M.C. Escher Eat Your Heart Out!

3D art's sure come a long way since M.C. Escher.  Back in the late 1970's I was amazed at Escher's optical illusions in his converting mathematical formulas into art.  New techniques have enabled today's artists to create unbelievable realism.  These pencil drawings are by an artist in Santiago, Chile named Fredo.  By using cleverly placed shadows, highlights, creative lighting and 3D perspective lines, Fredo tricks the eye into believing that his drawings are actually 3D. The drawing above looks like a real hand, but it's not!

M.C. Escher's Hands Pencil Drawing - 1948

Perhaps the guy in the photo's Escher?

Kind of dark art here but I spared the visitor even darker imagery.

Something tells me this artist must have nightmares!

Online Impersonation Illegal in California

As a view visitors may be aware, I won a defamation lawsuit last year based on default and was awarded $25,136.  The defendant had impersonated me and other victims in blogs and on various complaint sites.  The defendant also sent emails to government officials under my email address including Gavin Newsom.  I conducted discovery and obtained DSL records from AT&T proving lies and exposing the defendant's involvement.  In fact, I had received a lawsuit threat on my former music site songchannels, and exactly a year later I obtained the judgment.  As previously stated in my post The Sad Truth About Collecting Judgments From Lawsuits, I won't be collecting any money because the defendant has no job or assets.

A new door has opened up for those who the police ignored previously when they brought in complaints of impersonation on-line.  In 2009 one such officer, Noel DeLeon, of the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) completely disregarded my complaint refusing to send it downtown for further review by case workers of the defendant who I not only got a restraining order against, but won a judgment against.  The sad fact is that in San Francisco police aren't trained to deal with cyber crimes and have no cyber units let alone computers.  The SFPD officer even came up to my face and in so many words treated my complaint as bogus nonsense claiming identify theft isn't a crime on the Internet.  Under Senate Bill 1411 if it wasn't a crime back then it is now!
"Under Senate Bill 1411, it is now illegal to 'knowingly and without consent credibly impersonate another actual person through or on an Internet Web site... for purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening, or defrauding another person.'
Online impersonation became punishable by up to one year in jail and $1,000 in fines in California this year — and it's not clear satire is exempted." Source

Based on the new law, I now have a strong legal basis to file a criminal complaint with the police department whenever a cyberstalking idiot is impersonating me or taking on multiple anonymous identities to make it appear I'm a hated person. Lawsuits are no longer required!

So whomever is still writing nonsense about me, be advised your work is going to be filed in a criminal complaint with the local police department thanks to the new impersonation law.

As for the cyberstalker's concerns of my name changes over the years who loves to cite my "AKA's", my last name "Merrill" is the one my mother has used since the 1980's and was used as my father's television stage name for 20 years. I've had two last names all of my life "Behunin" and "Merrill".  I changed it to "Meril" in 2008 due to the cyberstalker's sabotaging my name on the Internet. Names I've used are therefore Cheryl Merrill, Cheryl Behunin and Cheryl Meril.  Hollywood where I'm from is full of people who adopt stage names.  It's no big deal to have two last names.  Yelp identifiers such as "Minny" don't count as an AKA.  Virtually no one uses their real name on Yelp these days!

I hope that clarifies how ridiculous it is that the cyberstalker continues to make an issue of my name changes over the past 51 years of my life.  I didn't want the "Mormon" name Behunin that's origin is in Utah and have always hated having to explain its pronouncement.  It's nothing personal against that name, I just found the name Merrill easier to deal with socially. People liked the rhyme and got a kick out of it so why not?

I'm going to take this endless harassment and impersonation to the police under the new law and will build a file. Big deal I had a couple AKA's in 51 years all used by my parents.  Both "Merrill" and "Behunin" are used by my parents to this day!   I know many of you could care less, but I just wanted to clarify it for the record.

Why is U.S. District Judge John Roll Dead?

Prior to this weekend, I had never heard of U.S. District Court Judge John Roll who was killed in the Arizona killing spree.  I since did a little research to learn the judge had many threats against his life for allowing an illegal immigrants lawsuit to move forward in Arizona.
"In February, when U.S. District Judge John Roll presided over a $32 million civil-rights lawsuit filed by illegal immigrants against an Arizona rancher, the Marshals Service was anticipating the fallout.
When Roll ruled the case could go forward, Gonzales said talk-radio shows cranked up the controversy and spurred audiences into making threats.

In one afternoon, Roll logged more than 200 phone calls. Callers threatened the judge and his family. They posted personal information about Roll online.

"They said, 'We should kill him. He should be dead,' Gonzales said.
Roll, who is the chief federal judge in Arizona, said both he and his wife were given a protection detail for about a month.

