Mouse Outbreak in San Francisco Due to Unusually Cold Weather

A poor frightened tiny black mouse entered my flat in San Francisco yesterday.  While I was typing away on my computer I happened to see a small black round object from the corner of my eye dart along the wall in a split second nanometer.  I would have thought it was just my imagination except for the fact the curtain near the floor was definitely moving back and forth.

My initial reaction to having a mouse in my flat was highly irrational fear.  I immediately called up my landlady in a panicked distressed tone and asked her if the building had a mice problem. She said another tenant had just found a mouse on her pillow a few days ago who was directly below my unit on the first floor. They did some investigating and the mouse came in through the back end of the stove.

In my case, the mouse came in through the kitchen sink cabinet where there's a gap surrounding a pipe. My cabinet had been left slightly a jar.  Too bad the contractors of the unit didn't use some common sense to seal all gaps near such pipes to avoid the problem, but apparently mice have never been an issue before.  The landlady said mice have recently only become a problem throughout the city due to the unseasonably cold weather in August.   It's been really cold here in San Francisco especially due to the wind chill factor.

Last night I made sure there was no way the mouse could crawl up my bed post to end up pillow talking with me as happened with the other tenant.  I didn't hear a thing last night indicating anything was in the room, but I didn't hear the mouse when it was running on the floor near me either.  I know there's no escape for the mouse except out the front door so I've tried to leave it open.  The landlady put the poison out for the mouse too but I was hoping I could avert having to kill the poor thing.

Later I thought a lot about my irrational fear of a mouse being in the house, putting myself in its shoes, or paws so to speak.  The poor little mouse has no food or hope of surviving much and I'm the one afraid of it?  It's just this tiny little creature who accidentally stumbled into my place searching for warmth for itself.  I had imagined it could possibly dash out from underneath something to attack my bare feet and realized how ridiculous that fear was.

Tourists Freezing in August
I feel bad for the tourists who come to San Francisco in August expecting to have a nice vacation. It's often cold, windy and the sun doesn't come out until late afternoon.  August is probably the worst month to visit San Francisco.  In just two months, the city changes quickly into beautiful weather in October.  It doesn't get cold again for a long time thereafter.  My Southern California former lifestyle has never adjusted body wise to the strange seasonal change of August in San Francisco. I always think around June and July it's going to get warmer and it always gets colder.

The other thing about San Francisco is weather changes day to day and even by the hour. It's hard to know how to dress sometimes.

Flight Attendant Steve Slater a Huge Internet Sensation

I'm so happy Jet Blue flight attendant Steve Slater is getting a enormous tsunami amount of support for his dramatic exit from a bad customer situation on a flight.  Thousands of people are rallying for a defense fund since Slater's facing serious charges which could land him in jail for 7 years.

Slater got knocked on the head by a piece of luggage pretty bad to cause a lump on his forehead.  I think that fact alone will cause the charges to be dismissed.  He probably suffered a small concussion.

There will probably be a movie made and Slater could possibly become a millionaire with his own brand of "I'm not going to take this any more and I'm as mad as hell" from the movie 1970's classic Network.

We've all had this kind of frustration from our jobs. The strange thing about this Network clip is obviously everything Howard Beale is saying has been going on a very long time.

And. .

This video was featured on CNN news, and is a very cute song sung by a young woman honoring the hero of the working class.

Judge Richard B. Ulmer Whitewashed My Evidence! Didn't Care!

I hope I don't get an ulcer from a Judge Ulmer's ruling today.  I wanted to report how corrupt our judicial system is that judges do whatever they please regardless of evidence and facts.  Today I attended yet another restraining order hearing against Cyber #1 in San Francisco Superior Court.  A judge had even previously looked over the case prior to granting the hearing.  When I had filed it back in July, the judge's clerk had come down to ask me questions  and ultimately decided to give it to a judge prior to granting a new hearing.

The thing with restraining orders is they shouldn't be too difficult to get if you provide a lot of credible evidence.  I had court hearing transcripts, former subpoena results and a deposition not to mention on-line third party supporting documentation.  My latest evidence proved only a person with an IP address from near El Cajon, CA could have been the one to send me a harassing obscene email two hours after he read and responded to my blog article. Only 5 others could have possibly read the article that morning.  Thus my evidence was 5 people who read my blog article, one of whom harassed me.  The person who had harassed me had a long pattern of daily visits from El Cajon, CA.  This person who harassed me was also linked to previous pattern of emails he sent under that email address.

