. Pieczenik issued a "cease and desist" statement to Obama in one of the videos below.  Pieczenik also threatened to take his regime change skills to the U.S. administration should it continue along the lines it has.  These videos are very powerful and revealing as testimony of a psychiatrist to the fact those who are currently running our government are sociopaths who think nothing of hoaxing and lying about anything that benefits themselves politically.

This is a very credible person whose coming out against these crazy politicians in the U.S. government who are currently setting up another false flag attack in America to blame on the Muslim world.  In so many words Dr. Pieczenik is saying the people running our government are mentally ill, delusional, narcissistic and should be removed from office.

Judge Jails Own Stenographer For Typing Slowly

People are mistaken if they think a minor civil issue can't turn into a serious criminal matter.  In just another sign some people with authority take their power and authority way too far, a judge in the corrupt state of Florida has jailed his own court stenographer for typing too slowly.  Circuit Judge Charles Greene sent Ann Margaret Smith to prison in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after she failed to finish typing a transcript needed for an appeal hearing for a convicted rapist.

"Smith was eventually released from jail, after she told judge Greene that she couldn't do the work in prison because she was so worried about her three children at home. The judge then relented, and allowed her out of jail – but immediately put her under house arrest until she completes the work. In 2005 a New York judge was removed from the bench for jailing 46 people after none of them would admit to having a cell phone that began ringing during his court session. Judge Robert Restaino, of Niagara Falls, New York, 'snapped' and 'engaged in what can only be described as two hours of inexplicable madness'.

"Restaino, who became a full-time judge in 2002, was hearing domestic violence cases when a phone rang. 'Everyone is going to jail,' the judge said.'Every single person is going to jail in this courtroom unless I get that instrument now. If anybody believes I'm kidding, ask some of the folks that have been here for a while. You are all going.' When no one came forward, the judge ordered the group into custody and they were taken by police to the city jail, where they were searched and packed into crowded cells. Fourteen people who could not post bail were shackled and bused to the Niagara County Jail, a 30-minute drive away.

Later in the afternoon, after being told reporters were calling, the judge ordered the defendants released. The judge told the state panel he was under stress in his personal life." -

In 2009 a man was sentenced to six months in jail for yawning too loudly in court and another for a mobile phone ringing during a hearing.

Circuit Judge Daniel Rozak sentenced Clifton Williams to six months jail for yawning loudly when the judge sentenced his cousin to two years probation. The cousin walked out but Clifton didn't, and he had to spend three weeks behind bars. The prosecutor in the case said Clifton's yawn wasn't routine and was a "loud and boisterous" attempt to disrupt the courtroom. But a Tribune review of contempt of court charges over the past decade shows Rozak jails people on contempt charges more frequently than any other judge in his county. Rozak was responsible for more than a third of all contempt charges laid by 30 judges in the 12th Judicial Circuit over the past 10 years. In a good example of how a court system views itself as a business enterprise watching every dollar, a judge in the U.K. sentenced a man by texting to a mobile phone after he reported to the court he was stuck in traffic.  Note, they think nothing of extreme sentences and judgments yet they think so much of themselves to violate their own law and procedure to accommodate the convenience of their business enterprise.

"The judge didn't want to incur more costs by adjourning the case. Aftab Ahmed, 41, called his lawyer as the case started and explained he was going to be late. Judge Caroline Ludlow decided to continue because she had a full diary and had to sit in a county court later in the day. She had already ruled out a prison sentence on Ahmed, who admitted a charge relating to his bankruptcy. First, Judge Ludlow told Ahmed's lawyer, Kevin McCarthy, to call him and check he was not breaking the law by using his mobile while driving. After hearing mitigation from Mr McCarthy, the judge rang Ahmed again and sentenced him to 140 hours of community service with £750 costs. Ahmed, of Bury St Edmunds, was stuck in stationary traffic for two hours on the A14 in Suffolk before police got vehicles to turn round. Is There A Doctor In The House? U.S. Government's Full of Crazies

When one reviews all the evidence it really comes to light those running the U.S. government have been behaving much like a mental patient in so many respects.  It seems the mentally ill have taken over our government operations for quite some time and are running our country into the ground on so many fronts.

The primary evidence the mentally ill are running our government is their reckless disregard for truth they believe they can spin and lie to their political advantage. The latest fabrication of Bin Laden's murder disclosed in my last post is just one example of how crazy politicians have become.  Imagine how sick one would have to be to come out to the world with a fabricated lie in order to boost your low poll ratings by 9%?  That's exactly what Obama did, knowing full well as Bush did that Osama Bin Laden died back in 2001. I'm very sad for the people in the United States who seem to have lost their intelligence on a mass scale to believe such a farce.  If they had killed Bin Laden, who really believes they would have given him a burial at sea without laying him out for the public to witness? Many credible sources have already disclosed Bin Laden died in 2001 of Marfan Syndrome.  I must say after observing yesterday's reaction, there is really no hope for America when its citizenry is such putty in the hands of those with a hidden agendas in government. 

