Are Body Scanners First Step Towards Beam Me Up Technology?

This whole big deal about the airport scanners got me thinking a little about how similar the body scanning concept is to "beam me up Scotty" on Star Trek.  We're in the day and age of flip phones that are similar to the communication device technology in 1960's Star Trek episodes.  It seems many other developments in technology resulted from the various Star Trek related programs including video teleconferencing, stun gun laser technology, voice activated technology, invisible cloaking devices in the works and the 3D holodeck that is in its early stages of development.

A transporter is a fictional teleportation machine used in the Star Trek universe. Transporters convert a person or object into an energy pattern (a process called dematerialization), then "beam" it to a target, where it is reconverted into matter (rematerialization). The term transporter accident is a catch-all term for when a person or object does not rematerialize correctly. - Wikipedia

So these airport scanners are linked psychologically with allowing people to travel.  The government hopes one day it will be a requirement to get a scan at all airports prior to flying.  Many, including myself, believe the scanners are being used for sinister reasons by the U.S. government beyond wanting to keep traveler's safe, because the levels of radiation are in question from various studies. Additionally, the TSA has lied about saving the images of people in a database.  Many, including Governor Jesse Ventura, won't fly any commercial airlines ever again until the invasive pat down procedures for those who opt out of scanners are changed. 

Glen Beck on Judge Napolitano's program suggests the government and President Obama is criminal, planning on false flag terrorist strikes to force people to use the body scanners. 

The early days of Star Trek - Most all the technology ideas came true in the future or are in their early stages of development.

So, the U.S. government takes people's DNA in blood samples at birth, now it wants to scan people's bodies at airports? The TSA lied that it didn't save the images of nude people's bodies, and now they're basically molesting and sexually assaulting people prodding them like cattle in order to force them to choose the scanner over pat downs.  Something's up! 

Just a few thoughts others have also expressed:

1.  Radiation may not be the only danger posed by scanners for those who frequently fly.  Like cell phones and the microwave energy dangers to our brains, the scanners may  cause men to have low sperm counts to sterilize the population.

2.  The psychological effects of allowing the government to scan and view one's nude body opens new doors into the human psyche.  Since the scanners are connected with traveling and freedom in many people's minds, it's a way for the government to step in with a control grid over people's bodies, mind and privacy.

3.  The attitude of the TSA forcing its policies on people against their will is evident thus exposing a more sinister underlying intent of the government that's far beyond the issue of safety.

These body scanners are being used to store traveler's images into a database.  We all have to figure out why this information is important to the government and what it plans to use it for.  Perhaps this is just more of a psychological exercise the government wishes to impose forcing its control and violation of people's privacy.  Regardless, many people may want to try saying "Beam me up Scotty" with their flip phones as they stand in the body scanner lines.  Maybe, just maybe he'll respond.

A Good Example of the Pathetic Existence Some Attorneys Lead

So a client comes to an attorney for his help who has a background of a public nuisance conviction and for trespassing.  I'm not saying just a little problematic, but major psycho material.  A woman (myself) in the legal profession has been trying to stop the man's intense and well documented pattern of sadistic psychological torture against her the past 3 years by filing a lawsuit and request for a restraining order. The stranger ignored her cease and desist letters and hid behind a PO Box.

In view of these facts, as an attorney, what do you do to uphold your profession when such a problematic person comes to you for help?  Do you try to slaughter the opposing woman with lies in court and deny her rights in trying to prevent her from future litigation in the matter?  Do you believe every word your client tells you?  The sad fact is the attorney chose to side with his problematic well documented client to cover up for his activities and accept his lies while trying to get money out of the woman for his legal fees.

I have a good example and commentary on this shallow male based conquest that follows:

Back in August, 2010, I let go of a restraining order case against the attorney's client I was told was denied being granted a hearing.  The court clerk initially handed me back the RO with a "denied" stamp on it.  Upon my inquiry and offer of clarification of new evidence I had obtained, the clerk told me a judge would review it.  I never heard back so I believed it was denied.  As far as I was concerned, that was my final attempt to obtain a well deserved restraining order against a very crazy man who refused to stop his activities.   

