Stock Market's Dead Cat Bounce - Preparing for Devastation

My mobile notary business is most always affected by the stock market so one might imagine how I've received few calls since Friday.  People tend to use mobile notaries as a convenience and are willing to pay an extra mobile fee as such.  I'm commonly called out to the homes of CEO's and wealthy people who have business deals they're finalizing who need notarizations.  Notarizations are also closely related to the banking industry.  Therefore my motivation for keeping on top of the stock market should be obvious to anyone.

Yesterday I was a little relieved along with everyone else that the market seemed to partially recover though I knew I was only deluding myself.  To think the stock market had somehow recovered was just a means to postpone the inevitable since what happened yesterday is what they refer to as a "dead cat bounce".  My apologies to cat lovers, that's just what they call it.

At first I thought it was great news Ben Bernanke of the Federal Reserve announced they were committed to keeping the interests rates low through 2013.  Low interest rates in my business are always a good thing since people only tend to purchase homes or refinance home loans when the rates are low.  In fact, when interest rates go up significantly, it's an instant death and dead on arrival for us notary loan signing  agents except those who have been around a long time.

Unfortunately, what's more notable then what Bernanke said yesterday is what he didn't say.  It's clear something is amiss since there was no announcement of any further quantitative easing measures, the projected next stage being QE3. No offer of help through QE3 is a sign of doom because what it means is they aren't going to do anything to stop what's happening.  In fact, all they're really offering to do, other than keep interest rates low, is continue to print out money that can only cause hyperinflation from the U.S. dollar's devaluation.

Greenspan says all the U.S. has to do is have the Fed print out more money and that there's a "zero probability" of a default.  What a bunch of hogwash!

What's happening in the stock market is much like what happened back in 2008 of wild roller coaster rides of losses and recovery.  The major difference between 2008 and what's happening now is the Fed isn't going to do anything about it anymore other than what it always has.  As former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan said to the media recently, they are going to continue to drown America in cash debt as their only means of addressing the problem.  Printing more money's not a solution at all and will only lead to a devalued dollar and hyperinflation. It all means money will lose its purchasing power.  

The reason why yesterday's semi-recovery in the stock market is considered by many to be a dead cat bounce is because of what they call the short sale activities. The stock market began to fall around 6:00 p.m. after the bounce and began its slide again today.  As I suggested in a former post, employees with 401K plans are not allowed access to their funds until they quit their jobs.  These employees are therefore sitting ducks who will have much of their portfolio's gutted while inflation attacks the value of their money.  Though there's a tax penalty for early withdrawal, what's happening is too serious to allow anyone to consider keeping their money in a 401K. That's not advice, just my opinion.

It's best to do much research to determine what the right strategy is to save one's assets from severe depletion at this point.  For me it was clear getting out of an employer's 401K plan and owning my own business was the best option.  I don't make nearly the money I used to, but there are clear advantages to not having an employer.  To me, it makes no sense to keep a job as a sitting duck that only those in denial or in a bubble world could possibly continue rather than preparing their homes and personal lives for what lies ahead.

One other thing to note, word has it that Bank of America is set to collapse. (See Bank of America On The Verge of Collapse - Pat Dollard.com)  For those who bank at BofA you know what to do with this information.

Many of the recent unemployed should be thankful they at least have access to their 401K for immediate access and conversion in preparation for what is to come.  Defensive weapons for likely rioting, security camera's and alarms, food, water, and bartering supplies should be a priority to common sense folks. 

Are Crazy Riots Coming to America? It's Up To The Police

One of the things that caused me to leave Los Angeles for San Francisco in the mid 90's was all the crazy stuff happening there. The Rodney King riots and O.J. Simpson media frenzy coupled with huge earthquakes made living in Los Angeles uncomfortable even in its nice suburbs.  Though there were still a small number of protesters and minor incidents of vandalism from the LA riots, San Francisco seemed a safer place to be, no thanks to the ridiculously bad SFPD.  Earthquakes also seemed to be a rare event in San Francisco. I was right, earthquake tremors are very rare compared to Los Angeles.

Lately there have been signs of growing unrest in San Francisco related to police provocations of questionable shootings such as of Oscar Grant and a more recent shooting (video link).  One might note the pattern of police activities that seem designed to trigger mayhem and chaos in order to force taxpayers to pay for more police on the streets. In the case of London, many people complained the police initially allowed the rioters too much slack before intervening.  What initially began as a protest turned into the criminal thugs taking over as an excuse to steal merchandise and trash business, much like the LA riots over Rodney King. Police officers know all it takes is one incident to ignite rioting that would cause them to replenish their ranks.