'It was unnerving and invasive. . . . By its nature it has to be," Roll said, adding that they were encouraged to live their lives as normally as possible. 'It was handled very professionally by the Marshals Service.'" - U.S. Judiciary Facing Rise in Death Threats - AZ Central.com

Judge Roll was also involved most recently in attempting to delay bringing illegal immigrant felons to trial claiming it was overburdening the judicial system and causing a "judicial emergency."

In further research I also learned that back in the 1990's Judge Roll had been involved in a case with Janet Napolitano against chiropractors at New Life Health Center.  Both Roll and Napolitano had a criminal complaint filed against them being accused of  obstruction of justice, jury tampering, perjury, bribery, and conspiracy in Arizona. (See Napolitano 'Committed Criminal Conspiracy' with Judge John Roll Who Was Slain Today)

When people file criminal complaints against judges and those in the Federal government, the government often simply dismisses them.  That's the problem with Federal government, you see; there's really no one overseeing those high up so they can commit crimes and dismiss the complaints against themselves and one another.

These power drunk people in government tend to make a lot of people very angry in our country.  Judge Roll was playing with fire and got burned by some ignorant 22 year old who was probably directed by someone to do what he did.  It's so sad so many innocent bystanders had to suffer the consequences from Judge Rolls' corrupt politics on the bench, especially the little girl.  It's so sad judges have to be such incredible assholes these days being severely out of touch with common sense laws such as border protection.

Scary New Divorce Cake Industry Rises

I don't go see movies anymore but happened to see a rave review on a new film Blue Valentine.
"One of the saddest and best films of the past year, it tells the story of a collapsing marriage, interspersing it with episodes from the couple's courtship. Making movies about marriage is difficult - the alchemy of marriage is so elusive that even the mechanics of our friends' marriages are mysterious. Thus, the reflex to approach a marital story in easy moral terms is especially pronounced. But when you leave "Blue Valentine," you don't walk out thinking Ryan Gosling was right or that Michelle Williams was right. Rather you think about life and what happens to people." Blue Valentine Review: Sad But Among the Best - SFGate.com
Divorces are all too common in this day and age and is strongly encouraged because there's a lot of money to be made when couples divorce.  An LDA I met last year at a conference told me she has a license to marry couples along with her divorce business.  She joked about how after she marries the couples she'll be ready when it comes time for them to divorce.  Believe it or not, a divorce cake industry has even popped up and some of the designs I'm posting here are truly shocking.  I can't imagine anyone who would buy a few of these cakes.  Here goes:

 Very creative and symbolic cake

This one gets my vote - classic!

Wow!

Just like War of the Roses!

 OMG, An R.I.P. Divorce Cake?

Notice mostly men are always portrayed as being the victims?

 Geez!

No wonder men are so paranoid these days with cakes like these!

These cakes need soundtracks.

I Can't Stomach Dead Black Birds & John Wheeler in a Landfill

I'd report on the dead birds syndrome and the suspicion a top U.S. official was possibly murdered ending up in a land fill, but I'm having a tough time with it right now.  I'll just post a little bit of the story because my stomach can't take much more.
"A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.
According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment (under George W. Bush), was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by the Fox News Service." - Top US Official Murdered After Arkansas Weapons Test Causes Mass Death

I regress. Things are getting really scary out there and dead birds falling from the sky all over the country along with all the fish dying is really freaking me out.

One thing about the times we're living in is it seems more people are dropping their facade getting real more than ever.  Here are some video examples of a few who see no problem losing it on television.

This guy gets really mad because the interviewer kept calling him Chris Evert

Monsanto's Having a Gentically Modified Break Down

The world's largest producer of genetically modified seeds, GMO products and America's herbicide is having a serious break down after reaching new heights earlier last year.

Earlier in 2010, Forbes Magazine had even named Monsanto Company of the Year. Just months later the magazine has has since apologized for the error while stock speculator Jim Cramer has named Monsanto "the worst stock of 2010".  Serves the bastards right for meddling with the American food supply!

These Monsanto monsters have been messing with our food making it unfit for human consumption and the laws of karma are in full force in effect.  When I learned most all corn in the U.S. is genetically modified  it was really upsetting.  Studies showed organ failure and sterility in lab animals! (see Monsanto and Dow bring 'Smartstax' corn to you, like it or not.