Such a person admitted under oath he once contacted the FBI when his website no longer appeared at the top of Google.  From such admitted facts, one can deduce such an individual likely views himself as extremely important perhaps on the level of Bill Gates or the King of England. In other words, such an individual seems to have a paranoid schizophrenic profile lacking self awareness and the ability to discern right from wrong. 

One day I received an email from the attorney representing his problematic client.  He made me aware that the restraining order hearing was granted.  I thought the attorney's communication was quite odd since the RO had never been served on his client.  Apparently the attorney was monitoring the court calendar and noted a RO had been successfully filed.  As a result of learning the RO was valid, I had it served on the attorney's client.  Essentially, the attorney made the RO case happen after I had let it go.

The reason the attorney made the RO case happen was he wanted to set me up in court with the judge with a motion.  The motion made it appear another person and not the attorney's client was harassing me. My new evidence with IP addresses showed otherwise.  When I went to the hearing, the judge would not allow me to testify and whitewashed my evidence.  The whole purpose of the hearing was really a set up in order for the attorney to make money from the case and then ask the court for me to pay his legal fees. The attorney essentially wasn't looking to prevent the RO case I had let go of, but to make it happen so he could make money and collect from me.  Another underhanded thing this attorney did was not properly serve me with other important documents by a process server or other qualified professional. Instead, the attorney served his own papers on me at the hearing that I did not open believing they were related to the hearing that day.

The attorney essentially did something underhanded having served me himself with his case involving collecting his legal fees.  I didn't even open it because I was feeling overwhelmed with his materials.  I knew a valid serve of any new case from the attorney or client would only be from a process server or sheriff, not from the attorney himself. The envelope contained important documents that were improperly served and calculated to lead to a serious matter of missing a hearing. I had previously informed the attorney I wasn't opening any of his numerous harassing materials.

Insidious Evil Lawyers 

So these are the insidious games male attorneys, likely frustrated by the surge of women attorneys and Supreme Court justices, are playing out there.  It's quite sad the level this attorney sank under the belief I have money and assets. My vehicle is an electric bicycle and I've never owned real property in my life. I haven't owned a car since 1986.  I've lived a very conservative life with the basics and have rarely taken vacations anywhere in my life.  I haven't been to Europe, on any cruise ever, not anything more than a couple days here and there of Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Portland OR, Los Angeles and Monterey, CA.

So try to wrap your mind around that one a few minutes and just take in how manipulative and diabolical it is.  This is what attorneys have reduced themselves to, working on criminals behalves to cover up for them while going after people's money for legal fees.  The court is supporting the activities of criminals and allowing them unquestioned credibility while going like bloodhounds after anyone  who they believe has money.

Last month this same attorney lost his bid for his own restraining order against me that was entirely frivolous. I filed an answer with the court but didn't attend the hearing or have any representation. The court denied the attorney's RO request.  The attorney went into court and had the audacity to think he had grounds for a RO!  He's as nuts as his client in my opinion.  Manipulative, diabolic, unreasonable and just plain evil.  Just another class warfare idiot.

Many Are Dropping Like Flies to Greed

Some originally well intentioned people are falling like flies to greed if these Fraud Blog stories are any indication.  The first one is someone who served as a director for 35 years for the Pennsylvania Rape Center.

Mary Beth Semerod, 55, of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, was indicted on charges she embezzled some $100,000 from the Schuylkill County Rape and Victim Assistance Center where she had served as executive director. According to the indictment, Semerod misappropriated the funds over a 2 year period from June 2006 until June 2008. The center has since been closed down and Semerod resigned in August 2008 after failing to comply with audit requirements, after serving as its director of 35 years.


