U.S. Supreme Court Declares America An Anarchy Trashing Fourth Amendment

After yesterday's 8-1 Supreme Court ruling many are saying the debate is over now, that the United States has officially entered the annuls of a Soviet-style police state. Hard core Nazi-like criminals have taken over the U.S. government through its executive, legislative and judicial branches. From both their decisions and actions this means any thinking thoughtful American can no longer consider the U.S. government as legitimate in any respect.  How can anyone  trust a government that doesn't follow its own Constitution? It's now crystal clear that the U.S. government is the enemy of its own people.

The criminals exist as high up as the Supreme Court in yesterday's ruling to abolish the Fourth Amendment, a 220 year old law of the land based on common law from the 13th Century Magna Carta.  The ruling now gives police officers authority to enter your home without a warrant if they allegedly smell marijuana.  This puts the trust of the court system solely on the outrageous lies of power crazed low I.Q. knucklehead police officers many of whom who can't be trusted whatsoever.

This ruling can be viewed as an act of war against Americans.  It means all a cop has to do is say he thinks he smells pot smoke to enter your home without a warrant to violate your right to privacy and possibly even rob you.  He may not really smell pot, but he wants to see what's inside your home nonetheless and can proclaim his authority to do so on a whim without any consequences whatsoever as declared by the highest Court in the land.

A good Judge sets the record straight, insane judges all over the country are trying to destroy the laws of the United States Constitution, the foundation of which America came into existence over two hundred years ago.

America's suffering from a growing chorus of crazy judge rulings whose crimes against the U.S. Constitution can be seen in broad day light for all to see.  These sick individuals think nothing of imposing their radical beliefs in violation of the 220 year old Fourth Amendment.  These moron judges say no one has a right to defend themselves when police unlawfully enter their home meaning, one can't even close their door!  In Indiana in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. Indiana:

“[We] hold that the right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under Indiana law,” the court ruled in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. What the ruling means is police can shoot you dead if you refuse to cooperate for not allowing them into your home without a warrant.  It opens a Pandora's box of the possibility people who dress up in police uniforms can come to your home, rob and steal without any initial resistance. People all over the country now fear the possibility any cop can enter their home without a warrant based on a lie they smell marijuana. The government is officially criminal from the Supreme Court to the bottom.  It's pure psychological warfare they're carrying out on all of us.

These judges need to know there's something greater then themselves in this universe and that the laws of karma will be biting their lame Nazi asses one day one way or another. People died in wars fighting for America's freedom and it simply can't be set aside by some arrogant insane people in the judicial system.

These criminal judges can go straight to hell! Nothing these assholes have ever done is worthy to allow them the authority to overthrow the law of the land!  They're nothing more than criminals overthrowing the United States Constitution, something sacrificed with the blood of many noble people long ago in the nation's history. These judges just want to trash it all and are completely totally out of control. They want to hand authority and judgment over American's privacy and lives to a bunch of low I.Q. knuckleheads.

The ACLU sent this Coalition Memo to the House Committee on Armed Services Regarding a Proposed New Declaration of War.

Essentially what this really means is that the U.S. will consider itself in a continual state of war.  It all amounts to just another power grab by insane criminals working on behalf of International banking cartels who foresee a worldwide economic collapse they deliberately caused to happen.

The sociopaths can hardly wait to roll out all the pain, torture and suffering on the American sheeple population and are moving full steam ahead with their plan to destroy the country.  It's not the terrorists fictional boogie men who are the enemy of America, it's the criminals in government, the sociopaths who have obtained power through deception and black psy-ops.

What this essentially means if this legislation gets approved is that sociopaths are taking our country into a never ending state of perpetual war that will imprison all Americans to its plans, rendering all civil rights null and void. We will all live in an endless state of fear of what our government plans to do to us. Will the government cut off the food supply and water in the process of achieving its goals for domination and control of all American citizens?  It can and will.

Let there be no doubt that many of those in the United States government are delusional, power crazed, criminally minded and utterly insane. They should all be removed from power and a third party replace the two party system.

Surprise! FDA Exposes Itself As Terrorist Organization

The complaints poured in across the country after Rainbow Acres Farm, an Amish owned company in the D.C. area, was reported to be selling raw milk last April.  Panicked Americans phoned their Congress disturbed over the possibility of getting real nutritional value in unpasteurized bloodless, puss free milk demanding that something be done.