Monsanto's stocks have since dropped by 43% this year and there's a Justice Department investigation into its alleged anti-trust violations in its attempts to gain footholds in the European agricultural markets.
"Their one-time standing as one of Big Agra’s biggest movers and shakers is withering away. Their latest products are just more of the same; they offer nothing new to replace their dominant seed varieties that have been the core of the company’s sales – in tandem with the soon-to-be-defunct RoundUpherbicide. In their latest report to investors, Monsanto admitted (in so many words) that in order to stay competitive, they will have to start slashing prices. A first for the GM titan. - Watch for the Coming Collapse of Monsonto"- NaturalNews.com
These bastards can burn in hell for what they were trying to do to the American food supply essentially making it unfit for human consumption!
"The future isn't looking so bright for Monsanto anymore. We may be witnessing the beginning of the death knell that finally brings the anti-food giant to its knees." - Natural News.com
Genetically modified food my ass, they better not mess with my wine either!

For the Love of Dog!

Dog houses sure have come a long way since I last checked decades ago. What a neat business it would be to design dog mansions. These houses were created by custom doghouse design artists.  This house (at left) is by La Petite Maison and sells for a mere $30,000.  Link

This house (at right) is most likely for the stately kind of dog of a government official. Note the living room lighting effect.  So where's the butler? This manor is estimated to be $25,000 and is the work of craftsman Alan Mowrer one of the most reknown builders. Link

This house (at left) even has a dog bone shaped pool for the dog to relax in!  Check out the cobble stone house fit for a human.  It seems to be missing a barbecue though.  Link
Some of the houses come with a bonus doggy love doll toy. Link
Ummm. . . Gourmet Doggy Biscuits!  Served fresh at their doggy mansion daily. Link

Just what every dog needs. Doggy a-hole covers!

Urgent Messages From Citizens of the BP Gulf Disaster - Help Us!

Many Americans expect a slick media machine to deliver them the news each night to tell them what they want to hear.  Maybe Americans should really be listening to the every day citizen whose being victimized by the government's dangerous activities such as in the Gulf.  I'm posting a couple of very important videos from ordinary citizens experiencing the government's cover-up of the Gulf oil disaster and its effect on their health.   These videos are posted by www.ProjectGulfImpact.org

This video starts out a little slow but is very important for every concerned American to listen to in its entirety.  It's from an ordinary woman who is begging for Americans to wake up to the Gulf disaster and what it means to the rest of the world and America. Gradually you may see past an unsophisticated communication style that this lady's intelligent and very aware of what's happening to she, her community and world.

Nancy "Mac" Mackenzie talks about her so wanting to trust the government only to learn they've been lying to her about the danger of the seafood they deem fit for human consumption.  Mac conducted a test of the shrimp and shares her findings as well as meeting with President Obama.

ASPCA's Top Adoptions & Best Puppy Mill Rescue Video for 2010

Top 10 Pet Adoptions of 2010
Lyle
It's heart warming to read about these pets that were rescued from a brutal world where millions are put down each year.  If it weren't for the puppy mills that manufacture too many pets for profit there wouldn't be as great a problem of dog and cat overpopulation.  The ASPCA is at the forefront of rescuing animals from the puppy mills which is why I support them each year (click here to see story of photo on left)

"This year, the ASPCA was able to find forever homes for tens of thousands of companion animals across the country.

Behind each adoption is a unique tale of human-meets-pet, and our hearts were thoroughly warmed by some truly inspiring stories this year. Here are 10 of 2010’s most memorable adoptions—thank you for helping make these happy endings possible!"  www.ASPCA.org

My vote for best puppy mill rescue video of 2010.

Rather than than post the adoption stories here, that are quite extensive, I thought it best to post photos and links to the stories, so here goes:

Embezzlers Who Couldn't Wait to Win the Lotto - Part 2

This post isn't about anything other than just your every day kind of people caught up in greed and schemes to get to their employer's money.  A continuation from my Part 1 post a few weeks ago, I post these stories because it seems visitors want to read about embezzlers.  This doesn't mean I'm siding with greedy corporations by any means, it's just that there seems to be a growing desperation of working people to get a piece of the American dream they otherwise couldn't obtain working for another.

Dale N. Frantz, 46, of Gig Harbor, Washington, was sentenced to five years and eleven months in prison for embezzling more than $500,000 from Auto Warehousing Co., where he had served as chief information officer. Newman, the owner of Florida-based Asyncritus Technology, who submitted false invoices that were paid and where Frantz would take a cut of the proceeds. Frantz' embezzlement scheme spanned about 2 1/2 years from May 2007 to September 2009. He had plead guilty to one count of wire fraud last week. We note that Frantz reportedly was convicted in 1996 in Indiana for embezzlement.  Read story here

The really sad part is when many people become filthy rich they start believing everyone's out to get their money while being of lower status and criminal. The line between those who simply work for another as  opposed to those featured in this story is starting to blur.  Guilt by association?  "I'm very wealthy and successful and, because you don't have near the money I have, this makes you a criminal element."  It's class warfare at its worst.

So when every day people such as these begin to set a trend, it affects all of us.