The judge chose to "whitewash" my evidence with a final statement "millions of people could have sent you the email."  Judge Ulmer ultimately demanded I provide the identity of the IP address owner to prove my case. This is totally inappropriate because a judge isn't supposed to require that level of discovery for a non-trial.  I could only acquire the identity of such a person with a subpoena. You can't obtain subpoena discovery over RO cases.  Such is why there is a lower threshold of evidence required for granting Restraining Orders.

Criminal sympathizers are helping criminals get away with their crimes!  Jacob Harker, a criminal attorney, and judges have aided and abetted a Satanist who I have submitted evidence repeatedly lies.  They have bent over backwards to help a criminal convicted of public nuisance and trespassing while completely disregarding my case evidence.  Why?  Because they don't care!   That is the bottom line, these judges have no interest in helping me with the problem.

Cyber #1 sent a harassing email 30 minutes after he was served with RO papers on
July 22, 2010.  The judge ignored this evidence too and
barely allowed me to submit it.

Part of my August 6 letter to a sleazy criminal attorney who got his client off the
hook for the second time in San Francisco even when a judge looked over the case and approved a new hearing!

These men are looking to take out their problems on women in any way they are able.  This is one example of how they gang up on a woman and operate through networks.

Tired of Endless Male Domination - I Will Fight Until I'm Free

Most all of my life I've been brutally dominated by spoiled and selfish men including those at corporations and law firms.  They've denied me a personal life by placing exorbitant demands on my time in the workplace.   These men believe they're a privileged class and above the law.  They operate at law firms and in the judicial realm.  Attorneys in general are responsible for continually twisting facts and the truth, while omitting relevant facts to create a false reality to win their case.  They care little if anything for the truth, but to win at all costs.  This has created a society of corruption and one where evil people thrive and support one another.

George Washington lost most all of his battles up to the one that counted the most.  I will never give up fighting these men who want to dominate my life at all costs, and without regard for the truth.

Sorry, No Can Do! My First Unlawful Notarization Request and Irate Client

I'm happy to note that 99.9% of the time all of my clients are extremely nice and pleasant to me.  Yesterday I had the .1% client who became irate when I couldn't perform his requested demand I place my notary stamp on every piece of his document.  The client initially made an appointment to come in a few days prior asking me to notarize a document for his friend who was in India.  I explained I couldn't possibly notarize a document for someone who was not in my presence.  After I explained reasons to the client why I couldn't notarize a document for him, I didn't charge him for the appointment.

Yesterday the client called again wanting to know if I could perform a certain type of notarization to confirm a copy was an original known as a document custodian procedure.  I took time to explain to him the procedure, that I could notarize the document, but under his name and signature, not his friend in India.  The client asked if I could notarize each page for him, and I said though it was unusual request, there was no reason why I couldn't.  He kept saying "can you seal each page" and I told him I could, but usually the procedure was to simply notarize one complete document not each page.  I told him the fee would be $30 for three notarizations.

To make a long story short, I spent 15 minutes with the client at the appointment preparing the document and even copying it double sided for him.  After I completed my work, the client became irate that I would not affix my notarial stamp directly on each page.  I explained the copy custodian certificate attached to each page with my notarial stamp is the procedure and I could not simply place my notarial stamp on each page of the document.  That is when the client went ballistic and started yelling at me.  He also indicated he did not intend on paying me.

I'm on my second notarial journal now, and I've had nothing but appreciative clients who are happy for my services.  I never anticipated anyone would yell and be angry at me, especially if I explained good reasons why I couldn't do something exactly the way they wanted. I figured since the man is Indian from India, he doesn't understand how U.S. law operates and just thinks he can tell a Notary Public what to do to his liking.  Some people don't understand a notarial stamp isn't placed on a document to make it look official, but has a true purpose.

Everyone Wants to Become a Notary Public!

