A Lack of Civility or Signs of Revolution?

How appropriate what the National Notary Association's September 2010 issue is about, a lack of civility in our society.  This magazine came at a perfect time just a matter of a few weeks after I had my first client who had practically yelled at me for not cooperating with what he wanted me to do. I explained to him that would be illegal and he still wanted to argue.

I think the main reason for the lack of civility mostly comes down to money. People are getting ripped off left and right these days, especially the U.S. tax payer.  The government and courts aren't making things any better in their actually encouraging a lack of civility in many ways.  People are understandably fed up and beginning to show signs of stress and revolt.

Laughter Can Reduce Stress & Anger

Yesterday I did a refinance loan signing in a home built in 1890 in San Francisco.  In going through the documents, the borrowers came across an explanation to one of the banks fees.  The bank called its fee "padding".  We all laughed at how pathetic it was.  The banks look for any excuse to tack on fees and couldn't think of any valid description for their charging an extra $100 so they called it "padding".  The lady said she wanted to frame it and put it on the wall.  The couple were both attorneys who found it quite amusing.  Other less fortunate people might become angry under the circumstances.

At one point the attorney jokingly called one of the charges "extortion." I was glad I had refrained from my typical lawyer jokes at this signing prior to discovering the borrowers were lawyers.

The National Notary Association article points to Calvin Coolidge as the only U.S. President sworn in by a Notary Public and a good role model for civility.  I believe social environments and circumstances contribute to the character of people. Perhaps Coolidge would be a different man in today's American culture. I therefore don't believe it's helpful to refer people to historic figures of another time and circumstances as role models.

Sometimes you've just got to get mad as hell and say "I'm not taking it anymore!" There's a time and place for everything.

NASA Astronauts Coming Out About REAL UFO's

My post a few days ago Don't Panic But 5% of UFOs Perplex Scientists, Government & Military provided a plethora of evidence of NASA's footage of UFO's.  NASA obviously doesn't want to scream about UFO's from the rooftops so it takes a little research to find videos to piece the evidence together for one's self.

This following video answers the question of one of the previous NASA videos I posted about what appears to be a long object floating in space with pulsating objects surrounding it.  I couldn't figure out what it was until someone explained it.  The object was a "tether" which broke off from a satellite which was launched from the Columbia space craft. It was known to be 12 miles long and thus used as a ruler to measure the size of the UFO's surrounding the object.

On Sunday, February 25, 1996, the Space Shuttle Columbia deployed an experimental tether into orbit. The experiment was called the Tethered Satellite System (TSS- 1R) and it's purpose of this was to attempt to generate electricity by utilizing Earth's magnetic field.
Unfortunately the tether broke so the experiment was not a success, although approximately five hours of data were recorded.

What really made "The Tether Incident" famous was the appearance of many unidentified flying objects (UFOs) clearly visible in the NASA footage. Conspiracy theorists rejected NASA's explanation of space debris and ice particles...

The common argument is "space debris". But the video shows teleportation and controlled flight! These are showing intelligent movement! "Things in motion stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force." These things are turning!- NASA UFO Video Article
Here it is out of another astronaut, Buzz Aldrin's mouth that they saw a UFO out in space and tried to keep it hidden from the public for fear of ridicule:

Another astronaut, Gordon Cooper talks about his encounters with UFO's:

I'm convinced now there is other intelligent life in the universe and they are perhaps visiting us on earth from the fourth dimension which explains how they suddenly appear and disappear.  This Carl Sagan video explains the fourth dimension from where the intelligent life forms may come from:

There's plenty of fake UFO footage on YouTube but I just couldn't deny NASA's footage and the astronaut's admissions I recently discovered.  I never thought I'd ever be able to confirm alien life forms in my lifetime but YouTube has completely exposed NASA's secret!  Anyone who wants to know the truth about UFO's and ET's can find it on the Internet and YouTube for themselves!  NASA's footage isn't a hoax so you know it's the real deal. These astronauts aren't at a circus in clown suits either. They're serious professionals who previously had feared ridicule tor telling it like it was.

Then of course, there's the YouTube videos alleging civilizations on Mars that are quite interesting. Not quite as cut and dry as the other evidence, it's still quite intriguing to say the least:

Here's just a few quotes from various astronauts who came clean to the public about the government trying to hide evidence of UFO's and extraterrestrial beings:

NASA Astronaut Scott Carpenter

"At no time, when the astronauts were in space were they alone: there was a constant surveillance by UFOs."