Amy McKinley Moore, 43, of Garner, North Carolina has been charged with larceny by employee in excess of $100,000 and obtaining money by false pretenses in connection with an alleged embezzlement of some $394,000 from Garner Volunteer Fire-Rescue, Inc. (GVFR), where she had been employed as an administrative assistant. According to authorities, Moore wrote hundreds of checks to herself over a 7 year period between 2003 and 2010. Moore's husband, David Moore, is a detective with the Raleigh Police Department. (Note this lady looks like a crack addict)

John A. Eichner, 49, of Montvale, New Jersey pleaded guilty yesterday to wire fraud and tax evasion charges in connection with the alleged embezzlement of some $2 million from the Harold M. Pitman Company, where he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. According to prosecutors, Eichner falsified expense reports over a period of six years from 2003 through 2009. Authorities also alleged that Eichner caused wire transfers of company funds to pay for personal expenses and luxury travel and goods, including $30,000 for cases of wine purchased through the Southeby's auction house.

 

Edward Gerard Payton, 50, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was indicted on health care fraud charges related to the alleged embezzlement of some $147,000 from Mecklenburg Open Door, a non-profit which provides mental health services and housing to local mentally ill individuals, for which he had served as Executive Director. According to authorities, Payton misappropriated the non-profit's funds by personal use of its credit cards and by receiving extra income through checks authorized as "loans" or "advances" which were never repaid. The five count indictment charged Payton with one felony count of Theft and Embezzlement in Connection with Healthcare and four felony counts of Theft and Embezzlement Concerning Programs Receiving Federal Funds. The scheme spanned a period of more than three years, from January 2007 to April 2010, according to the indictment.

Sujata "Sue" Sachdeva, 47, of Mequon, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison for embezzling $34 million from Koss Corporation, where she had served as vice president of finance and secretary. Sachdeva pleaded guilty in July to six counts of wire fraud in connection with the case. She has also agreed to pay full restitution. Sachdeva's attorney sought leniency due to her cooperation in the case whereas prosecutors sought 16 to 20 years. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which has been all over this story, quotes her in court today at sentencing: "I stand before you today truly remorseful. You have been my family, my friends and my co-workers for many years. I know you have been deeply hurt by my dishonesty in ways I never intended."

Mary Elizabeth Carter, 46, last known to be living in Portland, Oregon, is being sought by Troutdale, Oregon police for her alleged involvement in embezzling at least $225,000 from several local businesses. Authorities claims Carter stole from local veterinary clinics where she apparently worked. They are seeking assistance in locating her whereabouts for outstanding felony warrants for aggravated theft. Carter, who is an Irish national, has a "slight" Irish accent and is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. See photograph here. Troutdale police ask that anyone who might have information on her whereabouts to call them at 503-823-3333.

I must say, it's so sad to see so many women involved in this activity.  At one time I held women to higher standards above men when it came to not accepting they were capable of this kind of stuff on a large scale. Apparently, I was wrong.   These women ruin it for the rest of us hard working females.  The author of this material believes we'll be seeing much more of this kind of thing as the economy worsens.

His Girlfriend's a Sex Robot!!

This is really the sickest and yet funniest thing I've seen in a long time. If people go for this concept, as portrayed in a The Sun article, My Girlfriend's a Robot, we're even more doomed then I thought.  Any man or woman who gets it on with a sex robot is ready for the funny farm.

If anything, this sex robot fetish exposes how certain men can be perfectly satisfied with some soulless, brain dead inanimate non-thinking programmable object their mates are often turned into.  There are men who would be perfectly happy with a mate they can program, who they have no regard for except for their maintenance in order to function for them.  Likewise, living women who give themselves over to this mindless service to such men are willing participants in insanity rendering themselves as mere machines.

THEIR ultimate partner would be flexible, obedient... and made of rubber.

I remember first being introduced to the concept of sex robots in the Spielberg film A.I. I didn't find it intriguing at all.

