Abuse of Power: Renton WA Police Obtain Search Warrant For Anonymous Cartoonist Who Mocks Them

Here's another good example of how the police often don't really serve the best interests of the people but only themselves.   Taxpayers in Renton Washington are currently paying for their police department to spend time obtaining a search warrant against an anonymous cartoonist named Mr. Fiddlesticks who mocks them in videos on the Internet.  Isn't that pathetic?

In an obvious abuse of power that really exposes the corruption at the Renton Police Department, the officers obtained a search warrant through the city's prosecutor who had it signed off by a judge under a Cyberstalking Statute, RCW 9.61.260.  Are the police being cyberstalked by citizens who make silly cartoons about them?

This is the KIRO TV news story about the nutcases at the Renton Police Department who abused their power to obtain a search warrant for a cartoon.  What crime has been committed here?  How is this action in the best interests of the city's tax paying citizens?

So I get it, when the public's getting into the personal and internal affairs of a police department it's a crime, not visa versa. The police can enter people's homes for any reason and arrest an innocent a person for allegedly burglarizing his own home and for resisting arrest as I posted about earlier.  Yet when someone infiltrates their pathetic state of affairs, they want the man arrested for mocking them using the First Amendment?  Who do they think they are, Adolf Hitler?

The Renton Police Department obtained a search warrant in order to uncover the identity of the cartoonist.  Isn't this interesting.  Did the cartoonist threaten them?  No, Mr. Fiddlesticks was just mocking their pathetic lame asses under the First Amendment.

This is Nazi-like activity in my book. These Renton Police Officers involved in obtaining a search warrant working with a city prosecutor and judge are cowards abusing their power in every respect of the word.  This isn't what citizens pay taxes for!  If people want to go about venting civilly using the First Amendment against these public officials, they have every right to do so.

Public Outcry Grows Over Fullerton Police Brutal Murder of Gentle Homeless Schizophrenic Kelly Thomas

The growing public outcry over the brutal beating and tasing of Kelly Thomas is an amazing thing to witness.  Ever since a photo of Kelly Thomas was circulated on the Internet a few days ago, people have expressed outrage as related videos go viral on the Internet and in the major media. The brutal torture and murder was witnessed by several people in the community who could hear the man's cries and pleadings.  A photo taken prior to Kelly's death speaks for itself.

According to the father, prior to his releasing the photo on the Internet the Fullerton police were doing nothing to investigate his son's murder.   Thanks to the enormous public outcry such as at the city council meeting in the video below, the six officers involved have since been put on leave.  Seventy people were allowed to express their outrage given three minutes each.  The message was loud and clear the public won't put up with these police mafia activities in their community.

A police insider calls into a radio program to describe the beating from the confidential video footage and to let them know the police chief is trying to disregard citizen's complaints of the murder.

We don't ever see the police beating up the real evil serial murderer criminals now do we?  No, they protect their prize possession criminals with kid gloves who give them notoriety so they can brag about working on famous and/or significant cases.  These type of officers such as in Fullerton are cowards who prey on the weak, helpless and vulnerable because they think no one will care.  These demon possessed officers then cover up and lie about what happens as they practice their Satanic brotherhood rituals of torture and death. It's a good thing for video cameras and YouTube in this day and age. Without these revolutionary technologies, these police officers would have surely gotten away with murder.

In the meantime, Kelly's father was reportedly offered a settlement of $900,000 for the incident in the city's attempt to try and nip it in the bud prior to getting media exposure. Guess where the city gets the money to pay for these kind of crimes? From the city's tax payers coffer!   The community thus has a right and justified interest to demand the firing of the officers and police chief under these circumstances.

Stock Market Time Travels Back to 1978, Jerry Brown Still Governor of California!!

Should the stock market close lower today, according to CNN it will be the longest losing streak since 1978. that would be from when I was 18 years old! That's one hell of a long time ago since I'm 51.

All this time travel stuff is making me dizzy.  I can't believe Jerry Brown's Governor of California in 2011 who was prominent as a politician in my teens. This is how far back in time 1978 is -- there were no fax machines, no ATMs, no VCR's, and they considered press button cord phones modern!   One thing for sure, this week my business is at a virtual standstill following a busy month of July.  People are definitely holding onto their money thus far, and the stock market almost always affects my business in San Francisco.