London thugs mimic police behaviors by pretending to help an injured boy only to search through his belongings for something to steal. This behavior appears to be learned from the police. 

The police know there's a highly stressed uneducated element in society that can be unleashed on the public and thereby used as a weapon to blackmail the tax payers for more funds.  That's why I think these thugs are nothing more than corroborators with the London police who initially stood down to allow them to attack the public and business properties.  The police failed to do their jobs while they initially provoked the outcome. The police always want the public living in fear in order to keep their forces overbloated.   As I'm writing this, the first thing out of Alex Jones' mouth this morning on his radio program is forewarning of rioters mayhem in the U.S. and police standing down to allow it in order to scare the public.  Clearly, what's happening in London could easily happen in major cities in the U.S., we've seen it before and we'll see it again.  When riots happen, don't expect the police to be there to help you from their conduit rioters since police behavior and provocation is a large part of the problem.  It's best to be prepared rather then depend on the government to protect you during these difficult times.

It's clear now that the Federal Reserve is a criminal conglomerate of private bankers who are working towards a one world government banking and government system. The Fed essentially blackmailed the U.S. congress to steal U.S. taxpayer money for wealth redistribution around the world as "free money".  These banks and corporations pay no interest on the alleged loan they received nor are required to pay it back.  What this proves is essentially there's a rich man's International bankers club where the Federal Reserve just handed their pals free money.

These free money payoffs seem to be a bribe for cooperation in forming a worldwide banking system.  It's really sad the average American has no idea what's been done to their country through the ruthless criminal activities of the Federal Reserve that essentially stole their futures out from under them.  In spite of many angry Americans' cries for them not to do so, the U.S. politicians still voted to hand over their money on a silver platter indicating a certain corroboration with the Fed. 
 
Let's try to put this crime in perspective:

The Federal Reserve Bank has demonstrated itself as nothing more than a criminal organization that has stolen enormous wealth from America.  Ever since the 1913 Federal Reserve Act was passed, it has printed out fiat paper without any value backing it thus enslaving us all to an illusion of wealth. The Federal Reserve likely views any savings Americans have in the bank as their debt-owed money they can confiscate at any time through the banking system.

It's as clear as day for anyone to see these bankers think they own our country, our money and can do whatever they so please with us.  In reality, all these Fed private bankers are really a huge counterfeit money making operation where they print out money from nothing who then create schemes to make it all appear valuable.

U.S. politicians have likely been completely owned by the Federal Reserve banking system they've been answering to for decades.

Random Thoughts On Eve Of Possible Stock Market Crash

I couldn't bring myself to do my weekly Lighten Up Sunday's post because things in the world are accelerating I couldn't ignore.  The possibility of the stock market crashing is terrifying!  A crash is a real possibility, let there be no doubt, and it could very well happen soon thanks to the reckless premature actions of those at Standard & Poor's.

So what goes through a person's head when they're aware the U.S. stock market could possibly crash?  Here are a few of my random thoughts the past few days dealing with the possibility of intense chaos and turmoil. Note, the photo is that of a neighborhood cat across the street looking out of its bubble window safe and sound from the dogs below.

Random Thought #1:

Comet Elenin and Planet Nibiru might make all this economic chaos moot since many are saying their arrival will be destroying much of civilization as we know it in October, 2011. 

This is all very strange timing as if the stock market upheaval has been planned to reflect the forthcoming potential calamity of the comet.  It all seems very staged in the timing of it all. I suspect the people behind the scenes know of the impending comet's likely doom and have deliberately orchestrated this economic chaos to reflect it as such.  Standard & Poor's didn't have to downgrade the U.S., it just seems all very calculated at this point. San Francisco may completely be under water should the Planet Nibiru thing be true. is that how I want to die by drowning?  Maybe I should head for higher elevations or try to be on an airplane when it all goes down.  An airplane would be the only real safe place barring the electromagnetism that could cause the plane to crash.  I'll likely just stay in San Francisco since it's my nature not to do anything about forewarnings as with most people.

A large earthquake is predicted again between September 25-29th due to Comet Elenin's trajectory with earth.  

A very large earthquake is predicted by someone who has successfully predicted them based on comet Elenin's trajectory with earth the past two times.  She's saying another huge earthquake is likely to occur September 24-29th.  I'm likely not to leave San Francisco because of this warning and take my chances.  I think the earthquake will likely occur in Los Angeles because of a prophetic dream a Joe Brandt had in 1937.