Satire aside, the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) responded to Amish farmers' allegedly selling raw milk by raiding the facility after its year long sting investigation.  When asked for an explanation as to why raw milk was such a priority, the government responded:

Gradually Americans are awakening to the horror that the FDA is being used by corporations that make large campaign contribution bribes to politicians who then enable SWAT teams to harm their competitors' business enterprises. Less than a month ago, the FDA was also getting flooded with calls from Americans complaining about the natural remedy company Maxam Neutraceutics in Oregon. Maxam has been providing nutritional supplements to vitamin starved Americans since 1992.  Americans simply couldn't tolerate the thought of vitamin supplements produced for Autism Spectrum disorders (ASD) and Alzheimer's disease any longer.

Satire aside, the FDA, coupled with the IRS and FBI, responded with SWAT teams to Maxam's cooperation with its warning letter over how it labeled its products.   As it turned out, the FDA's complaint was really over customer testimonials listed on Maxam's website, dangerous stuff indeed.

"The Maxam founder, Jim Cole, cooperated with every demand that the FDA made of him, and was convinced that all was well. But apparently the FDA had different ideas when out of nowhere, the agency, along with the IRS and the FBI, sent as many as 80 armed, SWAT-style agents to both Maxam headquarters, and even Jim's daughter's house, to confiscate all the products, company documents, and even personal files and computers.

'They took all our products, all our paperwork, all our files -- we've been doing this since 1992 and they pulled everything,' said Jim. 'They brought in three big moving vans, they had their guns on, their bullet-proof vests -- they came prepared for war.'

'We also have a big Olympic training center up here called the Big Gym -- they went into the gym, they took all the paperwork, all the computer, hard drives, downloaded all of our servers, and trashed a couple of our servers going out,' added Jim. 'They took products that were not on the list. I had an old bodybuilding line that went back to 1992, they took all of that. The FBI agents stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in products as part of the raid, as well as personal files, insurance policies, non-printed checks, and even unopened packages of manila filing folders from an office supply store.

This is what happens when pharmaceutical companies bribe politicians during their election campaigns who win the election who then act on behalf of them as such.  From these outrageous raids of Amish farmers and vitamin supplement companies, the FDA has spoken loud and clear it works on behalf of greedy corrupt industries that pay it bribes in order to destroy their small competitors.

One can easily deduce from this information that the U.S. Federal government through its FDA and FBI branches is acting as a terrorist organization to disrupt lawful businesses that compete with the pharmaceutical and milk industries.

Just a note yesterday Blogger.com wouldn't allow me to log into my account up to now along with thousands of others claiming there were maintenance issues.  My very important post FDA Exposes Itself As Terrorist Organization was subsequently deleted and has not yet been restored.

This is why there was no new post yesterday, I apparently have to write the article all over again. I'm very busy and will get to this as soon as I can.

Many Smart Americans Prepare For False Flag Sucker Punch

After the recent publicity stunt of a sociopath career politician seeking reelection, many Americans are trying to alert their fellow naive brainwashed citizens of the strong possibility of an impending false flag attack on American soil.  For those who wish to remain in denial their government is lying to them at the very least the message is to prepare in any way possible. A recent poll shows Obama's had quite a boost in the polls for his latest contrived fictional story of being a hero directing the alleged murder of a man who, according to Dr. Steve Pieczenik, has been dead from Marfan Syndrome for nearly a decade. What this all proves is many Americans will believe anything their government tells them and work against those who expose the lies of their government.

Alex Jones forewarns a false flag attack is likely to follow on American soil after the latest psy op perpetrated by the evil sociopaths in the United States government.

Americans corroborate with evil when they don't search out the truth simply believing whatever the major media and government tells them.  In the end, Americans can only blame themselves for the outcome.  After their sociopath leaders are done with them, Americans will be sucker punched multiple times and eventually turned into insignificant third world citizens enslaved to a brutal tyrannical world government.  That's the evil ones' plan for America.

