Senate Set To Approve Bill S.510 Criminalizing Americans for Growing Food in Gardens!

Something very scary is happening with the U.S. government.  The con politicians still in office are voting against Americans' lives and welfare on a wide scale.  Today the Senate is set to pass Bill S.510, The Food Safety Modernization Act which, among other things, will criminalize Americans for growing any food in their gardens!  A procedural vote of 74-25 already took place and was heavily supported by the wonderful Democrats.

Food for freedom organizations which post articles on the Food Freedom blog agree S 510 may be the most dangerous bill in  United States history.  These organizations say the bill would thrust America into a new dark age of FDA tyranny over seeds, herbs, gardens and nutritional supplements. The organizations claim the bill would:

1.  Place US farms and food under Homeland Security and Defense Department in event of contamination or ill defined emergency.

2.  End US sovereignty over its food supply by insisting on compliance with W20 thus threatening national security

3.  Remove Americans right to store and own seeds in the US thus putting control of seeds in hands of Monsanto and other international corporations threatening US security

4.  Begins final destruction of what is left of the US economy

The government wants control over our food for several reasons, including to force us to eat genetically modified foods produced by evil corporations like Monsanto. (see Monsanto: The Evil Corporation in Your Refrigerator)  For instance, studies have shown genetically modified corn causes sterilization and severe health problems.  Regardless, greedy companies like Monsanto still sell badly modified food and many Americans don't even know their corn has been genetically modified!

I've been saying all along that most politicians lie to people to get into office and are nothing more than con artists on a wide scale.  The corporate owned media is trying to cover-up the gravity of this bill by disguising its intent with legitimacy and alleged concerns for Americans' food safety. Here's an example of a media cover-up article in SFGate.com Senate Set to Vote on Food Safety Bill.  I was reading the comments to the article and it was clear that most people were totally unaware of the danger and significance of what the bill will mean. 

I hope they put in a tracking requirement, so the next recall doesn't require an entire crop to be destroyed, like the last few times.

I am sure Senator Feestein supports the large growers since she did when they cried about labeling cloned foods to our detriment.

Are Chemtrails Worldwide Biowarfare Against Humanity?

I've been doing some research lately about the chemtrail aerial spraying that's been done worldwide for several years now.  The health effects of the spraying are real.  Even my former boyfriend from 1982, now Harvard graduate book author, was asked to present his research findings in a video (below) about how chemtrail spraying affected people in the Pacific Grove area in California.

I've since come to the determination that this chemtrail stuff is both chemical and biological warfare on humanity using various replicating advanced nanotechnologies to alter our bodies for diabolical purposes.  I've been reading over the research of those suffering from Morgellon's disease especially, who have pulled out various nanotube substances from their bodies and documented them.  The cover-up by the medical community of Morgellon's disease in claiming the disease is imaginary and based in patient delusion is even more of a red flag.  Perhaps the medical community is afraid the government will come after them for exposing what's been going on.

In his article, Blue went on to share his observations and experiments in what he claims links chemtrail aerial spraying with Morgellons disease.  For the past few years, those with symptoms of Morgellon's disease have been trying to get the word out that there's something very wrong happening to their bodies, and it's not their imaginations. Unfortunately not many have been willing to listen or research the issue because it's a little too scary to deal with.

I thought I'd present some of Blue's findings here as well as samples and links to photos documented the past 13 years by a Morgellon's sufferer Jan Smith who has painstakingly pulled foreign objects out of her body and put them under a microscope.  Months ago I wrote about Morgellons disease using it metaphorically to best describe parasitic attorneys. 

"I started looking at the collected water with an old microscope in early April by drying about 30 drops on a microscope slide and saw immediately what appeared to be what I'd seen coming from Morgellons patients on the web. I really had thought the story was a hoax quite frankly, but know now otherwise. I started to look at all my samples and found dozens of these fibers. See examples of the colorful fibers pulled from Morgellons patients here under Jane Smith's Great Balls of Fiber section of the www.MorgellonsExposed.com site.  There are all kinds of different materials that come from Morgellon disease including glass like materials and various worm tube like creatures that have things inside that replicate themselves.  The colored fibers are mild compared to some of the nanotechnology insectoids that have been discovered by patients in their bodies.  The octogon (below right) is a nano based glass object pulled from a Morgellons patient.