I guess all this means, if true, the stock market should be the least of people's worries. It's one thing to deal with all the fear and chaos going on with human beings from financial issues. The real potential dangers are evident to be so great, the stock market crash will seem like a meaningless event.

People are so used to hoaxes and media hype they may not really understand the seriousness if it all.  Even NASA forewarned their employees to make sure to prepare.

There's a growing market for raw milk in California due to the milk industry feeding cows corn instead of grass. The corn makes the cows sick requiring them to be given antibiotics that affects the quality of milk adversely affecting human health.  Additionally, for those who may be unaware, all corn has been genetically modified in the U.S..  Many mothers especially are concerned about the health of their children and the deficiency of lactose from the poor quality milk.

Because the milk industry obviously has a problem delivering wholesome milk to the masses, rather than finding better ways to produce such milk they've resorted to lobbying the U.S. government to raid and thereby terrorize those farmers and businesses who distribute raw milk products.

Abuse of Power: Renton WA Police Obtain Search Warrant For Anonymous Cartoonist Who Mocks Them

Here's another good example of how the police often don't really serve the best interests of the people but only themselves.   Taxpayers in Renton Washington are currently paying for their police department to spend time obtaining a search warrant against an anonymous cartoonist named Mr. Fiddlesticks who mocks them in videos on the Internet.  Isn't that pathetic?

In an obvious abuse of power that really exposes the corruption at the Renton Police Department, the officers obtained a search warrant through the city's prosecutor who had it signed off by a judge under a Cyberstalking Statute, RCW 9.61.260.  Are the police being cyberstalked by citizens who make silly cartoons about them?

This is the KIRO TV news story about the nutcases at the Renton Police Department who abused their power to obtain a search warrant for a cartoon.  What crime has been committed here?  How is this action in the best interests of the city's tax paying citizens?

So I get it, when the public's getting into the personal and internal affairs of a police department it's a crime, not visa versa. The police can enter people's homes for any reason and arrest an innocent a person for allegedly burglarizing his own home and for resisting arrest as I posted about earlier.  Yet when someone infiltrates their pathetic state of affairs, they want the man arrested for mocking them using the First Amendment?  Who do they think they are, Adolf Hitler?

The Renton Police Department obtained a search warrant in order to uncover the identity of the cartoonist.  Isn't this interesting.  Did the cartoonist threaten them?  No, Mr. Fiddlesticks was just mocking their pathetic lame asses under the First Amendment.

This is Nazi-like activity in my book. These Renton Police Officers involved in obtaining a search warrant working with a city prosecutor and judge are cowards abusing their power in every respect of the word.  This isn't what citizens pay taxes for!  If people want to go about venting civilly using the First Amendment against these public officials, they have every right to do so.

The growing public outcry over the brutal beating and tasing of Kelly Thomas is an amazing thing to witness.  Ever since a photo of Kelly Thomas was circulated on the Internet a few days ago, people have expressed outrage as related videos go viral on the Internet and in the major media. The brutal torture and murder was witnessed by several people in the community who could hear the man's cries and pleadings.  A photo taken prior to Kelly's death speaks for itself.

According to the father, prior to his releasing the photo on the Internet the Fullerton police were doing nothing to investigate his son's murder.   Thanks to the enormous public outcry such as at the city council meeting in the video below, the six officers involved have since been put on leave.  Seventy people were allowed to express their outrage given three minutes each.  The message was loud and clear the public won't put up with these police mafia activities in their community.

A police insider calls into a radio program to describe the beating from the confidential video footage and to let them know the police chief is trying to disregard citizen's complaints of the murder.

We don't ever see the police beating up the real evil serial murderer criminals now do we?  No, they protect their prize possession criminals with kid gloves who give them notoriety so they can brag about working on famous and/or significant cases.  These type of officers such as in Fullerton are cowards who prey on the weak, helpless and vulnerable because they think no one will care.  These demon possessed officers then cover up and lie about what happens as they practice their Satanic brotherhood rituals of torture and death. It's a good thing for video cameras and YouTube in this day and age. Without these revolutionary technologies, these police officers would have surely gotten away with murder.

In the meantime, Kelly's father was reportedly offered a settlement of $900,000 for the incident in the city's attempt to try and nip it in the bud prior to getting media exposure. Guess where the city gets the money to pay for these kind of crimes? From the city's tax payers coffer!   The community thus has a right and justified interest to demand the firing of the officers and police chief under these circumstances.