Storey Musgrove
NASA Astronaut

"Statistically it's a certainty there are hugely advanced civilizations, intelligence, life forms out there. I believe they're so advanced they're even doing interstellar travel. I believe it's possible they even came here."

Colonel Gordon Cooper
Mercury Nine, Gemini Five Astronaut

"I know other astronauts share my feelings.... And we know the government is sitting on hard evidence of UFOs."

Colonel Gordon Cooper
Mercury Nine, Gemini Five Astronaut

Of course, this all raises larger questions like, are these ancient creatures visiting us.  Are they manipulating humanity in some way?

Don't Panic But 5% of UFO's Perplex Military, Scientists and Governments

Today people are far more sophisticated then the days of the 1932 radio broadcast I posted about a few weeks ago, War of the Worlds, that perhaps they're ready to deal with the news revealed in Leslie Kean's new book release UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go on Record.  It's now official and thoroughly investigated that 5% of all UFOs are unexplained and defy human technology while the other 95% are easily and quickly explained as weather balloons, weather anomalies, swamp gas, and planets.

Physicist and author Michio Kaku discussed the Kean book recently on MSNBC:

Leslie Kean on the Stephen Colbert show:

I've seen things like this in my telescope when I was looking at the moon in the mid 1990s

Please note, this video above is one of the best videos on YouTube showing real NASA footage and comments of astronauts of UFO's in space. Note at frame 7:58 the orange elongated object? Pause the footage when it zooms in. Get a good look at it. Then go to this article UFO Disclosure in China: Genuine Alien Photo Released posted two days ago and see for yourself the resemblance. You'll be amazed at what you find and read.

Other NASA banned footage on YouTube:

This is another great UFO video:

Here's part 1 of 11 of what many consider to be the best documentary on UFO's ever made. I agree it's an outstanding documentary.

Scientist and author Stephen Hawking recommends no contact with the aliens.  That's just ridiculous.  If we're all going to be extinct one day as he claims anyway, what does it matter if we chat with the aliens?

More Attorney Sleaze - Former Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP Arrested on 30 Counts of Fraud

The firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP must be all red in the face this morning at the news of its former partner Jonathan S. Dickstein.  Dickstein, 43, a graduate of Stanford University, was arrested along with his wife and are expected to appear in court this morning for arraignment on 30 counts of fraud, theft and conspiracy.  Dickstein and his wife are being accused of bilking the San Francisco school district and private insurers out of about $400,000 via fraudulent bills for treatment of their autistic son, officials say:
"This was an elaborate scheme to defraud the school district and insurance companies out of a lot of money," said Chief Assistant District Attorney David Pfeifer. "They used this scheme to make money off their child's special needs - that's terrible."
Until this year, Dickstein, who graduated from Stanford and then Harvard Law School, was a partner at the internationally recognized San Francisco firm of Morrison & Foerster, specializing in intellectual property issues and the law surrounding life sciences. He has since started his own practice, according to his Facebook page.  SF Lawyer Accused of Fraud in Autism Care.

The prosecutor said the couple incorporated an elaborate double dipping billing scheme for the care of their autistic child.  This is particularly disturbing in view of the fact Partner attorneys are paid quite well.  In this case, both parents were employed so it was apparently a matter of greed.  The couple had apparently shielded themselves from detection by volunteering many hours of their time to the causes associated with autism.

According to prosecutors, the district lost as much as $240,000 while Anthem Blue Cross lost an estimated $100,000 and CIGNA, which administered the law firm's health plan, lost about $40,000.

Douglas Rappaport, as the wife's attorney, said that it was too soon to comment in detail but that there was "some indication that their conduct could be construed as lawful."  In so many words, Dickstein's attorney Garrick Lew believes the special status of his clients and their volunteer work might enable them to work out a deal.

Many Attorneys think they're largely a privileged class of people who often steal money legally from clients.  They learn how to play the system and think judges will go easy on them.

The saddest part of this story is the autistic child has most likely lost his parents to prison.

