Good Advice: Stay Far Away From A Corrupt U.S. Legal System

Once I realized how truly corrupt, political and rigged the legal system is, I decided I never want anything to do with it ever again.  Attorneys like Matt Weidner also agree with my determination that the court system isn't a place to obtain justice since it's being run mostly by parasitic overtly political criminals.  See A Systematic, Brutal Cammpaign To Silence Dissent - Matt Weidner Blog.   Mentally ill people can walk into a court, lie about you and the court will believe every word they say.  If you defend yourself with hard evidence they will disregard it because psychopathic sadistic judges in particular are seeking to entrap single women especially.

Courts no longer serve the people but their own business enterprise. A judge can now throw out any case he so pleases for any reason including not liking the Plaintiff.

A mentally disturbed man who I had won a $25K default judgment against in 2010, was afraid I was on the verge of bringing him to court for his activities so he went into his hometown court in Walnut Creek to lie claiming I was stalking he and his live-in girlfriend.  He had no lawyer representation. I had never contacted him and, in fact, was working with an attorney at the law offices of Parker Stanbury LLP in Los Angeles to send him a cease and desist letter. I had traced an IP address of a recent harassing lawsuit threat to an Apple Store in Walnut Creek.  Two employees, including a manager, had confirmed there was a Joel Utman who worked there, though later denied, and the case went to Apple's investigative unit.  Apple later reported a name change had taken place prompting me to scour court public records confirming the change.  I later forwarded the name change documents to a third party who I had requested confidentiality from.

It turned out the only real evidence the paranoid man had of any contact was that another person had sent him a non-threatening note about his name change and future legal action. The correspondence was sent from Vancouver WA.  The court didn't care there was no evidence linked to me, that there were no police reports, and that I had denied everything I was accused of.  The court wanted to believe whatever a paranoid person involved in malicious activities on the Internet had said.  This was entrapment. This was nothing more than a corrupt court system seeking to generate legal fees for the legal community I ended up paying $2,500 over.  It was pure corruption.

How did this man get away with this?  While I had been involved in obtaining a cease and desist letter from an incompetent legal system that took two long weeks to pump out a simple letter, I took a much needed break in Las Vegas a couple of days.  When I returned there was a restraining order hanging on my door.  It was not only unlawfully served, but the basis for the RO was pure perjury. I had never contacted this man ever in my life while, on the other hand, I had received a post card and continual disturbing emails.  As far as my writing a couple blog posts about Mr. Utman disclosing his activities over the past few years, that was under my First Amendment Rights and none of them were threatening.

The kind of justice I got from the judicial system was just breath taking.  At my hearing Commissioner Joel Golub, known as a traffic court official, held up part of my filing of a post card of me photoshopped in a straight jacket to mock me in corroboration with the cyber stalker mentally person's work.  The Commissioner Golub asked "is this you Ms. Meril?" clearly demonstrating his enjoyment of the postcard.  Golub had already cracked a few jokes in his comedy central court demonstrating how seriously he took his job.  It was at that time I finally realized the court system is completely 100% corrupt doing whatever it wants to do entrapping innocent people using mentally ill nut jobs.  The court had no jurisdiction over me since I had never been to Walnut Creek. The fact I contacted the Apple Store over a harassing email wasn't enough to give the court jurisdiction over me whatsoever.

I later sent a letter of intent to file a judicial complaint against Commissioner Golub who was  brought before his superior for review of the case.  After these men cleared one another of wrong doing, as is their procedure for their secret society of manhood, I decided not to proceed with the judicial complaint opting to simply win the judgment and forward the results demonstrating Commissioner Golub believed whatever a paranoid delusional men had said in court.  The man was a complete stranger who witnesses also testified against that enabled me to obtain a restraining order in 2009 from the Concord Superior Court.

I summarize this experience by denoting many in the court system don't want people empowered to determine who is harassing them, that they are on the side of the perpetrators in how they cover-up and take their side with great ease. I thus have deduced there are mentally ill men in the court system working with their pals from the outside who volunteer themselves as government informants and big brother types to entrap people into the system they victimize and get legal fees out of. I've had other confirmations of the court corroborating with criminals, this isn't the only experience I've had.  The legal system's largely run by animals and crooks these days.  Criminals have learned how to infiltrate and manipulate the court system in their favor to twist facts and toss evidence to victimize innocent people. This is especially true of the unconstitutional Family Court system.