Stock Market Time Travels Back to 1978, Jerry Brown Still Governor of California!!

Should the stock market close lower today, according to CNN it will be the longest losing streak since 1978. that would be from when I was 18 years old! That's one hell of a long time ago since I'm 51.

All this time travel stuff is making me dizzy.  I can't believe Jerry Brown's Governor of California in 2011 who was prominent as a politician in my teens. This is how far back in time 1978 is -- there were no fax machines, no ATMs, no VCR's, and they considered press button cord phones modern!   One thing for sure, this week my business is at a virtual standstill following a busy month of July.  People are definitely holding onto their money thus far, and the stock market almost always affects my business in San Francisco.

I have a theory all the crazy stuff is happening because the cosmos are dictating human destiny.  I haven't looked that much into it, but it could be this comet Elenin or Planet Nibiru calamity may have some truth to it.  The Bible, which is another time travel device, speaks of these things and God could very well be behind it all.  Seeing how all the evil rats in politics are backstabbing and bailing America for a world government, it seems something big is on the horizon for humanity.  The evil ones are also hoping to go underground to live out the disaster in their huge underground cities.

The disaster a cosmic event poses to humanity could be why the U.S. government is behaving so badly running away with the alleged buried treasure as if the world's about the end.  I've tried to avoid going into the crazy speculation about the comet Elenin and/or Planet Nibiru not to sound silly.  There's plenty of fear mongering going on I don't want to participate in without evidence.

One thing I know for sure is the lady I posted about a while back who predicted a large earthquake based on the alignment of comet Elenin is once again saying get away from the coastal areas and fault tectonic plates in late September from the 23rd to 30th as the window for another huge event.

President on Steroids: Obama Wants Superman Powers With Proposed 'Super Congress'

If one uses the analogy of someone being in impossible debt and how there are usually two options, trying to get more credit to pay off the debt or bankruptcy, that was the predicament the U.S. government was in yesterday.  Most anyone in this predicament would be forced into bankruptcy, but not the U.S. government.

Knowing the end was near to its insane spending spree, including five fraudulent wars and hundreds of military bases worldwide, the U.S. government has chosen not only to give itself a new credit card with $1.4 trillion more to spend of tax payer money, but has made sure the same scenario will never happen again.  In an insane power grab that's scaring the hell out of many Americans, the corrupt have decided to override the U.S. Constitution altogether by appointing a new Super Congress making President Obama a virtual Superman thus giving the house and senate approximately 90% less power.

The debt ceiling deal appears to many to be a coup to make the government exponentially more powerful through centralizing the decision making authority into the hands of a few.  What will this new Super Congress (SC) mean for America?  Here are what a few have to say who have posted videos.  Alex Jones, for one, is angry and terrified of what is transpiring.

Like most Americans, I've always thought of Lyndon LaRouche as a scary extremist politician thanks to the cult like behavior and propaganda his followers exhibit in front of U.S. Postal Offices.  I've seen these propaganda tables numerous times in Southern and Northern California since the 1980's and have always been disturbed by them primarily because the followers are extremely aggressive and annoying.  Because of LaRouche's presentation of himself to the public, I never paid much attention until he began appearing recently on the Alex Jones Radio show.  I've since listened to LaRouche for the first time from these interviews and now observe he's quite different than what I initially believed him to be.  In any event, I thought I'd post LaRouche's video over what's occurring in government that he considers a coup by Obama for Hitleresque authority.

Is Lyndon LaRouche just some lunatic having his followers put out a cryptic video?  The presentation here is typical LaRouche style of cult like followers out of the mainstream.  Regardless of the messenger, the facts are there for those to observe.

The wisdom of don't shoot the messenger has always been paramount throughout history. I'm open to hearing from anyone who sounds a warning over what's currently happening in the U.S. government.  One simply can't blame the messenger over what's happening to America no matter who it is.  

This is what men do when they're on the verge of failure and disaster, they run to their delusions rather than face the facts they need to change their ways.  Like Charlie Sheen, Obama says "winning". 

Activist Rosalind Peterson Warns of Unauthorized U.S. Electric Grid Experiment

 

Yesterday I received a red alert email from activist Rosalind Peterson of the Agriculture Defense Coalition and California Sky Watch I've decided to post on my blog.  It seems a private corporation has taken it upon itself to experiment with America's electric grid that could have severe consequences for the public. There's been no public hearing or debate and government officials appear to know nothing about it.  