I remember the early 1980's Steven Martin film The Lonely Guy and how hilarious it was.  In this day and age men basically get whatever and whomever they want quite easily thanks to the Internet. There are dating services, Craigslist and all kinds of avenues for them to meet women.  When I go on www.MeetUp.com hikes there are always men there scoping out the female territory for their next screw. Men in this culture cheat on their wives with great ease and there is nothing but available women all over the country for them.

So if you want to know why the U.S. is falling apart, it's because men are spoiled here, that they're too busy looking for their next women to screw then attend to the necessary business to keep our country safe and protected.  Meanwhile, our country's going to hell.  They are soulless, heartless, greedy, spoiled and selfish men in America many of whom treat their women like programmable robots.

New Evidence Congressman Sonny Bono Assassinated to Silence Him

Back in 1998 former congressman Sonny Bono was reported by the media to have died after a skiing accident in Nevada.  There were no witnesses and the autopsy report wasn't released to the public. New evidence is being reported by several papers in Australia and the Globe that Bono was assassinated after learning about government corruption he intended to expose.

The new evidence comes from the suppressed autopsy report which was obtained and provided to the supermarket tabloid, the Globe.

After reviewing the shocking secret documents, former FBI agent Ted Gunderson tells GLOBE: "The official version of Sonny Bono's death is hogwash. It's nonsense for anyone to now try to suggest that Bono died after crashing into a tree. There's zero evidence in this autopsy report or any of these official documents to show such an accident happened.  Instead, there's powerful proof he was assassinated.  "This was an evil plot that was carried out to almost perfection by ruthless assassins."

Bono, an experienced skier, was ambushed on the slopes by hired hitmen, who beat him to death and then staged a tree collision, Gunderson said.

He called for authorities to dig up Bono's remains and open a homicide investigation.

His claims have reportedly been backed by top forensics experts who fear Nevada authorities were too quick to call the death a skiing accident. Link

Investigator Bob Fletcher had also confessed he sent evidence of a 10-year study that linked top US government officials to arms and weapons dealers to Bono less than a month before his death, the Globe reported.

"(Bono) was going to make it his No.1 priority... There's no doubt in my mind Sonny was murdered by someone who needed him silenced," Mr Fletcher told the paper.

Sonny's mother Jean always believed he had been murdered and prior to her death in 2005, requested an investigation.

Death Bed Notarizations Are Heart Breaking

Sunday morning I was called to the St. Francis hospital in San Francisco to notarize a durable power of attorney for a terminal cancer patient.  When I arrived I was prepped about the circumstances, that the patient was only 49 years old and was in significant pain.  It's the first time I had ever been called for an emergency due to someone being on their death bed. 

When I entered the room the the poor guy was obviously in a lot of pain contorting on the bed with needles and tubes all over him.  His family was there, including his sister who was going to oversee his finances with the power of attorney documents.  I was given Richard's driver's license and the photo showed him as a happy smiling person.  I felt very sad over the whole thing since I've never met anyone who was definitely expected to die within a short time. 

Later that day, I listened to the Alex Jones Radio Sunday program where Alex was expressing anger over all the cancer patients due to the chemicals put in our food and water supply. Alex was really angry and ranting about it a while about cancer being a relative new disease. 

I can't find the rant on cancer in this video I've previously described, but this clip is still informative.  I believe the ranting part is in the other parts of the video series.

If you check out cancer on Wikipedia, there's a large section overlooking the history of the development of the disease. For instance, when did it emerge?  Yet, Wikipedia has a large section dedicated to claiming cancer is genetically influenced.  There was a time when cancer was very rare, 1 in a billion children had cancer a matter of 80 years ago.  It seems very logical chemicals in our food and water contributed to cancer's growth, not to mention smoking.  

So basically, Sunday was dedicated to a new awareness of cancer for some reason. 