I since have no confidence in the U.S. Superior Court system and neither should anyone else.  Even the Small Claims Court is a farce since they make it nearly impossible to collect a judgment.  These popular judge television shows aren't reality based since they fail to disclose how overtly political our judicial system has become.

Female Embezzlement On The Rise

As reported on the FraudTalk Blog, female embezzlement's on the rise as a growing problem in America that can't be ignored.  Employers need to watch their accounting people especially.  Anyone who handles a business's finances should be audited once a year.  Marquet International that conducts studies on embezzlement states many of these women are simply greedy.

Virginia Woman Sentenced for $100K Embezzlement of Child Development Center

Mary Beth Lloyd, 41, of Richmond, Virginia, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for embezzling $98,156 from the Grace Covenant Child Development Center where she had been employed as director. Lloyd was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $136,396.34. According to prosecutors, Lloyd's scheme spanned a five month period between December 1, 2009 and May 1, 2010. Lloyd reportedly told parents to make tuition checks out in her name, falsely claiming as a director, she had a development center account as such. Pennsylvania Woman Sentenced to 30 Months in Prison For Embezzling $3.7 Million

Thea Tafner, 56, of Danville, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for embezzling $3.71 million from American Hose and Chemical Fire Company, for which she had served as chairperson. According to authorities, Tafner diverted Medicare payment funds over a period of 9 years, from October 2000 to November 2009, by utilizing a fraudulent account for the company she controlled. Tafner, who was originally charged last December and plead guilty in January, was also ordered to pay $2 million in restitution. Tafner is also the principal of the Line Mountain elementary school. Texas Woman Sentenced to 25 Years For Embezzling More Than $1 Million From Church & Two Charities

 Louanne Aponte, 52, of Austin, Texas, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for embezzling more than $1 million from Family Connections, a child care services non-profit, for which she had served as executive director. She also took funds from the Texas Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies and the Hyde Park Christian Church, where she had served as treasurer, according to prosecutors. When a state audit found that Aponte had falsified records, she reportedly fled to Venezuela in February 2010, but returned six months later when she was arrested. Aponte's now estranged husband, Marco Aponte, 48, was charged with money laundering. According to reports, some $2 million was tracked going into accounts held by the Aponte's over a period of 7 years. Louanne Aponte, formerly known as Louanne Shetter, was twice convicted on embezzlement charges in the 1980s, according to media reports. Read the story here, here and here. Former Treasurer of Ohio Food Pantry Sentenced in $213K Embezzlement Case

Gayle J. Tatman, 59, of Grove City, Ohio, was sentenced to 2 years in prison for embezzling nearly $213,000 from the Grove City Food Pantry for which she had served as treasurer. According to authorities, Tatman siphoned the funds, amounting to half of the pantry's cash, over a period of 7 years, from May 2002 until April 2009. Tatman's scheme involved forgery of checks and at least four of the organization's bank accounts, including one that was supposed to have been closed out years ago. Wisconsin Woman Sentenced For Embezzling $617K

Mary Radiske, 47, of Thiensville, Wisconsin, has been sentenced to 5 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges she embezzling at least $617,432 from the Wisconsin Kitchen Mart where she had been employed as its longtime bookkeeper. According to authorities, over a five year period from 2005 until early 2010, Radiske wrote at least 79 checks from company coffers, made out to her husband, forging the signatures of the owners and depositing them into her own accounts. At her sentencing hearing, Radiske reportedly claimed she stole the money to "keep her husband happy." Randall Radiske, 47, has not been charged in the case and investigators do not believe he had a part in the theft. Randall Radiske has since filed for divorce. Tennessee Woman Pleads Guilty To Embezzling Nearly $200K From Realtor Association & Local Business

Deborah T. Flick, 56, formerly of Bristol, Tennessee and now of Clayton, North Carolina, pleaded guilty to charges she embezzled some $157,000 from the Bristol Tennessee-Virginia Association of Realtors, where she had served as an executive and an additional $40,000 from a local interior decorator in an effort to hide the original thefts. According to authorities, Flick routinely charged personal items on the association's credit card over a three year period, from July 2007 through October 2010. Flick was also a part-time secretary for Wes Taylor Interiors in Bristol and issued checks to the association in an effort to cover-up her thefts. As part of her plea agreement, Flick will receive a 9 year sentence and must make restitution.