Scientists Discover Major Oversite in San Andreas Fault Earthquake Frequency

Southern Californians should be getting real nervous since a new study released shows scientists way underestimated the frequency of major earthquakes on the San Andreas Fault.  Previously they had predicted a pattern of the largest earthquakes occurring every 250-450 years at the fault section 100 miles from Los Angeles.  In fact, the last major earthquake near the Carrizo Plain area was in 1857.
"The new study used more sophisticated methods in discovering former earthquakes.  Scientists dug deep trenches and used carbon dating and sophisticated imaging technology known as lidar to find signs of earth movements.  The results were stunning as scientists were able to confirm earthquakes dating back to the 15th Century, creating a far more complete record then previously known." - LA Times

The new research proved earlier scientific observations badly underestimated the number of major earthquakes.  In a nutshell, what this all means is that an earthquake is long overdue by over 150 years.
"Thomas Jordan, director of the Southern California Earthquake Center, said the fault is 'locked and loaded. It's been a long time since an earthquake has occurred on that fault — over 150 years.'" - LA Times
The San Andreas fault is considered one of the most dangerous in Southern California, partly because it is so long that its southern section is capable of producing a temblor as large as magnitude 8.1.

As a San Franciscan, I must ask, an 8.1 earthquake as the largest?  Is that all?  Some scientists claim a 10.0 earthquake is possible in San Francisco which would flatten it like a pancake in a blink of an eye.

I Really Wanted to Respect Our U.S. Judicial System But. . .

. . .it's totally corrupt and overtly political!  This assessment isn't just based on my experience either. In 2003, Judge Edith Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit told the Federalist Society of Harvard Law School that the American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition.  If that was the state of the judiciary in 2003, imagine how it has evolved into today?
The judge stated, "An increasingly visible and vocal number apparently believe that the strategic use of anger and incivility will achieve their aims. Others seem uninhibited about making misstatements to the court or their opponents or destroying or falsifying evidence," she claimed. "When lawyers cannot be trusted to observe the fair processes essential to maintaining the rule of law, how can we expect the public to respect the process?"
"Our legal system is way out of kilter," she said. "The tort litigating system is wreaking havoc. Look at any trials that have been conducted on TV. These lawyers are willing to say anything." - American Legal System is Corrupt Beyond Recognition, Judge Tells Harvard Law School
Similarly, asked Jones, how can a system founded on laws survive if the administrators of the law daily display their contempt for it?
"Lawyers' private morality has definite public consequences," she said. "Their misbehavior feeds on itself, encouraging disrespect and debasement of the rule of law as the public become encouraged to press their own advantage in a system they perceive as manipulatable."

I cannot emphasize more that one cannot really understand how truly corrupt the judicial system is until they go into their cases as self represented parties (i.e. pro pers).   Only then can you observe how the players within the legal system view it as their game paid for by tax payers.  As a pro per with a basic legal education, it became easy to  observe the court system was about profitability among attorneys, judges, government employees and nothing more. The legal system's corruption is greatly reliant on the average citizen's  ignorance of the law, procedure and how the court system works.  Such is why humiliation is often used as a tool by judges and lawyers as a common tactic against legally trained pro pers.   They use abusive psychological devices due to they're knowing truth or justice doesn't often win in court.

I'd like to reference a couple of former critical posts about the mischief of new attorneys who are struggling to survive in a bad economy.  One such attorney was Pamela Lauser, Esq. of Martinez, CA who charged me $2,500 while I did all the work and represented myself in court to obtain a restraining order against a cyber stalker in 2009.  See Lawrence Lauser's Frivolous Federal Lawsuit Against City College of San Francisco.

Another such attorney was, Jacob Harker, Esq. of San Francisco. Two years into his predictably short career, Harker overlooked mountains of evidence from subpoenas, court transcripts and deposition testimony, relying on a shaky defense from a 2007 email contact from a third party that violated the statute of limitations.   Harker's ridiculous power grab over my attempt(s) to get a restraining order against his criminally convicted public nuisance and trespassing client, can be found in my complaint to The California State Bar. In fact, his client sent me another harassing email a few hours ago which was forwarded to Harker.  See My State Bar of California Complaint Against Attorney Jacob Harker.

These attorneys and the local community judicial systems are making money off the provocateur activities of convicted criminals on the Internet and supporting their cyber bulling activities as such. The cyber bullies appoint themselves as big brother operatives in aligning themselves as an undercover operation for the FBI.  The local  government is obliging since their activities generate income for their local legal communities.