Leaving a Bankrupt California Is On The Table

Wow, I had a nightmare as I dozed off last night that some man was suffocating me to death. He initially walked into the room masquerading as a speaker at a conference and I complimented him on his tie.  He acted like some angry Mafia hit man and began to molest and then suffocate me from behind.  I was trying to scream for help and was nearly relieved a woman entered the room, but to my utter horror she was "in on it".  As I was dying and drooling from suffocation, the both of them were waiting for the big gun hit man to enter the room and were staring at the door. I believed they were going to kill me. I woke up feeling shortness of breath. I felt a lot of fear. WTF?

What could such a nightmare possibly mean except as a metaphor.  As a native Californian of 50 years, it doesn't come without great thought that I find myself pondering leaving my home state that will one day be suffocating to live in.  Others have also been sharing with me why they decided to leave. The state isn't what it used to be and is quickly becoming a mere shadow of its former glory.  It's going to get really bad here.

Is the state of California bankrupt?  Well, an increasing number of politicians and economic analysts are answering that question in the affirmative.  The truth is that California is a complete and total economic disaster area. End of the American Dream

California was formerly one of the best states to live in the entire country but now it's nearly bankrupt.  My internal radar is telling me chaos is imminent.  California is a strong police state with the largest prison population in the nation.  The state's court system has become a fine tuned mindless machine due to the large population and a dangerous one at that.  People fall through the cracks in this state like pancakes.  The court system likes to keep attorneys busy and causes much unnecessary problems in order to keep its local legal community economically strong.  In other words, the court system in California is corrupt beyond measure.  I've posted about how corrupt and overly political San Francisco's courts are that is truly mind boggling.  (see New Evidence of San Francisco Superior Court Judge Corruption)

In considering where I might be moving to, I've got to take into consideration I have a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon.  In the slightest cold weather the blood appears to leave my hands and feet and they turn absolute white and numb.   At times I still haven't adjusted to the degree of cold strong winds in San Francisco that rip through at 60 mph at a wind pocket where I live.

There are few states I know of that have the same weather conditions of California so I'm using my network to try and find a state I can tolerate.  In this age of the Internet it's easy to find housing and local conditions and chat with the locals on-line.  My guard will be up for problems, I'm not as naive as I used to be.

In any event, I'm tired of dealing with cyber stalkers who send stuff in the mail and a local corrupt government that is overly political and socialistic. The judges in San Francisco are over the top and it's scary the degree of delusion they have about the extent of their power and importance.

The other issue is I would miss the huge earthquake scheduled for the San Francisco Bay area at any time.  People here are living on a ticking time bomb.

Robo Signers Revive Memories of Gigantor the Space Age Robot

As a kid I remember one of my favorite cartoons growing up in the 1960's was Gigantor.  Here we are in 2010 and it seems multitudes of people are performing a lot like a control box robot (i.e. Robo-Signers) mindlessly doing whatever task asked of them. In the cartoon, there was a kid with a little box he used to control the robot's actions much like banks have done with their robo-signers.

This amusing video clip brings back memories of my playing in the front yard running around like Gigantor with my arms up in the air singing the theme song.

Serious s**t's hitting the fan for mortgage banks that used robo signing notaries to rubber stamp and approve foreclosure mortgage documents.  The Huffington Post's come out with an article The Most Shocking Statements from Alleged Foreclosure Robo-Signers.  One notary, Bryan Bly, signed in the capacity of vice president for several companies. He testified he signed an average 5,000 mortgages at Nationwide Title Clearing, for a whopping 50,000-60,000 documents.  

Over two hours of deposition videos disclose how robo signers did their magic with the banks to foreclose on properties.

At 7:29 in the video, Bryan states he took an average of one minute per document he notarized without the borrower's presence which is a violation of the law.

In the article the Huffington Post states "Robo-signing is the latest ugly turn in the ongoing mortgage mess. Banks and loan servicers appear to have illegally processed countless documents in the rush to foreclose. The scandal has spawned a host a host of lawsuits, including a Federal racketeering lawsuit brought against Bank of America and a wave of investigations by 50 state attorneys general." 