The primary reason for the biological warfare against humans is speculated to be based in transhumanism:

Sarah Palin Stands with North Korea in Glenn Beck Interview

Probable 2012 Presidential candidate Sarah Palin showed her ignorance again by erring on the South v. North Korean military conflicts.  As can be expected, Palin got her sides wrong.

“Obviously we gotta stand with our North Korean allies," she said, after expressing her concern that the White House would fail to react aggressively enough to the situation.  Beck quickly corrected the former Alaska governor, who had previously correctly identified North Korea as the aggressor, and the interview moved along.

Many think it was just a absent minded type of error but based on her pattern of comments to the media I doubt it.

Banks Use Bait and Switch Loan Modifications to Secure Juicy Foreclosures

Millions of Americans will be stuffing themselves today, some of them believing the loan modifications they obtained from their banks have saved them from foreclosure.

As  previously disclosed in an early post No Trick or Treat!  Foreclosuregate is Scary as Hell, loan modifications are nothing more than a device banks use to secure a pending foreclosure.  If banks see a property has a great amount of equity they'll go for it like a juicy Thanksgiving turkey, no matter who lives in it.  It's my understanding that the requirements of some of these loan modification vehicles are that the home owner default by making two late payments enabling a loophole for the banks to abuse. That's the clincher.

As reported today by www.SFGate.com in an article, Family Face Foreclosure After Following the Rules, a family with disabled members has been foreclosed who followed the rules of their loan modification.  The family has a 22 year old autistic daughter, an 86 year old father, and they say they will be homeless on December 29th. 

They made 11 trial payments on time, sent in paperwork as requested and stayed in close touch with Citi. So it came as a rude shock when they received the foreclosure notice on the San Rafael home they've owned for 15 years.  "We were so sure we could keep it and that they were really working with us, I just feel blindsided," Susan Gerke said.

The oddist thing about this story is how CitiBank was clearly out to steal the house with various brutal methods:

In fact, their attorney, Marilyn Sullivan, said the couple are being penalized for that equity. "Citibank gave them a HAMP loan modification and took it away from them - because the house is worth more than the loan, so Citi will financially benefit from foreclosure," she said. 

The SFGate story supports my earlier post that loan modifications are being used widely by banks as a precursor device to foreclose on properties.  People who think the banks aren't wanting to take homes because there's too many of them, are wrong.  For the naive, this is a wake-up call that banks are predatory!

Their story mirrors those of thousands of other homeowners who've been denied long-term relief under the government's Home Affordable Modification Program. The pace of conversion from trial plans to permanent modifications has slowed dramatically, dropping from about 55,000 a month early this year to just 28,000 in September, government records show. - Family Faces Foreclosure After Following the Rules

So much for the government's Home Affordable Modification Program!  As a loan signing agent, I've been doing loan refinances only.  If I'm ever asked to help with a loan modification, I would turn it down.

There's some really crazy stuff going on with brain altering drugs in so far as scientists now foresee a day when a commercial drug will actually erase a person's memories forever.  According to the article Pharma Researchers Working on Drug to Erase Your Memories  the commercial use of the drug remains far off, but that doesn't mean the government won't be using it sooner.

This scientific progress in erasing human memories reminds me (no pun intended)  of when I was at a computer conference a few weeks ago in San Francisco.  There I spoke with Brian Nichols, a rep for Garner Products, Inc. about their data elimination technology.

Brian explained that when an old computer's replaced at a company of an executive, it's often necessary to completely wipe out memory, otherwise intellectual property could be stolen.  Much like a computer hard drive can be erased, it's really scary to think of how the government could possibly exploit the opportunity of drug killing memories for diabolical insidious purposes.  One can clearly see the potential for such memory altering drugs abuse.