I think it's safe to say every single American who didn't at least think to pose questions to the government's story yesterday is under the deception and spell of the Illuminati.  I'd even go so far to say that these Americans have since been initiated into the Illuminati without even knowing it as they celebrated its 235th birthday being manipulated by the powers at be.  Osama Bin Laden had nothing to do with 9/11 that the FBI didn't even have him on their wanted list for that crime because they had no evidence of his involvement.

I feel really sad for how delusional so many Americans have become on a mass scale.  One can attribute the public's naivety to their watching too much television, movies and playing video games.  When Americans are this easily defrauded by their government one can only feel very bad for what will one day come from it all. 

By living in this world long enough one eventually comes to recognize there are very deceptive evil people in positions of power in government and that politicians are masters of illusion.  A good analogy is of domesticated sheep that have no way to detect the danger of wolves surrounding them due to being stripped of their natural instincts by the sheep herders.

Television especially strips people of their natural instincts and is the primary vehicle for mass hypnosis.  The only way to snap out of the hypnotic spell is to stop watching television programming.

Mentally Challenged Deputies Raid Circuit Court Judge's Home At Gunpoint

This is a story of bumbling idiot bullies with badges many innocent Americans encounter and suffer over each day.  These men need others to be guilty to keep their jobs so they're out raising a lot of hell with reckless activities. This time these depraved pathetic excuses for men chose the wrong house to raid where a circuit court judge was having her Easter Sunday dinner.

Nikeya Curry thought a nearby house was being burglarized so she called 911 summoning the deputies of Broward County.  When they arrived, the deputies discovered they were given a wrong address but decided to hang out in the neighborhood anyway.  Curry had already forewarned neighbors such as Carmita Scarlett who responded by lowering the shade and closing the kitchen window while turning on floodlights to help officers in their search. Consequently, such activity only made the deputies more suspicious to focus on Scarlett's house where a family Easter Sunday dinner was taking place with Circuit Court Judge Ilona Holmes.

"On Thursday, days after the event, Holmes sister, Carmita Scarlett said, “It felt like it was the wild, wild west. It was just so unreal.’’  One moment she and her husband and sister were finishing off an Easter dinner of ham and trimmings, and the next minute, she said, they were shaking in their shoes." Anyone with common sense wouldn't proceed to stalk a neighborhood like a predator without a correct address. Regardless, the deputies were so pumped up to raid a house they decided to jump on anything that moved. 

After seeing a man in the kitchen through a window, they knocked on a side door, with guns drawn. They said they announced themselves and asked the occupants to come to the door. What followed was a confrontation the deputies believed would be their moment of glory, the climax of their domination and control over anyone who fell under their suspicion.

Everyone walked out, with Holmes saying, “I’m Judge Holmes! I’m Judge Holmes!’’ she announced. “I’m armed, I’m armed!’’  Following deputies’ orders, Holmes gently put her gun down. She and other family members were ordered to the ground. That, they would not do, according to the police report. “There was no way I was going to sit on the ground,’’ Holmes declared, saying she had a bad back. “You’d have to shoot me to get me to sit on the ground tonight,’’ the report said. These mentally challenged men slither round in the darkness like reptiles looking for victims, any victims they can bring physical and psychological harm to.  That night the psychos chose the wrong house, that of an armed Circuit Court Judge to inflict suffering upon.  

Now the judge knows from experience what common people experience every day in America under the masquerade scam of protecting them.

Asshole Obama Kills Gadhafi's Son & Grandchildren For Humanitarian Purposes

Hows this for a humanitarian war?  I usually don't write much about politics on this blog since it's covered everywhere else, but I just had to post about what an asshole Obama is with the latest killings in his so called humanitarian war.  Talk about disgusting so many after his little comedy central performance last night, Obama's responsible for the murder of little children in attempting to take out Gadhafi.

Sure, it's a tough world out there, but it's clear these people in our government are only making things worse, not better.  Libya's a sovereign country and its leader posed no threat to the United States.  We can't afford this war and there's no real justification for it other than an unlawful one in a secret agenda they planned for Libya's oil.

We've got an idiot in the White House, a criminal at large who needs to be prosecuted for war crimes along with his predecessors. Obama went into the Libyan war without Congressional approval in violation of the War Act of the U.S. Constitution while lying claiming it was for "humanitarian purposes."  They don't care if they kill tons of civilians to obtain their goal of killing off a dictator the U.S. once backed.

What the United States is essentially doing with the permission of the United Nations is killing off any leader who falls out of political favor with America's oil policies. 

As Obama was enjoying himself last night at the Correspondent's dinner, he managed to kill someone's grandchildren for humanitarian purposes.

Instead of referring to him as "President Obama" I'm now going to call him "Asshole Obama" that more appropriately fits his description. This man who views himself as above the law and as royalty is nothing but a piece of shit.  Obama can take all his pomp and circumstance and shove it up his ass!