These attorneys seem well trained in psychological sadism techniques and so are the judges.  They are really out to get money from the public and treat us like we're all low intelligence imbeciles.  Many people are waking up to this judicial money making scam however.  Pro pers may stumble and fall against a powerful tyranny of legal professionals but we still remain witness to the reality the judicial system is full of corrupt people.

It is one thing to watch Perry Mason on television, it is quite another to go in and experience the judicial system for one's self.  (Remember the cop show Adam 12? Back in the 60's most thought the program was an accurate portrayal of police officers too!) I strongly encourage everyone concerned as to the health of our legal system to take a paralegal certificate course if they're able.  A good on-line program is offered through National Paralegal College.  It's well worth the investment that provides a good foundation for our highly legalistic overtly political culture.

Mouse Outbreak in San Francisco Due to Unusually Cold Weather

A poor frightened tiny black mouse entered my flat in San Francisco yesterday.  While I was typing away on my computer I happened to see a small black round object from the corner of my eye dart along the wall in a split second nanometer.  I would have thought it was just my imagination except for the fact the curtain near the floor was definitely moving back and forth.

My initial reaction to having a mouse in my flat was highly irrational fear.  I immediately called up my landlady in a panicked distressed tone and asked her if the building had a mice problem. She said another tenant had just found a mouse on her pillow a few days ago who was directly below my unit on the first floor. They did some investigating and the mouse came in through the back end of the stove.

In my case, the mouse came in through the kitchen sink cabinet where there's a gap surrounding a pipe. My cabinet had been left slightly a jar.  Too bad the contractors of the unit didn't use some common sense to seal all gaps near such pipes to avoid the problem, but apparently mice have never been an issue before.  The landlady said mice have recently only become a problem throughout the city due to the unseasonably cold weather in August.   It's been really cold here in San Francisco especially due to the wind chill factor.

Last night I made sure there was no way the mouse could crawl up my bed post to end up pillow talking with me as happened with the other tenant.  I didn't hear a thing last night indicating anything was in the room, but I didn't hear the mouse when it was running on the floor near me either.  I know there's no escape for the mouse except out the front door so I've tried to leave it open.  The landlady put the poison out for the mouse too but I was hoping I could avert having to kill the poor thing.

Later I thought a lot about my irrational fear of a mouse being in the house, putting myself in its shoes, or paws so to speak.  The poor little mouse has no food or hope of surviving much and I'm the one afraid of it?  It's just this tiny little creature who accidentally stumbled into my place searching for warmth for itself.  I had imagined it could possibly dash out from underneath something to attack my bare feet and realized how ridiculous that fear was.

Tourists Freezing in August
I feel bad for the tourists who come to San Francisco in August expecting to have a nice vacation. It's often cold, windy and the sun doesn't come out until late afternoon.  August is probably the worst month to visit San Francisco.  In just two months, the city changes quickly into beautiful weather in October.  It doesn't get cold again for a long time thereafter.  My Southern California former lifestyle has never adjusted body wise to the strange seasonal change of August in San Francisco. I always think around June and July it's going to get warmer and it always gets colder.

The other thing about San Francisco is weather changes day to day and even by the hour. It's hard to know how to dress sometimes.

Flight Attendant Steve Slater a Huge Internet Sensation

I'm so happy Jet Blue flight attendant Steve Slater is getting a enormous tsunami amount of support for his dramatic exit from a bad customer situation on a flight.  Thousands of people are rallying for a defense fund since Slater's facing serious charges which could land him in jail for 7 years.

Slater got knocked on the head by a piece of luggage pretty bad to cause a lump on his forehead.  I think that fact alone will cause the charges to be dismissed.  He probably suffered a small concussion.

There will probably be a movie made and Slater could possibly become a millionaire with his own brand of "I'm not going to take this any more and I'm as mad as hell" from the movie 1970's classic Network.

We've all had this kind of frustration from our jobs. The strange thing about this Network clip is obviously everything Howard Beale is saying has been going on a very long time.

And. .

This video was featured on CNN news, and is a very cute song sung by a young woman honoring the hero of the working class.

Judge Richard B. Ulmer Whitewashed My Evidence! Didn't Care!