Cowardly Psycho D.C. Police Officers Attack Man In Wheelchair

This is an example of some real cowardly police officers in the nation's Capitol of Washington D.C. who lied about a homeless black man in a wheelchair that he allegedly assaulted them.  In the video, two Nazi police officers can be seen lifting a weak looking black man out of his chair in order to smash his face bloody to the ground.  As this video progresses you will find a distraught friend comes to question the officers after seeing his friend's face in a pool of blood. They arrested his friend too!

States are making it a crime to video unlawful police activities. The person who shot this video should be praised by his local community as a hero.  Local communities should raise money to defend videographers from the system's claws in order to keep these beasts in check, otherwise they'll run rampant doing whatever they want.

This is the work of crazy cowardly disgraceful police officers who wear badges and it's happening all over the country.  These officers are clearly looking for trouble, not to assist and protect as they so claim, acting in the capacity of wild animals.  It's real good advice never to call these miserable lying maggots of death and destruction unless one's required to do so by law.  Officers commonly want to screw people up and in most cases will even side with the criminal. These officers in the video are likely pumped up on hormones ready to prove to themselves what men they allegedly are.

Imagine the nerve one would have to have to lie over a weak man in a wheelchair assaulting you then tackling him face first to the ground requiring the strength of two men? Thanks to this video this poor man will likely be winning a hefty damages lawsuit the tax payers will pay due to the lunacy of some psycho bastard police officers in Washington D.C.

We should all thank God for this age of YouTube because police officers have used their badges to commit perjury for decades.  We should also thank our lucky stars cops across the nation are going to have their pensions stolen in the near future as this evil beast system begins to cannibalize itself.

American Nausea Over More Birther Evidence

I was shocked to find myself throwing up my dinner at 4:00 a.m. this morning a week after I did the same over undercooked chicken.  What did I eat bad this time?  It wasn't really the coconut I put in my baked cookies that had "sell by April, 2010" on the package was it?  What's more likely is my consumption of American politics Sunday night caused my extreme nausea.  I figure it must have been the stale toxic politics I was reading about over the birther issue that made me heave my dinner early this morning.

Most Americans don't have the stomach, let alone patience, for any more of the birther nonsense.   Regardless, I feel compelled from my empty stomach to report there's now absolute 100% proof the birth certificate is a poorly botched forgery.  They even claim to have the name of the person who forged the document. The most simple observation of the forgery is based on the kerning of typographical letters on the fake certificate when there was no kerning in the 1960's era.  No one can dispute this simple fact there are kerned letters on what was claimed to be an original birth certificate.

Dr. Corsi says Obama's administration "can't survive" if the American people come to learn what is presented in his book is true.  Dr. Corsi likely underestimates how many people could really care less if it's faked or not and that politics largely trumps facts.

In a recent interview Jerome Corsi, M.D., whose done massive research into the certificate issue for his newly released book, Where's The Birth Certificate? stated in a recent interview on the Bill Cunningham Radio Show that he intends on filing criminal charges against the President.  What Corsi doesn't realize is the court system is so darned corrupt they'll likely throw away all evidence against the President and be done with the issue by dismissal.

The court will likely view any alleged evidence such as that presented above as a political and publicity stunt on behalf of a book author and thereby will likely dismiss the case as frivolous.  

If a majority of Americans could care less about Obama's faked birth certificate issue it doesn't matter if he forged it.  The same goes for all of the fraudulent wars, if Americans could care less all the laws in the world could be broken and the Congress and courts will conspire to overlook facts.  Americans largely live in a fake culture and have grown fond of living superficial shallow lives to avoid having to face painful realities.   America has become a land of zombies full of thoughtless highly programmed beings with little concern for anything beyond themselves.

