Los Angeles Teeters on the Verge of Bankruptcy

I thought the cat fight video says it all about the state of the Los Angeles financial situation. Just think of the big cat as the people and the little cat as Los Angeles Mayor Villaraigosa. I hate to be the blog of gloom and doom, but here I go again. Yesterday Los Angeles city controller Wendy Greuel said the City of Angeles is faced with running out of cash in one month.

Despite record income over the last five years, Mayor Villaraigosa has led the City down a path of reckless and irresponsible spending that would have been avoided by a more professional and logical City Official. In the face of a crushing recession, the Mayor actually accelerated spending and hiring to the point that the City may have to declare BANKRUPTCY before the end of 2010.

While he is now asking City officials to eliminate 1000 city jobs, the Mayor has selfishly refused to fire a single member of his enormous staff - including 16 Deputy Mayors and 93 personal staff members.

Los Angeles is a very large metropolitan city so this is a huge statement. One blogger put it this way:

What To Do About Vicious Women Hating Closet Cases? Out Them!

There's a stereotype everyone's familiar with known as the man hating woman, inspired by the feminists movement long ago. We've all heard accusations of certain women being man hating that resonates loudly in our culture with much unjustified credence. In all my life, I've only met a small handful of women who could be considered man hating. This is because women are so greatly rewarded for promoting and mimicking the often brutal politics of men in corporate America.

In spite of a lack of any clear evidence of women hating men on any detectable level, if a woman so much as stands up to sexual harassment in the workplace it's a red flag for men to jump on as a sign of a man hater. In fact, any conflict a woman poses to a man's reputation is considered a red flag to exploit on behalf of insecure men. This well publicized consequential reality of male based retaliation tends to intimidate revelations of any men hating women behavior. Such intimidation doesn't work with me however, when it comes to being subjected to ongoing harassment and the audacity of such cyber stalking men to lie about me in a court of law.

I initially attracted cyber stalkers especially when I uploaded YouTube videos of myself recording music in my studio, which happened to be in my insulated walk-in closet. The closet cases took issue with it. I was strongly mocked by these cybers for it, and for having my back to the camera. Since it was a music video for the purpose of sharing and recording my vocals, there was no justification for any mockery.



The problem I've been encountering for quite some time on the Internet is from extremely shallow, mentally disturbed strangers. These men do not know me having no common shared experiences relying primarily on the mere written word to base their assessments. Our culture really doesn't bother to address closet case men who hate women and the masquerade of such individuals who pose as female companions. The truth is, such men have discovered the Internet as a perfect vehicle to masquerade behind an anonymous identity to lash out at women.

It's not difficult to consider the psychological profile of a man hiding behind a key board lashing out at women anonymously while venting anger for the many years he's felt society and particular forums have continually wronged him and his alleged high stature. Such an isolated outcast who spends all of his time on the Internet with no real life or basis in reality finds great satisfaction in finding similar frustrated closeted men to gang up on any vulnerable woman on the Internet.

Case in Point - Frustrated Closet Case Middle Aged Cyber Stalker Who Lives His Life on the Internet and Behind a PO Box.

A middle aged white male being accused in a lawsuit of cyber stalking, defamation and harassment claimed at a deposition to have a girlfriend. Later the man requested a correction to the deposition transcript to remove the alleged girlfriend's name. Why? The theory is the closeted man had apparently used a friend's name at a deposition to disguise he's a closet case. This theory is based on verifiable evidence. There is no "real" relationship otherwise the girlfriend's name would have remained on record. The name had already been disclosed so there was nothing to hide. Because the closet case has no real relationship with a woman, he is continually venting his hatred anonymously towards chosen targets.

"He's a former acquaintance" - Shari 2007 - former girlfriend of closet case from 1994 who was later forced by him to admit she was once his live-in girlfriend.

"She's my former common law wife" - Closet Case - an attempt to hide the fact his last significant relationship 15 years ago wasn't consummated with a real marriage. Closet case also put photos of them together on the Internet without her permission (used a woman again).