I have a theory all the crazy stuff is happening because the cosmos are dictating human destiny.  I haven't looked that much into it, but it could be this comet Elenin or Planet Nibiru calamity may have some truth to it.  The Bible, which is another time travel device, speaks of these things and God could very well be behind it all.  Seeing how all the evil rats in politics are backstabbing and bailing America for a world government, it seems something big is on the horizon for humanity.  The evil ones are also hoping to go underground to live out the disaster in their huge underground cities.

The disaster a cosmic event poses to humanity could be why the U.S. government is behaving so badly running away with the alleged buried treasure as if the world's about the end.  I've tried to avoid going into the crazy speculation about the comet Elenin and/or Planet Nibiru not to sound silly.  There's plenty of fear mongering going on I don't want to participate in without evidence.

Here's an interesting video from a credible source (well at least he sounds credible).  I will be looking into this further.  I'd like to go to astronomy parties to check it out.  Maybe we all have a few months left to live.  

One thing I know for sure is the lady I posted about a while back who predicted a large earthquake based on the alignment of comet Elenin is once again saying get away from the coastal areas and fault tectonic plates in late September from the 23rd to 30th as the window for another huge event.

A strange video, but this is the lady who forewarned of the last two huge earthquakes and demonstrated evidence of comet Elenin's influence.

If one uses the analogy of someone being in impossible debt and how there are usually two options, trying to get more credit to pay off the debt or bankruptcy, that was the predicament the U.S. government was in yesterday.  Most anyone in this predicament would be forced into bankruptcy, but not the U.S. government.

Knowing the end was near to its insane spending spree, including five fraudulent wars and hundreds of military bases worldwide, the U.S. government has chosen not only to give itself a new credit card with $1.4 trillion more to spend of tax payer money, but has made sure the same scenario will never happen again.  In an insane power grab that's scaring the hell out of many Americans, the corrupt have decided to override the U.S. Constitution altogether by appointing a new Super Congress making President Obama a virtual Superman thus giving the house and senate approximately 90% less power.

Activist Rosalind Peterson Warns of Unauthorized U.S. Electric Grid Experiment

 

Yesterday I received a red alert email from activist Rosalind Peterson of the Agriculture Defense Coalition and California Sky Watch I've decided to post on my blog.  It seems a private corporation has taken it upon itself to experiment with America's electric grid that could have severe consequences for the public. There's been no public hearing or debate and government officials appear to know nothing about it.  

Here's a brief summary of the problem as reported by CBS news June 27, 2011:

On June 27, 2011, CBS News reported: “…A yearlong experiment with America's electric grid could mess up traffic lights, security systems and some computers and make plug-in clocks and appliances like programmable coffeemakers run up to 20 minutes fast...”   CBS News also reported that:  “…Tom O'Brian, who heads the time and frequency division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, expects widespread (unspecified) effects..." CBS News June 27, 2011

The CBS report did not specify who approved this test.  This test will begin without public consent, substantial public notice or public debate in mid-July 2011.  This test could disrupt so many businesses, state and local governments, and other government agencies, that it could quickly become a National Security nightmare and a massive public headache.

"A lot of people are going to have things break and they're not going to know why," said Demetrios Matsakis, head of the time service department at the U.S. Naval Observatory, one of two official timekeeping agencies in the federal government…This will be an interesting experiment to see how dependent our timekeeping is on the power grid, Matsakis said.  CBS News June 27, 2011

"The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) provides a wide range of astronomical data and products, and serves as the official source of time for the U.S. Department of Defense and a standard of time for the entire United States."  Precise Time-U.S. Naval Observatory 

According to CBS News, “…The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), runs the nation's interlocking web of transmission lines and power plants and they will be conducting the tests…”  Will this company be liable for appliance replacement and other costs associated with these tests? 

The disruptions from these tests may have the following consequences according to various news reports:

1)         CBS News Reports:  “…The group that oversees the U.S. power grid (NERC), is proposing an experiment that would allow more frequency variation than it does now without (time) corrections, according to a company presentation obtained by The Associated Press... "Is anyone using the grid to keep track of time?...McClelland said. "Let's see if anyone complains if we eliminate it.” …No one is sure what will be affected…” [1]  This appears to be an experiment to permanently eliminate time corrections. 

2)         CBS News:  “…A June 14 company presentation spelled out the potential effects of the change:  East Coast clocks may run as much as 20 minutes fast over a year, but West Coast clocks are only likely to be off by 8 minutes. In Texas, it's only an expected speedup of 2 minutes. Some parts of the grid, like in the East, tend to run faster than others. Errors add up. If the grid averages just over 60 cycles a second, clocks that rely on the grid will gain 14 seconds per day, according to the company's presentation…”  This could mean that your clocks and other appliances plugged into the electricity grid, will no longer be accurate while the tests are being conducted for at least one year.