I actually already believe the government has private drugs capable of at least temporarily erasing memories.  We've seen it in movies and it's been suggested certain patsy alleged assassins have been drugged to remove their memories in order to implant "guilty" ones.  Psychopaths are already on the loose trying to alter reality in any way shape or form, and now they want the ability to destroy a thereby control people's memories?  This is scary stuff.

A commercial drug remains far off — and its use would be subject to many ethical and practical questions. But scientists have laid a foundation with their discovery that proteins can be removed from the brain’s fear center to erase memories forever.

“When a traumatic event occurs, it creates a fearful memory that can last a lifetime and have a debilitating effect on a person’s life,” says Richard L. Huganir, professor and chair of neuroscience in the Hopkins School of Medicine. He said his finding on the molecular process “raises the possibility of manipulating those mechanisms with drugs to enhance behavioral therapy for such conditions as post-traumatic stress disorder.” - Vigilent Citizen

I think the world's humanity is being threatened by those who want to turn us into their Star Trek Borgs to use as they so please.  If they can scan our bodies into a data base against our will, control our thoughts and memories and chip us one day like robots, humanity is doomed to being converted over into some god awful conduit for tyranny.

Then of course you know what the next stage is after they erase people's memories. A tyrannical government will replace memories with some propaganda to their benefit!   I see the trends of what's up ahead, and that is for the powerful psychopaths who want us to step up to the next stage of bondage and slavery.  They want total submission of our thoughts and memories to them and envision us all being part of a collective "Borg" they can program at will.  Humans make far better robots then the ones we have today.   It's far easier for the tyrants to strip a human being of their basic instincts, thoughts, memories and soul and reprogram them, then it is to build a robot that is anywhere near as capable.

I know this all sounds like a Twlight episode on some level but the evidence speaks for itself of where it's all heading.  There are those high up in world governments and corporations who want to turn us all into mindless zombies!  Many of us already are from watching too much television, but that's beside the point!  At least we can choose when the turn the TV off.  With the drugs, we wouldn't have a choice if tyrannical governments take over.

Are Body Scanners First Step Towards Beam Me Up Technology?

This whole big deal about the airport scanners got me thinking a little about how similar the body scanning concept is to "beam me up Scotty" on Star Trek.  We're in the day and age of flip phones that are similar to the communication device technology in 1960's Star Trek episodes.  It seems many other developments in technology resulted from the various Star Trek related programs including video teleconferencing, stun gun laser technology, voice activated technology, invisible cloaking devices in the works and the 3D holodeck that is in its early stages of development.

A transporter is a fictional teleportation machine used in the Star Trek universe. Transporters convert a person or object into an energy pattern (a process called dematerialization), then "beam" it to a target, where it is reconverted into matter (rematerialization). The term transporter accident is a catch-all term for when a person or object does not rematerialize correctly. - Wikipedia

So these airport scanners are linked psychologically with allowing people to travel.  The government hopes one day it will be a requirement to get a scan at all airports prior to flying.  Many, including myself, believe the scanners are being used for sinister reasons by the U.S. government beyond wanting to keep traveler's safe, because the levels of radiation are in question from various studies. Additionally, the TSA has lied about saving the images of people in a database.  Many, including Governor Jesse Ventura, won't fly any commercial airlines ever again until the invasive pat down procedures for those who opt out of scanners are changed. 

Glen Beck on Judge Napolitano's program suggests the government and President Obama is criminal, planning on false flag terrorist strikes to force people to use the body scanners. 

The early days of Star Trek - Most all the technology ideas came true in the future or are in their early stages of development.

So, the U.S. government takes people's DNA in blood samples at birth, now it wants to scan people's bodies at airports? The TSA lied that it didn't save the images of nude people's bodies, and now they're basically molesting and sexually assaulting people prodding them like cattle in order to force them to choose the scanner over pat downs.  Something's up! 

Just a few thoughts others have also expressed:

1.  Radiation may not be the only danger posed by scanners for those who frequently fly.  Like cell phones and the microwave energy dangers to our brains, the scanners may  cause men to have low sperm counts to sterilize the population.