Corsi obviously thinks he's got a huge story on his hands speculating Obama's administration "cannot survive" if Americans determine he's a fraud after reading his book.  How naive can this author be?  Is Corsi ready to be laughed at and mocked by people who could care less over what many view as a ridiculous issue?   Even if Corsi has all the proof and evidence in the world, the system will likely swat him down as nothing but a pesky little fly.

In the meantime, I'm calling my doctor over why I can't stomach American politics any longer. She'll likely tell me to stop trying to digest with all this nonsense and let the little boys in their sandboxes sort out their ego disputes among themselves.

My Spooky Poltergeist Neighbor

Ever since 2003 when I first moved into my flat in San Francisco I've had a strange neighbor, a lady around my age who appears to have no life.  What I mean by that she has no life is that she, much like a problematic roommate I had in 1999, is tuned into the smallest pettiest things I do she takes issue with.  In other words, the lady's a control freak listening for common living sounds I make in my place that she apparently monitors.

Last night the pattern continued of this neighbor's not so subtle harassment that I make noise on a Saturday night doing such things as quietly leaving my unit with a load of laundry and cleaning my bathroom.  The pattern has been that the lady protests noise by either pounding wildly on the wall and/or leaving her unit multiple times to mirror whenever I'm leaving my own.  Once she had even opened her door to complain to me about my doing my laundry.  I made a point thereafter to be very quiet opening and closing the door thinking that was the problem, but that made no difference to her.

Neighbor subtly terrorizes me over doing a load of laundry on a Saturday night.  This time she doesn't pound on my wall, but the pattern continues of her mirroring my leaving my unit and listening at her door for when I leave.

A poor lonely woman holed up in her place who never has visitors, much like a previous crazy roommate I had in 1999, is monitoring me for common sounds in my flat.

The saga continues of my being petrified of being confronted over the audacity I had to do a load of wash at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, not to mention clean my bathroom.

Unlike the days of a crazy five time evicted mental patient roommate, I'm now armed with an iPhone to record harassing activities.  The iPhone's great for recording crazy people's activities because you don't have to lug around a lot of gear, it just fits in the palm of your hand.  Last night I didn't catch a whole lot of activity, but enough to show how I feel whenever this lady starts acting up with complaints I'm doing my laundry at night.

Other strange things I've witnessed from this lady is she'll appear at some far off location, I'll see her walking on one of her walking adventures while I'm on my electric bicycle. Then about 30 minutes later when I come out of the client's signing location, she'll be walking in front of the building right past me.

Last night I was a little freaked out this lady was obviously standing by her door listening, monitoring me coming and going that I felt as if I was waiting for a poltergeist with my camera.  A few weeks ago she was pounding wildly on my wall. From here on out I will be putting things to film and uploading to uTube. 

I'm sorry, but like to do my laundry at night and am well within the building rules to do so.  I have up until 10:00 pm to use the laundry room.

Poor Suckers Didn't Get Raptured So Now What?

As has been widely reported in the media, today millions of Christians were supposed to have been raptured but are still here.  People all over the world are submitting jokes tracked in real time by Google of their pre-rapture experiences.   Imagine how naive you'd have to be to believe the nonsense of some 89 year old senile bitter man's publicity stunt?  One has to wonder how these poor Christians will have to deal with reality that they're all still here.  So now what?

A couple years ago two men had a national press conference the media attended over their alleged discovery of a Big Foot corpse. The corpse turned out to be a rather obvious fake dummy in a rubber suit but many people still fell for it.  After their little scheme was exposed and fearing judicial intervention, the two men took off never to be heard from again.  I was working at a law firm at the time and a few of the employees expressed shock at how the media had partaken in such an obvious hoax press conference.  "Don't those in the media have anything better to do with their time?" one woman asked.  