People I perform notarizations for often ask me how I became a notary public because they're interested in becoming one. For instance, when I explained to a taxi driver what I do for a living, he asks how he can become a notary public and perform notarization work in his taxi.  It seems many want to do my job thinking it's nothing more than rubber stamping a document.  However, being a Notary Public is far more then what many think it is.  For instance, had I placed my notarial stamp on each page of the client's document, I would have committed an unlawful act I could have possibly gone to prison for.

Potential Liability for Notary Publics

There's much potential liability is involved in being a Notary Public which is why each NP is required to have what is called "Errors & Omissions" insurance.  If a NP misses fingerprint or signature in the journal, it's a criminal offense.  If you "forget" to get a thumb print for a Grant Deed, Deed of Trust or Power of Attorney, it's a punishable offense with possible jail time. If you don't give an oath when appropriate, it's a criminal offense.  If you notarize incomplete documents with blanks or missing attachment, it's unlawful, especially when it comes to deeds.

The only way I could calm the client down was to tell him he was requesting me to perform an unlawful act and that was a crime in the United States.  It's actually a crime to intentionally ask a notary public to commit a crime on one's behalf.  This was the second time this client was asking me to do something unlawful.  So when I explained to the client it was unlawful for me to perform the notarization as he requested, when he continued to complain and yell at me, he was in effect still expecting me to do something unlawful.

The client did end up paying me after all but only after I brought up the illegality of his request. Had I not performed any work for him I wouldn't have charged him. The problem was he watched me fill out all the forms and it was the second time he took up an appointment due to his own issues.  Still, the client believed I misled him some way about what I said I was going to do on the phone.  It was a matter of a simple misunderstanding.

After the client left, I called the National Notary Association about what to do and they told me simply to record the information in my journal.  In the meantime, I'm thinking of taking Friday off.

Bobby Hebb, Singer of 60's Hit Sunny Died Day After Rare Sun Tsunami Blast Towards Earth

I'm sure I'm not the only one who noted Bobby Hebb, who sang the great hit "Sunny" from the 1960's died the day after the sun's awakening from a long slumber.

"Earth is bracing for a cosmic tsunami Tuesday night as tons of plasma from a massive solar flare head directly toward the planet.
The Sun's surface erupted early Sunday morning, shooting a wall of ionized atoms directly at Earth, scientists say. It is expected to create a geomagnetic storm and a spectacular light show -- and it could pose a threat to satellites in orbit, as well.

"This eruption is directed right at us and is expected to get here early in the day on Aug. 4," said Leon Golub of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. "It's the first major Earth-directed eruption in quite some time." - Solar Tsunami to Strike Earth

This rare event coincided with Bobby Hebb's passing at 72.  The sun's been quiet for over a decade without even sunspots.  What were the odds?

Last Night's Chest Pains - Am I Overdosing on Calcium Supplements?

I woke up in the middle of the night with chest pains and was wondering if I was about to have a heart attack.  I also had a slight shortness of breath.  The first thing that came to my mind is, did I leave any indication in my Last Will and Testament to who I will leave my freeze dried Neapolitan ice cream to?  I have boxes of the stuff I purchased from www.Nitro-pak.com in preparation for economic collapse.

Seriously, I hadn't worked out at the gym in nearly two weeks due to a mild case of bronchitis and yesterday I finally had the energy to visit twice in one day. I don't take life for granted as I did in my youth.  When you hit the age of 50 you read about all types of people who drop dead, many who appear healthy including athletes.  I remember at the law firm of Pillsbury in the early 2000's, a guy in his 40's who was overseeing and preparing for the attorney's yearly retreat had a heart attack in his bed and died.  When they found him, he had the phone off the hook and had dialed 911.  I remember him especially because he'd come into our department and let us know about the goodies left over after the law firm's banquet events.  He was really nice.

General symptoms of an impending heart attack can include:
Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach
Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
May include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness
Some heart attacks are sudden and intense — the "movie heart attack," where no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren't sure what's wrong and wait too long before getting help.

You don't have to be unhealthy or overweight to have a heart attack these days.  There are numerous examples of people with unknown heart issues who just collapse or even die in their sleep at a young age.  I don't have any long term symptoms from a medical perspective of having heart problems.  My blood pressure is normal and I only have a slight high cholesterol problem being above average.  I've been taking a lot of calcium magnesium supplements however, that a recent study released just yesterday links to a 30% higher rate of heart attacks.  Could it be my new liquid calcium supplement causing the problem?