3)         Time Disruptions - How will people who don't have Internet or Cell Phone access be able to get the correct time since telephone companies don't offer this service anymore?  This company presumes to believe that everyone has access to the Internet and will have instant correct time…this is not the case.

4)         Appliances, cooking timers, SMART Meters, clocks, and other items that are time sensitive could be disrupted or completely fail.

5)         The article does not address problems that may occur in hospitals, during surgeries, when using time sensitive equipment.  This type of equipment may be highly sensitive to time variations.  Other industries and businesses may also have problems and may have to make many costly adjustments.  Who will pay these costs?

6)         CBS News:  “…Spokeswoman Kimberly Mielcarek said the company is still discussing the test and gauging reactions to its proposal, and may delay the experiment a bit…”  This company has no idea what problems these tests will have on the public and our electric grid.  It is just an experiment and they are taking no financial responsibility for the consequences if these tests have negative, unknown consequences. 

7)         These tests are to last one year.  This seems like a long time to conduct these tests.     And this should be heavily reviewed and studied in advance of any testing.

8)         If the federal government provides the time, via telephone, the location and number were not noted in the CBS article.

The public should not have to rely on leaving our computers and cell phones, using extra electricity, just to make sure that we have the correct time.  And we have no idea if our computers and other gadgets will work while these tests are being conducted.

If our appliances and other equipment break because of these grid experiments who is going to pay our costs?    If these tests cost local, city, and county governments money to respond to problems associated with these tests, who pay the costs of fixing or repairing them? 

There needs to be congressional hearings and a public debate before these tests are approved.  To be at the mercy of a private company, that has decided on a “whim”, and without any idea of the problems and consequences that their power grid tests will cause, is unthinkable at this time. 

Stop the Tests, Let the Public Debate Begin, and Contact your Elected Officials and let them know that you expect that they will take action to protect the public interest.  We need a comprehensive investigation prior to any experiments being initiated.

Default Countdown: America Could Lose Its Sovereignty

Even if America defaults August 2nd, it will be a couple months before it doesn't pay its bills so there's no need to panic yet.  The sad part of all this is none of it had to happen, Americans gave over control of their economy to traitor politicians who sold out their country to International global interests.

After the corrupt con artist politicians in Washington D.C. trashed the United States of America, they're exhibiting pathological insanity and desparation begging the public to donate to help reduce the deficit.  These sick criminals in the U.S. Government have the audacity after they've pillaged the country to ask Americans for a handout! Forget about asking them to end their fraudulent wars invading other countries for resources, forget about asking them to do common sense things.

The U.S government has put up a page provided by the Department of The Treasury to accept donations to pay down the public debt.

The federal government has put a form online to accept donations from the public which reads:

Note the wording the United States Treasury is asking for handouts from the American public to "reduce the public debt."  It's not the government's debt, it's our debt!  This is just another way of saying it's the public's problem, that we're a burden to the government that they need our donations and support!
 

So let me get this straight.

They stole our money to give the wall street bankers $16 trillion in secret bailouts and $9 Trillion has disappeared from the Fed.

When it was time to bail out the taxpayer they let wall street run mortgage foreclosure mills all over the country and instead of prosecuting the fraud they have allowed it to continue for years. Instead they have made it official policy not to prosecute fraud.

In fact states are negotiating deals to give the crooks immunity.

They have spent trillions of dollars on illegal overseas wars for oil and drugs.

They hand over hundreds of billions to spy on us creating a domestic spy program that has grown beyond our worst nightmares.

They have stolen trillions from Social Security and are conducting secret talks to chop Social Security, Medicare and Public Education.

This is obviously a desperate dangerous government.  They want all  of our money,  and if we don't volunteer to give it up to them they will simply steal it all in the form of pensions, 401K's and social security.

The government is behaving like a crack whore with money as its addiction, quickly evolving into a very dangerous and insidious entity all should be wary of.

Court Breakdown: Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Chokes Fellow Female Justice

I don't understand why it's at all necessary to conduct an investigation since a woman of such great authority, Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, accused her fellow justice David T. Prosser, Jr. of placing her in a chokehold last month. The incident occurred behind closed doors in which Justice Prosser was reported to have grabbed Justice Bradley by the neck with both hands during an argument in her chambers prior to the court's decision to uphold a bill. 

"Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that Justice David Prosser put her in a chokehold during the dispute. She contacted the newspaper late Saturday after Prosser denied rumors about the altercation.

'The facts are that I was demanding that he get out of my office and he put his hands around my neck in anger in a chokehold,' Bradley told the newspaper.'"-Article Link

It seems Justice Prosser is hoping his denials can somehow overcome these accusations from a fellow justice and that his buddies will exonerate him from an alleged lying  wicked witch liberal justice.  The forthcoming investigation being conducted by his fellow male counterparts is clearly designed to exonerate him.  As I've revealed throughout this blog, men in the legal system cover-up for one another, especially when it comes to accusations from women.

Justice David Prosser, Jr. knows an investigation conducted by other male colleagues will cover-up on his behalf.  This is the way the corrupt court system works folks. This isn't the first time Prosser's had complaints.

No tax payer paid cover-up investigation is necessary  The man's obviously guilty since Supreme Court justices don't run around falsely accusing each other of assault.  If the two were married and in a domestic dispute that would be one thing, this is quite another.  This is a good example of how men think they're above the law and accusations simply don't stick to them.

I again ask, why is there a need for an investigation?  Obviously the man is guilty.  What greater weight of credibility must one have then that of a Supreme Court Justice?  

Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser, Jr. is clearly guilty of assaulting a fellow justice.   It's as simple as that.  Prosser can't admit his guilt because he believes himself to be above the law.  No investigation using taxpayer funds is needed, not when a justice on that level makes such a claim.  Period!

Why Bankers Are Creeping Me Out

Last week I performed a refinance loan signing for someone who I later learned was a director of securities at Wells Fargo bank.  The couple was already pissed off at the loan facilitating bank prior to my arrival, something I'm familiar with in people sometimes wanting to vent and take out on me.  For instance, my last birthday evening was spent with a couple furious at Bank of America so much so that I thought they were going to rip my head off when I  arrived.  So just imagine a sight to behold of a bank executive upset over another bank's refinance loan practices? I was a sitting duck for potential abuse for sure.

The director from Wells Fargo was so upset with the bank that he refused to sign his middle initial in his name as was delineated in the signature block on the deed of trust.  He said he never signs his name with his middle initial and he just wouldn't do it.  I told the banker if he didn't sign his name exactly as listed in the signature block, the loan papers would have to be redrafted without the initial requirement.  He responded that he didn't care if the papers had to be redrafted and continued to sign all of the documents quite angrily.

When I was called back to perform the banker's signing a second time I was later informed he wanted to get his own notary public to do his paperwork.  Fearing I wouldn't be paid for my work and time, I contacted this bank executive who expressed regret I had informed the bank he refused to sign his name correctly.  Imagine that, a banker blaming me for doing my job!  That is my job and this banker behaved as though I had somehow tattled on him that caused his loan to be redone.  Often times in instances where loan documents have to be redrafted the loan signing agent (me) doesn't get paid unless they go back and redo the signing. This director at Wells Fargo was trying to make it look like I was responsible for the problem, that it was my fault somehow in his getting another notary to do the resigning.  A typical banker!

Let there be no doubt that bankers all over the country are a pain in the rear:

It's interesting to note when I asked the Wells Fargo director if he was in the financial industry, he responded with "no".  Bankers are good at lying!  Why would he lie?  Every time I deal with bankers at my local bank, they are so nosy and prying into my personal life, I just say as little as possible.  They always try very hard to make me believe they're truly interested and my friend.  Once in a while I come across a genuinely nice person working at a bank, but much of the time I keep my distance.  Sometimes when they ask probing personal questions I feel like responding with "it's none of your business!"

Whenever I do loan signings on behalf of Wells Fargo bank they ask if I can invoice them and it usually takes two months to get paid!   All I can say is these banks have some real nerve and audacity these days.  The worst of all of them is Bank of America, a bank that can burn in hell.  BofA's loan refinance documents are always a mess to deal with and their customers most always complain to me about this bank's incompetence.  A couple of lawyers I did a signing for once laughed at BofA's term for an additional fee as "padding" they found so hilarious they wanted to frame and hang the document on the wall.

A few nights ago I had a three hour loan signing to midnight with an auditor in the financial industry who works for VISA.  Though she was very nice, she scrutinized everything, and the banker who was in a conference call with us appeared to sound drunk being unable to answer her questions.  The banker was calling the borrower "sweetheart" and "darling" to the shock of the borrower who asked if she was on candid camera.