The Bible clearly says only God knows when the Rapture will occur that no one, not even  angels, will know when that is to occur.  Not that I believe everything the Bible says, but anyone who goes around saying he knows the day of the Rapture has clearly lost his marbles. Even  Hal Lindsey, author of The Rapture and the 70's best seller The Late Great Planet Earth, lost all credibility in the 80's when he predicted the year the Rapture would occur.  

One can go very far into this endless hoax rabbit hole if they want.  For instance, our money is really as fake as the Monopoly board game's for the benefit of some criminal bankers to enslave us all.  When the U.S. currency was taken off the gold standard in 1913 with The Federal Reserve Act, our money became debt and nothing more.  The money you hold in your hand on pay day is nothing more than debt we owe the Federal Reserve we pay interest on with our Federal taxes to the I.R.S.  Money equals debt in America and nothing more so we're all in an endless rabbit hole of emerging lies and hoaxes.

The older I get the more I see through hoaxes that are for the purpose of making the perpetrators wealthy.  This includes the latest Obama hoax of Bin Laden's murder.  When will the majority of Americans finally wake up they're being hoodwinked by their own government?  

Toy Poodle 'Miracle May' Hitches Ride With Bird of Prey to Safety

I couldn't resist this story about a cute toy poodle who hitched a ride with a bird of prey to a local nursing home in British Columbia where she was dropped to safety.  What happened sounds like a script from a Disney movie.  Video Link

According to the Sunshine Coast SPCA, the dog, later nicknamed 'Miracle May', had been neglected for quite some time in desperate straights with decayed teeth and long paw nails that needed clipping.

 "The 'little dog with a big heart,' as she's become known, was found to have badly decayed teeth and overgrown nails. Vets believe she had wandered around without care for some time before being snatched by the bird." Miracle May Prepares for First Surgery - CTV News.com

According to the locals, birds of prey have been observed with rabbits and other small mammals so it's not surprising the doggie was snatched up.  In this case, the bird actually saved the dog's life.

The surgeries to heal May's injuries and neglected health cost thousands of dollars that are being paid by donors from around the world according to the SPCA.  "It's truly amazing" one of the staffers commented over how many people offered donations after hearing about May's plight, or "flight" so to speak.

Clown Bill Clinton Proposes Internet Ministry of Truth

Right after my post yesterday about U.S. politicians being clowns, former President Bill Clinton comes out with a ridiculous idea that there be an independent government agency to monitor truth and rumor on the Internet as an "Internet Ministry of Truth".  Of all people to propose such a government agency, is Bill Clinton trying to make us laugh?  Clinton knows darn well he lied to the nation dragging us all through his cigar sex scandal and that he has a reputation for being a slick Willie lying politician.

The fact Clinton's proposing this Orwellian big brother idea is either a comedy stunt on his behalf, or a serious psychotic break with reality to propose such a thing from his lying mouth.

Is Bill Clinton out of his mind or just trying to create more material for comedians reminiscent of his 1990's sex scandal? 

It's clear many politicians are becoming uncomfortable with the amount of freedom people have on the Internet wanting to reign us all in to their single minded propaganda. The reason these con artist politicians want to control freedom of speech is that it threatens their con game and future plans.  What we really need is an independent fact checking public agency to evaluate government's politician lies that alternate media's currently performing.

Bill Clinton thinks he's somehow needed as a spokesperson for truth on the Internet to the point of going to the media about it.  Think of how insane one would have to be with Clinton's monumental reputation as a liar to be proposing such a thing!  The sad thing about all of this is that Clinton's idea is neither satire or a comedy stunt, that the man's dead serious.

U.S. Supreme Court Declares America An Anarchy Trashing Fourth Amendment

After yesterday's 8-1 Supreme Court ruling many are saying the debate is over now, that the United States has officially entered the annuls of a Soviet-style police state. Hard core Nazi-like criminals have taken over the U.S. government through its executive, legislative and judicial branches. From both their decisions and actions this means any thinking thoughtful American can no longer consider the U.S. government as legitimate in any respect.  How can anyone  trust a government that doesn't follow its own Constitution? It's now crystal clear that the U.S. government is the enemy of its own people.