The Love Boat Not! Sea Sickness Common On Rough Seas

Last Saturday a cruise ship employee had arranged through an attorney in Orlando Florida for me to notarize her divorce papers at the ship's docking port in San Francisco. I arrived ready for a quick notarization only to learn she didn't have her Passport or ID available.  What it meant was that we'd be waiting an hour for her two friends as witnesses thereby enabling me to chat about the cruise. 

What I learned chatting with Gendelyn was that the ship came from England full of wealthy senior passengers and would be out to sea for two months.  The ship looked huge but according to the Gendelyn, it was smaller compared to most others.  I learned it's not uncommon for ships to have thousands of employees on board.  

One of the most important things I learned about their trip was that they hit rough seas causing many people to get sea sick, including the crew.

I was under the belief those larger ships aren't affected by rough seas, how naive could I be?  The nose goes up and down the huge waves just like any other ship and is greatlly affected by it.  Consequently, people get very sea sick.

After learning about the perils of cruise ships, I'd now think twice about going on a cruise ship. Gendelyn said a passenger died at sea the prior day and that the boat has a morgue.  

Queen of England's Excited Over New iPad, Asks For One

Politics aside, this is a cute story. The Queen of England, 85, is really beaming ever since her grandson Princes gave her a crash coarse in the latest iPad release.  "The Princes think it's hilarious" said a royal insider as was reported in The Sun.  "They love the fact that their grandma now wants an iPad, they think she's really cool."  (See The Queen Orders Staff to Buy Her An IPad).

The royal insider continued "The Queen has a mobile phone as well as the iPods, so an iPad is the logical progression. She was particularly taken with how easy it was to use, the large screen and how light it was.  She thinks it will be great to keep her entertained on all the long trips she has to make".

One can only wonder what kind of sites the Queen will visit and if Apple's GPS will be tracking her every move.  I don't know about anyone else, but I'm feeling a little dizzy over the amount of success and power Apple has obtained over the years.  It appears as if the entire world's involved in obtaining Apple's technology.  Even I recently purchased an iPhone 4, but only because AT&T offered a great deal. An iPhone is beneficial to my mobile notary business, especially for instant access to maps and directions I need on the road. 

Beware of Company Loyalty Programs

I've been very pleased with my Canon MX700 all-in-one printer until it began to print crooked lines and fonts a few weeks ago.  It has a great paper feed system and intuitive menu interface.  The printer was a little over a year old so when I called Canon for tech support, I knew I'd have to pay a small fee for help.

After walking me through some procedures that were obviously contrived and ineffective at getting to the root of the problem, the Canon tech specialist said the printer needed repair and proceeded to offer me a Canon repair center outside San Francisco.  Knowing most people wouldn't be willing to drive 40 miles for a low end printer's repair, Canon then offered one of their newer printers at an alleged 25% discount with free two day shipping.  Needing a new wireless printer for my new iPhone, I decided to take the offer.  I was then forwarded to a Canon loyalty sales representative.

Canon's rep proceeded to lie in her sales pitch that I was being offered free shipping for a more compact printer.  When I received the printer, the packing slip denoted I paid $17.00 shipping, something I wouldn't have paid had I ordered it from Staples store nearby.  Staples has a program that they will ship the item directly to you for free if you require home delivery. 

When I received the PIXMA 882 I learned it wasn't the latest model available and that it was slightly larger then my former MX700.  Once again, the Canon sales rep had lied.  Regardless, I unpacked and set the printer up anyway to learn it was an absolute disaster.  For instance, the printer didn't have any of the simple features my former printer offered and couldn't do such simple things as scan to PDF without a lot of convoluted steps.  How about a scanned PDF that exports one page at a time you have to check off each page to eventually merge into one document?  My former printer scanned into one PDF.  I tried adjusting the settings from my computer but nothing worked to make it scan into one PDF document.

In sum, loyalty programs are a brilliant way to sell replacement products directly to the customer but it's clear companies most likely lie that a problem can't be corrected in order to sell a new printer. They make it seem they offer a large discount when in fact the retail value of any printer is never sold in stores.  Essentially, Canon lied about the discount, lied about the free shipping and most likely lied about the printer not being repairable from my home.

I'm going to bring my old printer to a local repair shop that I should have done in the first place.  Needless to say if I'm forced to buy a new printer it won't be a Canon next time.