I hope I don't get an ulcer from a Judge Ulmer's ruling today.  I wanted to report how corrupt our judicial system is that judges do whatever they please regardless of evidence and facts.  Today I attended yet another restraining order hearing against Cyber #1 in San Francisco Superior Court.  A judge had even previously looked over the case prior to granting the hearing.  When I had filed it back in July, the judge's clerk had come down to ask me questions  and ultimately decided to give it to a judge prior to granting a new hearing.

The thing with restraining orders is they shouldn't be too difficult to get if you provide a lot of credible evidence.  I had court hearing transcripts, former subpoena results and a deposition not to mention on-line third party supporting documentation.  My latest evidence proved only a person with an IP address from near El Cajon, CA could have been the one to send me a harassing obscene email two hours after he read and responded to my blog article. Only 5 others could have possibly read the article that morning.  Thus my evidence was 5 people who read my blog article, one of whom harassed me.  The person who had harassed me had a long pattern of daily visits from El Cajon, CA.  This person who harassed me was also linked to previous pattern of emails he sent under that email address.

The judge chose to "whitewash" my evidence with a final statement "millions of people could have sent you the email."  Judge Ulmer ultimately demanded I provide the identity of the IP address owner to prove my case. This is totally inappropriate because a judge isn't supposed to require that level of discovery for a non-trial.  I could only acquire the identity of such a person with a subpoena. You can't obtain subpoena discovery over RO cases.  Such is why there is a lower threshold of evidence required for granting Restraining Orders.

Criminal sympathizers are helping criminals get away with their crimes!  Jacob Harker, a criminal attorney, and judges have aided and abetted a Satanist who I have submitted evidence repeatedly lies.  They have bent over backwards to help a criminal convicted of public nuisance and trespassing while completely disregarding my case evidence.  Why?  Because they don't care!   That is the bottom line, these judges have no interest in helping me with the problem.

Cyber #1 sent a harassing email 30 minutes after he was served with RO papers on
July 22, 2010.  The judge ignored this evidence too and
barely allowed me to submit it.

Part of my August 6 letter to a sleazy criminal attorney who got his client off the
hook for the second time in San Francisco even when a judge looked over the case and approved a new hearing!

These men are looking to take out their problems on women in any way they are able.  This is one example of how they gang up on a woman and operate through networks.

Tired of Endless Male Domination - I Will Fight Until I'm Free

Most all of my life I've been brutally dominated by spoiled and selfish men including those at corporations and law firms.  They've denied me a personal life by placing exorbitant demands on my time in the workplace.   These men believe they're a privileged class and above the law.  They operate at law firms and in the judicial realm.  Attorneys in general are responsible for continually twisting facts and the truth, while omitting relevant facts to create a false reality to win their case.  They care little if anything for the truth, but to win at all costs.  This has created a society of corruption and one where evil people thrive and support one another.

George Washington lost most all of his battles up to the one that counted the most.  I will never give up fighting these men who want to dominate my life at all costs, and without regard for the truth.

Sorry, No Can Do! My First Unlawful Notarization Request and Irate Client

I'm happy to note that 99.9% of the time all of my clients are extremely nice and pleasant to me.  Yesterday I had the .1% client who became irate when I couldn't perform his requested demand I place my notary stamp on every piece of his document.  The client initially made an appointment to come in a few days prior asking me to notarize a document for his friend who was in India.  I explained I couldn't possibly notarize a document for someone who was not in my presence.  After I explained reasons to the client why I couldn't notarize a document for him, I didn't charge him for the appointment.

Yesterday the client called again wanting to know if I could perform a certain type of notarization to confirm a copy was an original known as a document custodian procedure.  I took time to explain to him the procedure, that I could notarize the document, but under his name and signature, not his friend in India.  The client asked if I could notarize each page for him, and I said though it was unusual request, there was no reason why I couldn't.  He kept saying "can you seal each page" and I told him I could, but usually the procedure was to simply notarize one complete document not each page.  I told him the fee would be $30 for three notarizations.

To make a long story short, I spent 15 minutes with the client at the appointment preparing the document and even copying it double sided for him.  After I completed my work, the client became irate that I would not affix my notarial stamp directly on each page.  I explained the copy custodian certificate attached to each page with my notarial stamp is the procedure and I could not simply place my notarial stamp on each page of the document.  That is when the client went ballistic and started yelling at me.  He also indicated he did not intend on paying me.