The criminals exist as high up as the Supreme Court in yesterday's ruling to abolish the Fourth Amendment, a 220 year old law of the land based on common law from the 13th Century Magna Carta.  The ruling now gives police officers authority to enter your home without a warrant if they allegedly smell marijuana.  This puts the trust of the court system solely on the outrageous lies of power crazed low I.Q. knucklehead police officers many of whom who can't be trusted whatsoever.

This ruling can be viewed as an act of war against Americans.  It means all a cop has to do is say he thinks he smells pot smoke to enter your home without a warrant to violate your right to privacy and possibly even rob you.  He may not really smell pot, but he wants to see what's inside your home nonetheless and can proclaim his authority to do so on a whim without any consequences whatsoever as declared by the highest Court in the land.

A good Judge sets the record straight, insane judges all over the country are trying to destroy the laws of the United States Constitution, the foundation of which America came into existence over two hundred years ago.

America's suffering from a growing chorus of crazy judge rulings whose crimes against the U.S. Constitution can be seen in broad day light for all to see.  These sick individuals think nothing of imposing their radical beliefs in violation of the 220 year old Fourth Amendment.  These moron judges say no one has a right to defend themselves when police unlawfully enter their home meaning, one can't even close their door!  In Indiana in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. Indiana:

“[We] hold that the right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under Indiana law,” the court ruled in the case of Richard L. Barnes v. Indiana.  Dissenting Justices Brent E. Dickson and Robert D. What the ruling means is police can shoot you dead if you refuse to cooperate for not allowing them into your home without a warrant.  It opens a Pandora's box of the possibility people who dress up in police uniforms can come to your home, rob and steal without any initial resistance. People all over the country now fear the possibility any cop can enter their home without a warrant based on a lie they smell marijuana. The government is officially criminal from the Supreme Court to the bottom.  It's pure psychological warfare they're carrying out on all of us.

These judges need to know there's something greater then themselves in this universe and that the laws of karma will be biting their lame Nazi asses one day one way or another. People died in wars fighting for America's freedom and it simply can't be set aside by some arrogant insane people in the judicial system.

These criminal judges can go straight to hell! Nothing these assholes have ever done is worthy to allow them the authority to overthrow the law of the land!  They're nothing more than criminals overthrowing the United States Constitution, something sacrificed with the blood of many noble people long ago in the nation's history. These judges just want to trash it all and are completely totally out of control. They want to hand authority and judgment over American's privacy and lives to a bunch of low I.Q. knuckleheads.

The mentally ill politicians in the U.S. government will prove just how insane they've become should they approve upcoming legislation to give the current U.S. President dictatorship war powers. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) writes:

A “sleeper provision” deep inside defense bills pending before Congress could become the single biggest hand-over of unchecked war authority from Congress to the executive branch in modern American history.

Of all of the powers that the Constitution assigns to Congress, no power is more fundamental or important than the power “to declare War.” That is why, in 2002, when Congress was considering whether to authorize war in Iraq, it held fifteen hearings, and passed legislation that cited specific harms, set limits, and defined a clear objective. The ACLU sent this Coalition Memo to the House Committee on Armed Services Regarding a Proposed New Declaration of War.

Essentially what this really means is that the U.S. will consider itself in a continual state of war.  It all amounts to just another power grab by insane criminals working on behalf of International banking cartels who foresee a worldwide economic collapse they deliberately caused to happen.

The sociopaths can hardly wait to roll out all the pain, torture and suffering on the American sheeple population and are moving full steam ahead with their plan to destroy the country.  It's not the terrorists fictional boogie men who are the enemy of America, it's the criminals in government, the sociopaths who have obtained power through deception and black psy-ops.

What this essentially means if this legislation gets approved is that sociopaths are taking our country into a never ending state of perpetual war that will imprison all Americans to its plans, rendering all civil rights null and void. We will all live in an endless state of fear of what our government plans to do to us. Will the government cut off the food supply and water in the process of achieving its goals for domination and control of all American citizens?  It can and will.

Let there be no doubt that many of those in the United States government are delusional, power crazed, criminally minded and utterly insane. They should all be removed from power and a third party replace the two party system.