My Mobile Notary Twilight Zone Experiences Are Accelerating

When you become mobile as I have in business, it's an unusual lifestyle. I've worked in closed office environments for over 30 years so being mobile is a breath of fresh air.  I've since upgraded my cell to an iPhone with a headset so I can answer my phone in transit on my eBike.  In other words, I'm extremely mobile then ever before being equipped with an iPhone GPS map app and a 20 mile eBike range.

For the most part, I never know who I'm going to meet or receive a phone call from but occasionally that's not entirely true.  As I posted earlier in Psychic Stuff Happening, I've been experiencing certain phenomena thinking of someone prior to their calling me shortly thereafter.  I've found that this phenomena just keeps affirming itself.  For instance, after my last post I was thinking about a golf gaming company that hadn't used my services for a while and lo and behold they called within two days.  Yesterday's experiences topped the cake however.

Here's my latest jaw dropping mobile twilight zone experience:

"I was at the bank in the morning to make a deposit. I was at the center hub filling out a deposit slip. My phone rang and I answered by tapping on my headset saying "Nob Hill Notary Services, this is Cheryl speaking."  A guy who was standing next to me suddenly lurched back from the hub with his jaw dropped. He was calling for notary services!  He had used my services months before at the bank but didn't see me standing there.  At first I doubted the authenticity of the event, but just couldn't imagine how he had pulled such a gag, the timing was too succinct to have been planned.  He had his time share document all ready for me to notarize, it's not like he was calling for an appointment."

Something similar had happened like this before, but not so in my face.  Last year another customer was just coming out of the elevator in my building calling as I approached.  We were within 25 feet of one another when I picked up the call.

The day continued with unusual phenomena:

I went to my Regus virtual office shortly after the bank incident.  I told the receptionist of my strange experience of a customer calling who was standing next to me and then went to the lunch room for a cup of coffee and to work on a few things.   Here's what followed:

A man who worked at the Regus offices expressed shock that I was there in the office at the exact time he went looking for a notary.  He said he was hoping to find one in the Regus offices and the receptionist told him I was in the lunch room.  I'm not in the office much since I'm mobile.  I told him about the bank encounter I just had so he was pretty blown away.

You might imagine how happy it makes people to have a notary appear instantly upon request since it's fairly difficult to find one.  The number of notaries have gone down significantly in California.  I use a back-up notary when I can't make an appointment request and she's told me she couldn't even find a notary when she needed one a while back.

I guess what this all means is for my services to improve I'll need to instantaneously appear whenever a customer thinks about using my services.  The customer won't need to call, but just think "universe, summon Nob Hill Notary for me please" and I'll manage to somehow just be there.

Bombshell Disclosure From Top U.S. Government Insider: 9/11 An Inside Job

Americans are being played like a piano by criminal politicians in the U.S. government according to recent revelations disclosed on the Alex Jones Radio Program by Dr. Steve Pieczenik.  Pieczenik has a long list of accomplishments having served under five U.S. Presidents as a senior State Department official, Nixon, Carter, Reagan and both Bushes. According to Pieczenik as he had previously revealed in 2002, Osama Bin Laden died of a genetic disease called Marfan Syndrome in late 2001. The disease has lifespan of 5 years after being diagnosed.  Osama Bin Laden was diagnosed in the mid-1990's and the U.S. government knew his lifespan would be short making him the perfect patsy as its former CIA asset.

Dr. Pieczenik issued a "cease and desist" statement to Obama in one of the videos below.  Pieczenik also threatened to take his regime change skills to the U.S. administration should it continue along the lines it has.  These videos are very powerful and revealing as testimony of a psychiatrist to the fact those who are currently running our government are sociopaths who think nothing of hoaxing and lying about anything that benefits themselves politically.

This is a very credible person whose coming out against these crazy politicians in the U.S. government who are currently setting up another false flag attack in America to blame on the Muslim world.  In so many words Dr. Pieczenik is saying the people running our government are mentally ill, delusional, narcissistic and should be removed from office.

Osama Bin Laden had nothing to do with 9/11, and Dr. Pieczenik has come out yesterday to confirm as so many other credible people have over the years that it was done to us by those in our own government who wanted justification to invade Iraq.