So yes, I do think I have strong basis for my contention there's a problem with vicious closet case middle aged men venting their hateful spew towards vulnerable women on the Internet. When I say vulnerable, I'm referring to anyone such as myself who has anything in their past long ago to overt attention from the closet case having to face the truth of himself. When I say long ago, I'm referring to rather insignificant things over decades ago men such as these use as a foundation for their disputes with me.

The other reason I know I'm dealing with closet case vicious angry men is heterosexual men would never, ever spend so much of their time in this regard venting anger and hatred over gay remarks I deliberately planted in my blog articles. Why? Because heterosexual men generally are looking for sex and/or relationships they easily find with women through the Internet. Availability of women are plentiful to heterosexual men and they tend to be more mellow because of it.

I can't imagine the kind of closet case who would use a woman's name as his girlfriend at a deposition hearing, only to then request it later be struck from the transcript. If I put myself in such a woman's shoes this is what I would be saying:

Take my name out of that deposition, you didn't have my permission to claim I'm your girlfriend at a court hearing! - A Fictionally Based Interpretation of a Used Female Friend of Cyber Stalker

The closet case continues to maintain and hide behind a fake image of himself while lying to authorities and the court system about his anonymous on-line unlawful activities.

What a psychologist could possibly assess over Cyber #1:

He has issues developing real relationships with people and has been continually accused on forums of being a pathological liar. His male peer group especially continually mock and humiliate him for his behavior on Internet forums in which he's won various humiliating awards. He's referred to continually as "panty head" and various mocking terms. He's also been repeatedly accused of having an obsession with a particular transvestite. Large web sites have been created documenting his use of sock puppet ID's, harassment activities, quotations, and articles have been written from other sources.

In response, Closet Case maintains he has survived their continual harassment for 12 years and they are all frauds out to get him. He maintains he is always innocent of any others' accusations against him while he has contacted the FBI over his web site rankings in Google.

Cyber #1 & Cyber #2 - Evidence of Repressed Closet Case Issues Involving Hatred of Women and Numerous Ongoing Male Based Conflicts






Chris Crocker's skits are about gay men's multi-dimensional repressed behaviors symptomatic of the oppression of a heterosexual based culture. Such behaviors are reminiscent of Cyber #1's well documented ten year on-line history which have earned him multiple Internet based kook awards.

It is my opinion, based on this and other undisclosed evidence, vicious closet case cyber stalkers have formed a small cyber gang victimizing me on the Internet and in multiple intense comments to my blogs and emails since 2006. They set up various blogs, stalked me on Zimbio and YouTube and one in particular has never ceased in spite of lawsuits and RO's filed. I've been able to denote the major contributors of defamation against me are by two men. The stray cybers with small participation are located in Englewood, Colorado and in Germany. Over a three year period, there have been a very limited number of stray cyber stalkers attracted with all the various posting activities. Various evidence I have points to the major participants as Cyber #1 and Cyber #2.

Through much effort and hard work, in spite of a SFPD officer's attempt to intimidate me and cover-up, I was able to get one RO against one of them through another jurisdiction. The reason I finally got an RO against a man was only because two male witnesses testified at the hearing. These two men had suffered greatly for the cyber's vicious on-line defamation much as I have.

I usually shy away from well publicized news articles and videos to be unique but couldn't overlook this story about a woman and a whale raising money for breast cancer. What makes it unique is it's pure serendipity. Without the whale's participation the effort wouldn't have yielded such great results.

A friend forwarded these hilarious classic egg shots. When we were kids we had marshmallow chicks, chocolate bunnies and sugar decorated eggs. These eggs are for adults and non-paranoid schizophrenics.

The Solution to My Dilemma: A Folding Electric Bicycle

So here was my dilemma. I have a phobia of high speed driving. . . .I don't want a motorcycle driver license. . . I don't want to pay for parking, not even motorcycle meters. . . .I don't want to pay for insurance. . . .I don't want to pay for gas. . . .I don't want to leave an expensive item out on the street to be potentially damaged or stolen, I don't really have much space in my studio for a bicycle unless I hang it from the ceiling. . . I don't travel long distances and am always in San Francisco. . . I don't like using public transportation any more because the buses are crowded, late, full, and there are a lot of crazies and fights. . . I often get calls from the public needing me within a 15 minute window I cannot meet without a taxi or zip car rental. Neither methods of transportation qualify for tax write-offs.