2.  The psychological effects of allowing the government to scan and view one's nude body opens new doors into the human psyche.  Since the scanners are connected with traveling and freedom in many people's minds, it's a way for the government to step in with a control grid over people's bodies, mind and privacy.

3.  The attitude of the TSA forcing its policies on people against their will is evident thus exposing a more sinister underlying intent of the government that's far beyond the issue of safety.

These body scanners are being used to store traveler's images into a database.  We all have to figure out why this information is important to the government and what it plans to use it for.  Perhaps this is just more of a psychological exercise the government wishes to impose forcing its control and violation of people's privacy.  Regardless, many people may want to try saying "Beam me up Scotty" with their flip phones as they stand in the body scanner lines.  Maybe, just maybe he'll respond.

A Good Example of the Pathetic Existence Some Attorneys Lead

So a client comes to an attorney for his help who has a background of a public nuisance conviction and for trespassing.  I'm not saying just a little problematic, but major psycho material.  A woman (myself) in the legal profession has been trying to stop the man's intense and well documented pattern of sadistic psychological torture against her the past 3 years by filing a lawsuit and request for a restraining order. The stranger ignored her cease and desist letters and hid behind a PO Box.

In view of these facts, as an attorney, what do you do to uphold your profession when such a problematic person comes to you for help?  Do you try to slaughter the opposing woman with lies in court and deny her rights in trying to prevent her from future litigation in the matter?  Do you believe every word your client tells you?  The sad fact is the attorney chose to side with his problematic well documented client to cover up for his activities and accept his lies while trying to get money out of the woman for his legal fees.

I have a good example and commentary on this shallow male based conquest that follows:

Back in August, 2010, I let go of a restraining order case against the attorney's client I was told was denied being granted a hearing.  The court clerk initially handed me back the RO with a "denied" stamp on it.  Upon my inquiry and offer of clarification of new evidence I had obtained, the clerk told me a judge would review it.  I never heard back so I believed it was denied.  As far as I was concerned, that was my final attempt to obtain a well deserved restraining order against a very crazy man who refused to stop his activities.   

Such a person admitted under oath he once contacted the FBI when his website no longer appeared at the top of Google.  From such admitted facts, one can deduce such an individual likely views himself as extremely important perhaps on the level of Bill Gates or the King of England. In other words, such an individual seems to have a paranoid schizophrenic profile lacking self awareness and the ability to discern right from wrong. 

One day I received an email from the attorney representing his problematic client.  He made me aware that the restraining order hearing was granted.  I thought the attorney's communication was quite odd since the RO had never been served on his client.  Apparently the attorney was monitoring the court calendar and noted a RO had been successfully filed.  As a result of learning the RO was valid, I had it served on the attorney's client.  Essentially, the attorney made the RO case happen after I had let it go.

The reason the attorney made the RO case happen was he wanted to set me up in court with the judge with a motion.  The motion made it appear another person and not the attorney's client was harassing me. My new evidence with IP addresses showed otherwise.  When I went to the hearing, the judge would not allow me to testify and whitewashed my evidence.  The whole purpose of the hearing was really a set up in order for the attorney to make money from the case and then ask the court for me to pay his legal fees. The attorney essentially wasn't looking to prevent the RO case I had let go of, but to make it happen so he could make money and collect from me.  Another underhanded thing this attorney did was not properly serve me with other important documents by a process server or other qualified professional. Instead, the attorney served his own papers on me at the hearing that I did not open believing they were related to the hearing that day.

The attorney essentially did something underhanded having served me himself with his case involving collecting his legal fees.  I didn't even open it because I was feeling overwhelmed with his materials.  I knew a valid serve of any new case from the attorney or client would only be from a process server or sheriff, not from the attorney himself. The envelope contained important documents that were improperly served and calculated to lead to a serious matter of missing a hearing. I had previously informed the attorney I wasn't opening any of his numerous harassing materials.