None of This Matters - A Heart Does What It Wants Anyway
I take good care of my heart because I've never really smoked and exercise regularly.  I have two glasses of red wine a day on average.  I don't eat fast or greasy foods.  I use a lot of olive oil and Smart Balance products.  All this doesn't matter because there can be any particular reason why one's heart decides it's time to stop beating having a mind of its own.

Last year I remember my heart racing in the middle of the night after I woke up from a terrifying nightmare.  It felt as though it was going to crash like a train wreck.  Then I've had some experiences of after I work out hard at the gym my heart responds by beating really strong at night when I sleep.  Usually I don't notice my heart beating at all because it's normally very quiet and unnoticeable.  In fact most of the time I can't tell if my heart's beating or not.  That's why when I work out, I really like the sensation of feeling my heart beating strongly when I sleep.

In any event, I have to make sure I've covered everything in my Last Will & Testament just in case my heart decides to check out.  Much like an earthquake, it could happen at anytime, anywhere.  I'm not going to the doctor over this, because I can't afford the expensive tests. I already got tested at my gym and everything tested fine.

The funny thing is, I'm not really afraid of dying at all.

U.S. Food & Water Supply Deliberately Poisoned

Radio commentator, film maker and activist Alex Jones recently put out a two part video about how American's food supply is being deliberately poisoned to soft kill Americans.  The first day the video received nearly 250,000 views until YouTube put the brakes on it.  A cover-up ensued as Google removed the key words used to promote and find the video in its search engine.  The next few days the video only got a mere 30,000 hits following the huge wave of views. My question is, if Google's corporate campaign slogan "don't be evil" is for real, why would it want to cover-up the American food supply is poisoned by working against the video?

I've been noting a lot of manipulation happening in the media lately designed to put Americans to sleep. The media is definitely working to cover-up for disasters to calm the American public as if it's medicating them. Anything that is disturbing is quickly swept under the rug as if everything's okay like a parent would lie to a child to calm them. All of the sudden the oil spill is plugged and according to the EPA, it gave the green light for BP to use Corexit dispersant. Everything is okay now, go back to watching television and don't worry. The gov't has it all under control.

Now people can note how the Google search engine has removed the Alex Jones food poison video from its front page of most popular videos having put a huge skid on its viewership by removing key words from its search engine. Oh, and that bee story a while back about how all the honey bees are dying off the San Francisco Chronicle reported?  Everything's okay now because the local bee keepers are bearing honey.

It seems the media is working to cover-up all disasters it reveals, training Americans to see how everything is made okay after its stories.  Problems suddenly disappear and go away!

Anything remotely disturbing to Americans is either quickly covered-up by the media or eventually made okay.  It's clearly mind manipulation.  People aren't getting real news through these outlets any longer.  If you want real news, visit www.prisonplanet.com and www.infowars.com.   Sodium fluoride is deliberately put in the tap water to make people ill and dumbed down. The fake sweetener aspartame was approved by the FDA after being initially rejected three times.  Later Reagan's new appointee let it go through for corporate profits!  Aspartame is a deadly poison in all kinds of diet foods and chewing gum.  They've since changed its name because people were becoming aware of Aspartame's dangers.

Many Americans prefer to be lied to and don't want to know what's really happening in our world. When it comes to poison in food, that's something few can ignore without consequences to health. Sadly, there are many people who don't care what's in their food if it tastes good.  Many people don't want to hear bad things so they typically prefer to kill off  the messenger.  People who prefer the government lie to them have the same kind of mindset from Nazi Germany in my opinion.  People in denial of the truth who prefer to manipulate and play with the facts have a dangerous mindset.

I'm afraid all this cover-up activity has resulted from an over saturation of attorneys in the United States.  Attorneys often believe they can defeat the truth in a court of law by lying, omitting relevant facts and playing politics.  You can observe attorneys behind the scenes in everything from BP's cover-up to Google's.  Attorneys would have you believe sodium fluoride is good for you if their client profits from it.