Here's a brief summary of the problem as reported by CBS news June 27, 2011:

"A yearlong experiment with America's electric grid could mess up traffic lights, security systems and some computers - and make plug-in clocks and appliances like programmable coffeemakers run up to 20 minutes fast.' 

A lot of people are going to have things break and they're not going to know why,' said Demetrios Matsakis, head of the time service department at the U.S. Naval Observatory, one of two official timekeeping agencies in the federal government." CBS News June 27, 2011

COSTLY U.S. POWER GRID TESTS APPROVED WITHOUT PUBLIC CONSENT

On June 27, 2011, CBS News reported: “…A yearlong experiment with America's electric grid could mess up traffic lights, security systems and some computers and make plug-in clocks and appliances like programmable coffeemakers run up to 20 minutes fast...”   CBS News also reported that:  “…Tom O'Brian, who heads the time and frequency division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, expects widespread (unspecified) effects..." CBS News June 27, 2011

The CBS report did not specify who approved this test.  This test will begin without public consent, substantial public notice or public debate in mid-July 2011.  This test could disrupt so many businesses, state and local governments, and other government agencies, that it could quickly become a National Security nightmare and a massive public headache.

"The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) provides a wide range of astronomical data and products, and serves as the official source of time for the U.S. Department of Defense and a standard of time for the entire United States."  Precise Time-U.S. Naval Observatory 

According to CBS News, “…The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), runs the nation's interlocking web of transmission lines and power plants and they will be conducting the tests…”  Will this company be liable for appliance replacement and other costs associated with these tests? 

The disruptions from these tests may have the following consequences according to various news reports:

1)         CBS News Reports:  “…The group that oversees the U.S. power grid (NERC), is proposing an experiment that would allow more frequency variation than it does now without (time) corrections, according to a company presentation obtained by The Associated Press... "Is anyone using the grid to keep track of time?...McClelland said. "Let's see if anyone complains if we eliminate it.” …No one is sure what will be affected…” [1]  This appears to be an experiment to permanently eliminate time corrections. 

2)         CBS News:  “…A June 14 company presentation spelled out the potential effects of the change:  East Coast clocks may run as much as 20 minutes fast over a year, but West Coast clocks are only likely to be off by 8 minutes. In Texas, it's only an expected speedup of 2 minutes. Some parts of the grid, like in the East, tend to run faster than others. Errors add up. If the grid averages just over 60 cycles a second, clocks that rely on the grid will gain 14 seconds per day, according to the company's presentation…”  This could mean that your clocks and other appliances plugged into the electricity grid, will no longer be accurate while the tests are being conducted for at least one year.

3)         Time Disruptions - How will people who don't have Internet or Cell Phone access be able to get the correct time since telephone companies don't offer this service anymore?  This company presumes to believe that everyone has access to the Internet and will have instant correct time…this is not the case.

4)         Appliances, cooking timers, SMART Meters, clocks, and other items that are time sensitive could be disrupted or completely fail.

5)         The article does not address problems that may occur in hospitals, during surgeries, when using time sensitive equipment.  This type of equipment may be highly sensitive to time variations.  Other industries and businesses may also have problems and may have to make many costly adjustments.  Who will pay these costs?

6)         CBS News:  “…Spokeswoman Kimberly Mielcarek said the company is still discussing the test and gauging reactions to its proposal, and may delay the experiment a bit…”  This company has no idea what problems these tests will have on the public and our electric grid.  It is just an experiment and they are taking no financial responsibility for the consequences if these tests have negative, unknown consequences. 

7)         These tests are to last one year.  This seems like a long time to conduct these tests.     And this should be heavily reviewed and studied in advance of any testing.

8)         If the federal government provides the time, via telephone, the location and number were not noted in the CBS article.

The public should not have to rely on leaving our computers and cell phones, using extra electricity, just to make sure that we have the correct time.  And we have no idea if our computers and other gadgets will work while these tests are being conducted.

If our appliances and other equipment break because of these grid experiments who is going to pay our costs?    If these tests cost local, city, and county governments money to respond to problems associated with these tests, who pay the costs of fixing or repairing them? 

There needs to be congressional hearings and a public debate before these tests are approved.  To be at the mercy of a private company, that has decided on a “whim”, and without any idea of the problems and consequences that their power grid tests will cause, is unthinkable at this time. 

Stop the Tests, Let the Public Debate Begin, and Contact your Elected Officials and let them know that you expect that they will take action to protect the public interest.  We need a comprehensive investigation prior to any experiments being initiated.