Insidious Evil Lawyers 

So these are the insidious games male attorneys, likely frustrated by the surge of women attorneys and Supreme Court justices, are playing out there.  It's quite sad the level this attorney sank under the belief I have money and assets. My vehicle is an electric bicycle and I've never owned real property in my life. I haven't owned a car since 1986.  I've lived a very conservative life with the basics and have rarely taken vacations anywhere in my life.  I haven't been to Europe, on any cruise ever, not anything more than a couple days here and there of Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Portland OR, Los Angeles and Monterey, CA.

So try to wrap your mind around that one a few minutes and just take in how manipulative and diabolical it is.  This is what attorneys have reduced themselves to, working on criminals behalves to cover up for them while going after people's money for legal fees.  The court is supporting the activities of criminals and allowing them unquestioned credibility while going like bloodhounds after anyone  who they believe has money.

Last month this same attorney lost his bid for his own restraining order against me that was entirely frivolous. I filed an answer with the court but didn't attend the hearing or have any representation. The court denied the attorney's RO request.  The attorney went into court and had the audacity to think he had grounds for a RO!  He's as nuts as his client in my opinion.  Manipulative, diabolic, unreasonable and just plain evil.  Just another class warfare idiot.

Many Are Dropping Like Flies to Greed

Some originally well intentioned people are falling like flies to greed if these Fraud Blog stories are any indication.  The first one is someone who served as a director for 35 years for the Pennsylvania Rape Center.

Mary Beth Semerod, 55, of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, was indicted on charges she embezzled some $100,000 from the Schuylkill County Rape and Victim Assistance Center where she had served as executive director. According to the indictment, Semerod misappropriated the funds over a 2 year period from June 2006 until June 2008. The center has since been closed down and Semerod resigned in August 2008 after failing to comply with audit requirements, after serving as its director of 35 years.


Amy McKinley Moore, 43, of Garner, North Carolina has been charged with larceny by employee in excess of $100,000 and obtaining money by false pretenses in connection with an alleged embezzlement of some $394,000 from Garner Volunteer Fire-Rescue, Inc. (GVFR), where she had been employed as an administrative assistant. According to authorities, Moore wrote hundreds of checks to herself over a 7 year period between 2003 and 2010. Moore's husband, David Moore, is a detective with the Raleigh Police Department. (Note this lady looks like a crack addict)

John A. Eichner, 49, of Montvale, New Jersey pleaded guilty yesterday to wire fraud and tax evasion charges in connection with the alleged embezzlement of some $2 million from the Harold M. Pitman Company, where he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. According to prosecutors, Eichner falsified expense reports over a period of six years from 2003 through 2009. Authorities also alleged that Eichner caused wire transfers of company funds to pay for personal expenses and luxury travel and goods, including $30,000 for cases of wine purchased through the Southeby's auction house.

 

Edward Gerard Payton, 50, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was indicted on health care fraud charges related to the alleged embezzlement of some $147,000 from Mecklenburg Open Door, a non-profit which provides mental health services and housing to local mentally ill individuals, for which he had served as Executive Director. According to authorities, Payton misappropriated the non-profit's funds by personal use of its credit cards and by receiving extra income through checks authorized as "loans" or "advances" which were never repaid. The five count indictment charged Payton with one felony count of Theft and Embezzlement in Connection with Healthcare and four felony counts of Theft and Embezzlement Concerning Programs Receiving Federal Funds. The scheme spanned a period of more than three years, from January 2007 to April 2010, according to the indictment.

Sujata "Sue" Sachdeva, 47, of Mequon, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison for embezzling $34 million from Koss Corporation, where she had served as vice president of finance and secretary. Sachdeva pleaded guilty in July to six counts of wire fraud in connection with the case. She has also agreed to pay full restitution. Sachdeva's attorney sought leniency due to her cooperation in the case whereas prosecutors sought 16 to 20 years. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which has been all over this story, quotes her in court today at sentencing: "I stand before you today truly remorseful. You have been my family, my friends and my co-workers for many years. I know you have been deeply hurt by my dishonesty in ways I never intended."