I needed something I could write off for my business and get credits for being green. I could get an electric Smart Car by Mercedes if I wanted, but it didn't solve many of the issues described here. So, how did I solve this dilemma? I bought a folding electric bike Wednesday! No gas required. No new drivers license required. No insurance required. There are no worries on it getting stolen, I just roll it like a rollered suitcase after I'm done with it. I need not worry about my vertigo making me dizzy because it only goes 20 mph! When I'm done I just fold it up and bring it inside.

One might think $1,500 is a lot for a folding electric bicycle, but it pays for itself since public transportation costs amount to $4.00 per day. Plus there are tax write off benefits due to it being electric. The gov't doesn't pay for public transportation for business purposes unless it's 75 miles away.

Unlike most cities, one can get away with riding a folding electric bicycle in San Francisco without being considered odd. People understand and are more accepting of transportation issues. Most people in SF could care less what you drive as long as it's not one of those pogo stick skate boards.

Problem completely solved thanks to great new technologies! Maintenance costs will be low. I'll only be paying for electric charges once a month.

There's not one issue left unresolved with this decision. That's why I know it's the right one.

Federal Gov't Ignoring Arizona Governor's Pleas to Secure Arizona Mexico Border

The Feds are ignoring letter pleas from Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to do more to secure the Arizona Mexico border.

Brewer, said

"We just have been invaded so harshly by illegal immigrants and the drug cartels, I think it's important that we secure the borders. And I will continue to call on the federal government to step up and do the job that they are responsible for."

"It's pretty disturbing when you reach out to the federal government, the people that are there to protect us and protect our borders, {and} they don't even respond to the letters, they don't validate that they received it, they don't refuse that they're not going to come. It's just no comment. It's just a deaf ear."

The Attack of the Bitter Pine Nuts

I thought I'd give a heads up there are some bitter pine nuts on the market that are causing people to have symptoms of everything tasting bitter for days afterwards. I Googled "food tastes bitter symptom" and came up with a few blogs substantiating with hundreds of comments that pine nuts can cause taste disturbance symptoms up to several days and even weeks.

I've also been looking up about symptoms of heart disease. Considering heart disease is the second largest killer of women in my age group in the country, I've had a few symptoms I wanted to check out. For instance, I've experienced rapid heart beats in my dream state that were really scary. My heart was practically jumping out of my chest during a nightmare last year. When people have heart attacks, many simply suddenly collapse. Take for instance this Indian fellow in the middle of a live tv broadcast. One minute he's smiling, the next. . . .[WARNING, VIEWER MAY FIND THIS VIDEO DISTURBING]

So this man had a lovely smile one minute, and the next second his eyes rolled up in their sockets and he was gone. It reminded me of a guru's meditation practice. I notice gurus roll their eyes up in their sockets when they meditate to look up at God. The guru Paramahansa Yoganada, who I studied in the early 1980's at the self-realization fellowship near Malibu, California, died of a heart attack in the middle of presenting a live speaker int he 1950's.

In this video Paramahansa shows how he rolls his eyes upward when he wants to reach a higher consciousness. People just suddenly drop dead as if lightning hits them. Doesn't matter what age one is either. It can happen to anyone at any time.

Our bodies are really nothing more then machines. Like a computer they can suddenly have circuit overload and shut down for good.

A Narcissist Never Learns - A Mobius Strip Rules His False Reality

I don't know when the pathological narcissist's ever going to finally realize his lying may appear to get him somewhere except for the reality he's in a never ending loop of hopelessness. One might feel temporary jubilation at continually getting others to back stab, smear and humiliate his victim on his behalf, however these little battles mean very little. Not only will this narcissist never get any legal fees out of me, he's sinking himself in fighting a hopeless war he cannot possibly win.