I'm on my second notarial journal now, and I've had nothing but appreciative clients who are happy for my services.  I never anticipated anyone would yell and be angry at me, especially if I explained good reasons why I couldn't do something exactly the way they wanted. I figured since the man is Indian from India, he doesn't understand how U.S. law operates and just thinks he can tell a Notary Public what to do to his liking.  Some people don't understand a notarial stamp isn't placed on a document to make it look official, but has a true purpose.

Everyone Wants to Become a Notary Public!

People I perform notarizations for often ask me how I became a notary public because they're interested in becoming one. For instance, when I explained to a taxi driver what I do for a living, he asks how he can become a notary public and perform notarization work in his taxi.  It seems many want to do my job thinking it's nothing more than rubber stamping a document.  However, being a Notary Public is far more then what many think it is.  For instance, had I placed my notarial stamp on each page of the client's document, I would have committed an unlawful act I could have possibly gone to prison for.

Potential Liability for Notary Publics

There's much potential liability is involved in being a Notary Public which is why each NP is required to have what is called "Errors & Omissions" insurance.  If a NP misses fingerprint or signature in the journal, it's a criminal offense.  If you "forget" to get a thumb print for a Grant Deed, Deed of Trust or Power of Attorney, it's a punishable offense with possible jail time. If you don't give an oath when appropriate, it's a criminal offense.  If you notarize incomplete documents with blanks or missing attachment, it's unlawful, especially when it comes to deeds.

The only way I could calm the client down was to tell him he was requesting me to perform an unlawful act and that was a crime in the United States.  It's actually a crime to intentionally ask a notary public to commit a crime on one's behalf.  This was the second time this client was asking me to do something unlawful.  So when I explained to the client it was unlawful for me to perform the notarization as he requested, when he continued to complain and yell at me, he was in effect still expecting me to do something unlawful.

The client did end up paying me after all but only after I brought up the illegality of his request. Had I not performed any work for him I wouldn't have charged him. The problem was he watched me fill out all the forms and it was the second time he took up an appointment due to his own issues.  Still, the client believed I misled him some way about what I said I was going to do on the phone.  It was a matter of a simple misunderstanding.

After the client left, I called the National Notary Association about what to do and they told me simply to record the information in my journal.  In the meantime, I'm thinking of taking Friday off.

Bobby Hebb, Singer of 60's Hit Sunny Died Day After Rare Sun Tsunami Blast Towards Earth

I'm sure I'm not the only one who noted Bobby Hebb, who sang the great hit "Sunny" from the 1960's died the day after the sun's awakening from a long slumber.

"Earth is bracing for a cosmic tsunami Tuesday night as tons of plasma from a massive solar flare head directly toward the planet.
The Sun's surface erupted early Sunday morning, shooting a wall of ionized atoms directly at Earth, scientists say. It is expected to create a geomagnetic storm and a spectacular light show -- and it could pose a threat to satellites in orbit, as well.

"This eruption is directed right at us and is expected to get here early in the day on Aug. 4," said Leon Golub of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. "It's the first major Earth-directed eruption in quite some time." - Solar Tsunami to Strike Earth

This rare event coincided with Bobby Hebb's passing at 72.  The sun's been quiet for over a decade without even sunspots.  What were the odds?

Last Night's Chest Pains - Am I Overdosing on Calcium Supplements?

I woke up in the middle of the night with chest pains and was wondering if I was about to have a heart attack.  I also had a slight shortness of breath.  The first thing that came to my mind is, did I leave any indication in my Last Will and Testament to who I will leave my freeze dried Neapolitan ice cream to?  I have boxes of the stuff I purchased from www.Nitro-pak.com in preparation for economic collapse.

Seriously, I hadn't worked out at the gym in nearly two weeks due to a mild case of bronchitis and yesterday I finally had the energy to visit twice in one day. I don't take life for granted as I did in my youth.  When you hit the age of 50 you read about all types of people who drop dead, many who appear healthy including athletes.  I remember at the law firm of Pillsbury in the early 2000's, a guy in his 40's who was overseeing and preparing for the attorney's yearly retreat had a heart attack in his bed and died.  When they found him, he had the phone off the hook and had dialed 911.  I remember him especially because he'd come into our department and let us know about the goodies left over after the law firm's banquet events.  He was really nice.