FlipoGraphs Are An Interesting Marketing Tool of 2D Graphics

I was at my eBike shop earlier this week and Len Rogers at the Electric Bike Outlet told me about his associate at www.Electricwheelswest.com Karla Jacobs who started a 2D hologram graphics company at www.Flipograph.com.  I checked it out mostly because I wanted to see if I could make the 2D material myself.  Turns out not because Fliopgraph owns proprietary software.

What Fliopograph does is display two high definition photographs on a plastic card that change based on which angle it's viewed from.  It seems almost like the cards are a mini computer screen since it refracts light.  This means you can essentially have your marketing message and then perhaps have a large URL address on the 2nd view.

On another note, the 3D  trend sure does seem to be taking off.  I recently saw a commercial for 3D toothpaste and realized they've taken it too far. Imagine that, toothpaste in 3D, i.e., real life toothpaste because you can see it from all sides.

Nighty Night, Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite! If They Do. . . .

I just learned bed bugs are back in the United States with a vengeance from way back in the 1950's when they were pretty much eradicated.  Back in the 1950's they had a cute little saying my mother said good night with:
"Nighty night, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite! If they do, hit em on the coo coo!"
According to the latest slew of articles, bed bugs are an epidemic in the United States and other parts of the world.  The new generation of bed bugs that survived decades since the infestation have also developed an immunity to the chemicals formerly used to kill them off.  So, what are we going to do?

These blood sucking little vipers recently caused the shut down a Victoria's Secret store in New York and an Abercrombie and Fitch. see Victoria's Secret Closes for Bed Bugs, Infestations on the Rise.  They spread by hitching a ride in air traveler's luggage and clothing.

Bed bugs are a lot like bankers.

Congressman Charles Rangel's American Slavery Bill H.R. 5741 Enters Fray

Imagine a government that conducts fraudulent wars with a hidden agenda under a facade of fighting terrorism?  A government that lies to its people, such that the real reason its in Afghanistan is for its large lithium and opium resources and Iraq for its oil and military strategic geographic location? see NY Times: Afghan Opium Kingpin on CIA Payroll.  That the U.S. government even goes so far as admitting it is harvesting opium and distributing around the world, otherwise the terrorist groups would profit from it.

Imagine a government that continually lies to the people and does whatever it wants, such as decides to allow the banking community to rob tax payers of trillions of dollars in a "bail out" to allegedly rescue the poor bankers.  These poor bankers then shower themselves with profits and bonuses instead of redistributing the wealth as they said they would.  see Bank Bonuses Were Unmerited.

Finally, imagine a government that enacts legislation to demand national service to the country form its citizenry. In other words, a government that demands free labor, otherwise known as "slavery".  Rep. Charles Rangel, an African American, should he ashamed of his latest bill H.R. 5741 which proposes to allow the President the authority:
To require all persons in the United States between the ages of 18 and 42 to perform national service, either as a member of the uniformed services or in civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, to authorize the induction of persons in the uniformed services during wartime to meet end-strength requirements of the uniformed services, and for other purposes.” - Link to Article

Charles Rangel has some nerve introducing the slavery bill since he is currently facing a public trial before the Ethics Committee. You see, these people high up in government are largely a band of crooks and criminals wanting to enslave Americans in one way or another.

African Americans of all people should be well aware of the issues of slavery.  Forcing people to serve outside of an emergency war in order to protect their country is nothing less than slavery.  Is this really about revenge of African Americans, a black President and his brothers in politics?  I question it, I really do. Because of all people, black people should know how wrong it is to demand, under penalty of criminal incarceration, all people work on behalf of the government.

Once a criminal government gets its foot in the door demanding slavery from Americans, they will want more of their lives.  Nothing is ever enough for these greedy criminal con artist politicians.

Will Americans ever wake up in time?  I remember 8 years ago I was working the nightshift at a law firm and was often exhausted forcing day naps. One day after having a snack using my toaster oven, I began to take a nap on the couch.  Something brought to my attention prior to dozing off, there were one foot flames shooting out from the oven. Had I fallen asleep the place probably would have caught completely on fire and my life would have never been the same.

This is fascism and tyranny rearing its ugly head incrementally.  Will they assign certain citizens to overseeing the prisoners at FEMA concentration camps one day just like in Nazi Germany?   People really need to tell this government to take their mandatory slavery bill and shove it you know where!