Any attorney worth his wage would give the narcissist this kind of advice, "you can't win this, let go of it and move on." Mr. Narcissist has continually lied and misrepresented himself hoping to win and gain accolades with the authorities. This is what a typical narcissist does because he hates losing and for his fake image to be tarnished. Someone with a real inner foundation of themselves doesn't care how many battles they lose because truth is on their side and that's all that really matters.

Nancy Pelosi Inspires Sanctions Against San Francisco

I think I understand now why Dems and liberals have taken so much heat from conservatives. I used to be a liberal and Democrat. Not anymore. I've been listening to radio commentator and documentary film maker Alex Jones at www.InfoWars.com and have since changed my views. Not that I've been brainwashed in any way, I've just seen the light. I also read the national bestseller Liberal Fascism by Jonah Goldberg that helped change my views.

People across the country are very upset with the health care reform bill. One blogger is organizing a sanction of Pelosi and the city of San Francisco that gave rise to her. Here's a peek:

"By way of threats, bribery and lies she and her henchmen have coordinated the most serious breech of Constitutional law in nearly 100 years; and she has done it all without exhibiting the slightest bit of remorse.

It is for this reason that I propose strong and crippling sanctions against the City of San Francisco. They must be made to hear the hue and cry of a nation that demands Nancy Pelosi be removed from office. Until they meet with our demands, we will cease to support their economy with our consumer dollars.

Tourism is the backbone of San Francisco’s economy. Any and all travel into or through San Francisco should cease. All conventions and seminars should be canceled. If any business trips are planned, accommodations should be arranged outside the city limits. Hotels and restaurants should be notified that they should no longer expect our patronage as long as Nancy Pelosi holds office.

A BOYCOTT of companies headquartered in San Francisco should begin immediately. Some of those companies include The Gap, Levis-Strauss, Gymboree, McKesson Pharmacies, Sega of America, Lucasfilm, Wells Fargo Bank, Ghiradelli, Del Monte Foods, Hills Brothers Coffee and Anchor Brewing Company among others. This sentiment towards San Francisco is quite different from the days when the world contributed to its reconstruction and recovery after the 1906 earthquake. What this means is that bad politics can be potentially worse then a bad earthquake. Will Nancy Pelosi's rise in politics eventually cause San Francisco to suffer? Only time will tell.

13 States File Lawsuit Against Health Care Bill as Unconstitutional

In response to an unprecedented infringement into Americans' choices and lives, a federal lawsuit was filed by Texas attorney General Greg Abbott on behalf of 13 other attorney generals contesting the constitutionality of the newly enacted Health Care Reform law.

The thirteen-state coalition, which includes Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Washington, Colorado, Michigan, Utah, Alabama, South Dakota, and Idaho, filed its legal challenge in the Federal District Court in the Northern District of Florida. It was filed shortly after President Barack Obama signed the bill into law. The legal action specifically challenges the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and names the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury and Labor as defendants because those federal agencies are charged with implementing the Act's constitutionally impermissible provisions.

California's attorney general Jerry Brown is also unenthusiastically looking into the constitutionality of the law.

In spite of whatever happens, I think ultimately when Americans learn about the details of what their misguided politicians have done on their behalf, they will simply not cooperate. It's much easier not to cooperate with the health care reform requirements then to follow them. I predict the government's new health plan will be difficult to enforce as multitudes of people will simply ignore its existence.

Desperate politicians do desperate things. This bill is one of those desperate things of elderly dying statesmen like Ted Kennedy who wanted to leave their mark on America prior to their deaths. It's even been reported Patrick Kennedy recently placed a note on his father's grave saying his work was done. So, this health care bill is really about misguided politicians, the historic mark they wished to leave on the nation and not about America's improved health care. It can be viewed as rather ominous Patrick Kennedy placed a note on a dead man's grave over American's new health care plan.

Nancy Pelosi, whose in her 70's, obviously needed some historic mark to leave our country. Pelosi's primarily responsible for why this bill survived and ultimately became law.