Mary Elizabeth Carter, 46, last known to be living in Portland, Oregon, is being sought by Troutdale, Oregon police for her alleged involvement in embezzling at least $225,000 from several local businesses. Authorities claims Carter stole from local veterinary clinics where she apparently worked. They are seeking assistance in locating her whereabouts for outstanding felony warrants for aggravated theft. Carter, who is an Irish national, has a "slight" Irish accent and is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. See photograph here. Troutdale police ask that anyone who might have information on her whereabouts to call them at 503-823-3333.

I must say, it's so sad to see so many women involved in this activity.  At one time I held women to higher standards above men when it came to not accepting they were capable of this kind of stuff on a large scale. Apparently, I was wrong.   These women ruin it for the rest of us hard working females.  The author of this material believes we'll be seeing much more of this kind of thing as the economy worsens.

This is really the sickest and yet funniest thing I've seen in a long time. If people go for this concept, as portrayed in a The Sun article, My Girlfriend's a Robot, we're even more doomed then I thought.  Any man or woman who gets it on with a sex robot is ready for the funny farm.

If anything, this sex robot fetish exposes how certain men can be perfectly satisfied with some soulless, brain dead inanimate non-thinking programmable object their mates are often turned into.  There are men who would be perfectly happy with a mate they can program, who they have no regard for except for their maintenance in order to function for them.  Likewise, living women who give themselves over to this mindless service to such men are willing participants in insanity rendering themselves as mere machines.

THEIR ultimate partner would be flexible, obedient... and made of rubber.

I remember first being introduced to the concept of sex robots in the Spielberg film A.I. I didn't find it intriguing at all.

I remember the early 1980's Steven Martin film The Lonely Guy and how hilarious it was.  In this day and age men basically get whatever and whomever they want quite easily thanks to the Internet. There are dating services, Craigslist and all kinds of avenues for them to meet women.  When I go on www.MeetUp.com hikes there are always men there scoping out the female territory for their next screw. Men in this culture cheat on their wives with great ease and there is nothing but available women all over the country for them.

So if you want to know why the U.S. is falling apart, it's because men are spoiled here, that they're too busy looking for their next women to screw then attend to the necessary business to keep our country safe and protected.  Meanwhile, our country's going to hell.  They are soulless, heartless, greedy, spoiled and selfish men in America many of whom treat their women like programmable robots.

New Evidence Congressman Sonny Bono Assassinated to Silence Him

Back in 1998 former congressman Sonny Bono was reported by the media to have died after a skiing accident in Nevada.  There were no witnesses and the autopsy report wasn't released to the public. New evidence is being reported by several papers in Australia and the Globe that Bono was assassinated after learning about government corruption he intended to expose.

The new evidence comes from the suppressed autopsy report which was obtained and provided to the supermarket tabloid, the Globe.

After reviewing the shocking secret documents, former FBI agent Ted Gunderson tells GLOBE: "The official version of Sonny Bono's death is hogwash. It's nonsense for anyone to now try to suggest that Bono died after crashing into a tree. There's zero evidence in this autopsy report or any of these official documents to show such an accident happened.  Instead, there's powerful proof he was assassinated.  "This was an evil plot that was carried out to almost perfection by ruthless assassins."

Ted Gunderson, now a private investigator, has told the US Globe tabloid that Bono, who served as mayor of Palm Springs for four years, did not die after hitting a tree on a Nevada ski slope in January 1998 as everyone believed.
Bono, an experienced skier, was ambushed on the slopes by hired hitmen, who beat him to death and then staged a tree collision, Gunderson said.

He called for authorities to dig up Bono's remains and open a homicide investigation.

His claims have reportedly been backed by top forensics experts who fear Nevada authorities were too quick to call the death a skiing accident. Link

Investigator Bob Fletcher had also confessed he sent evidence of a 10-year study that linked top US government officials to arms and weapons dealers to Bono less than a month before his death, the Globe reported.

"(Bono) was going to make it his No.1 priority... There's no doubt in my mind Sonny was murdered by someone who needed him silenced," Mr Fletcher told the paper.

Sonny's mother Jean always believed he had been murdered and prior to her death in 2005, requested an investigation.