Testimony of Crystal Moore:

What did you study [in the one year of college]?"

"Nothin'. It was just the basic."

"General courses?"

"Yeah."

"Do you have any other additional training or education in banking or finance?"

"No."

"Real estate?"

"No."

"Law?"

"No."

In another related story We Were Signing Documents right and Left But I had No Idea What I Was Signing featured on Business Insider, robo signer Tam Doan admitted to CNN Money he had no idea what he was signing.  Doan described the work conditions at BofA compared to other employers:

He said that compared to previous employers, foreclosure administration at Bank of America was "chaotic and stressful" and that he barely had time to read the documents he was signing. He alleges there were too few employees to handle the work, and that those employees received scant training.

It sounds to me like these banks wanted mindless machine work from people who were willing to simply sign their names to any document placed in front of them.  This is an example what happens when people allow corporations to treat them like machines, they start behaving like them. 

China Fired Warning Missile Off So. California Coast?

Investigative journalist Wayne Madsen reported on the Wayne Madsen Report a few days ago China fired a warning missile off the coast of Los Angeles: 

"China flexed its military muscle Monday evening in the skies west of Los Angeles when a Chinese Navy Jin class ballistic missile nuclear submarine, deployed secretly from its underground home base on the south coast of Hainan island, launched an intercontinental ballistic missile from international waters off the southern California coast. WMR’s intelligence sources in Asia, including Japan, say the belief by the military commands in Asia and the intelligence services is that the Chinese decided to demonstrate to the United States its capabilities on the eve of the G-20 Summit in Seoul and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Tokyo, where President Obama is scheduled to attend during his ten-day trip to Asia."

The day after the missile was fired, China's leading credit agency lowered the United States credit rating.  According to Madsen the Pentagon has been covering up by spinning various theories including it was an optical illusion or merely a jet air craft.  Regardless, many experts concur the missile was ballistic.

"Missile experts, including those from Jane’s in London, say the plume was definitely from a missile, possibly launched from a submarine. WMR has learned that the missile was likely a  JL-2 ICBM, which has a range of 7,000 miles, and was fired in a northwesterly direction over the Pacific and away from U.S. territory from a Jin class submarine. The Jin class can carry up to twelve such missiles."

"Asian intelligence sources believe the submarine transited from its base on Hainan through South Pacific waters, where U.S. anti-submarine warfare detection capabilities are not as effective as they are in the northern and mid-Pacific, and then transited north to waters off of Los Angeles. The Pentagon, which has spent billions on ballistic missile defense systems, a pet project of former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, is clearly embarrassed over the Chinese show of strength."

According to Madsen, the Chinese show of force is a huge embarrassment, especially for the Navy’s Pacific Command in Pearl Harbor, where Japan’s December 7, 1941 attack on the fleet at Pearl Harbor remains a sore subject.

The Chinese have probably been warning the US government for a while now, that there will be harsh retaliation against the US if the fed keeps manipulating the currency.
This would certainly explain Obama taking half the military with him & why he’s left the US for an extended period of time, two days after they decide to pull their QE2 scheme at that.
Better start taking those Chinese language courses in school kiddies!!!!

Our military is not going to protect us. It is not their job now. Now they go and terrorize other countries while our government terrorizes us with their police state and would and will let the Chinese eradicate us. It would save them the time and hassle. Also watch this lame duck congress pass their dream act this week and make all illegals legal.

A very interesting thing is that Glen Beck proposed the China theory on his radio show the day after it happened.He said “I don’t believe it but what if it was China that sneaked right into our own waters”, etc.. How is it that he came up with the same story that’s going around the day after the event occurred unless the China theory is the government cover story.
Does the entire thing have to do with a coup happening now?
Obama did take all those ships with him. What for?