General symptoms of an impending heart attack can include:
Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach
Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
May include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness
Some heart attacks are sudden and intense — the "movie heart attack," where no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren't sure what's wrong and wait too long before getting help.

You don't have to be unhealthy or overweight to have a heart attack these days.  There are numerous examples of people with unknown heart issues who just collapse or even die in their sleep at a young age.  I don't have any long term symptoms from a medical perspective of having heart problems.  My blood pressure is normal and I only have a slight high cholesterol problem being above average.  I've been taking a lot of calcium magnesium supplements however, that a recent study released just yesterday links to a 30% higher rate of heart attacks.  Could it be my new liquid calcium supplement causing the problem?

None of This Matters - A Heart Does What It Wants Anyway
I take good care of my heart because I've never really smoked and exercise regularly.  I have two glasses of red wine a day on average.  I don't eat fast or greasy foods.  I use a lot of olive oil and Smart Balance products.  All this doesn't matter because there can be any particular reason why one's heart decides it's time to stop beating having a mind of its own.

Last year I remember my heart racing in the middle of the night after I woke up from a terrifying nightmare.  It felt as though it was going to crash like a train wreck.  Then I've had some experiences of after I work out hard at the gym my heart responds by beating really strong at night when I sleep.  Usually I don't notice my heart beating at all because it's normally very quiet and unnoticeable.  In fact most of the time I can't tell if my heart's beating or not.  That's why when I work out, I really like the sensation of feeling my heart beating strongly when I sleep.

In any event, I have to make sure I've covered everything in my Last Will & Testament just in case my heart decides to check out.  Much like an earthquake, it could happen at anytime, anywhere.  I'm not going to the doctor over this, because I can't afford the expensive tests. I already got tested at my gym and everything tested fine.

The funny thing is, I'm not really afraid of dying at all.

U.S. Food & Water Supply Deliberately Poisoned

Radio commentator, film maker and activist Alex Jones recently put out a two part video about how American's food supply is being deliberately poisoned to soft kill Americans.  The first day the video received nearly 250,000 views until YouTube put the brakes on it.  A cover-up ensued as Google removed the key words used to promote and find the video in its search engine.  The next few days the video only got a mere 30,000 hits following the huge wave of views. My question is, if Google's corporate campaign slogan "don't be evil" is for real, why would it want to cover-up the American food supply is poisoned by working against the video?

I've been noting a lot of manipulation happening in the media lately designed to put Americans to sleep. The media is definitely working to cover-up for disasters to calm the American public as if it's medicating them. Anything that is disturbing is quickly swept under the rug as if everything's okay like a parent would lie to a child to calm them. All of the sudden the oil spill is plugged and according to the EPA, it gave the green light for BP to use Corexit dispersant. Everything is okay now, go back to watching television and don't worry. The gov't has it all under control.

Now people can note how the Google search engine has removed the Alex Jones food poison video from its front page of most popular videos having put a huge skid on its viewership by removing key words from its search engine. Oh, and that bee story a while back about how all the honey bees are dying off the San Francisco Chronicle reported?  Everything's okay now because the local bee keepers are bearing honey.

It seems the media is working to cover-up all disasters it reveals, training Americans to see how everything is made okay after its stories.  Problems suddenly disappear and go away!

Anything remotely disturbing to Americans is either quickly covered-up by the media or eventually made okay.  It's clearly mind manipulation.  People aren't getting real news through these outlets any longer.  If you want real news, visit www.prisonplanet.com and www.infowars.com.   Sodium fluoride is deliberately put in the tap water to make people ill and dumbed down. The fake sweetener aspartame was approved by the FDA after being initially rejected three times.  Later Reagan's new appointee let it go through for corporate profits!  Aspartame is a deadly poison in all kinds of diet foods and chewing gum.  They've since changed its name because people were becoming aware of Aspartame's dangers.

Many Americans prefer to be lied to and don't want to know what's really happening in our world. When it comes to poison in food, that's something few can ignore without consequences to health. Sadly, there are many people who don't care what's in their food if it tastes good.  Many people don't want to hear bad things so they typically prefer to kill off  the messenger.  People who prefer the government lie to them have the same kind of mindset from Nazi Germany in my opinion.  People in denial of the truth who prefer to manipulate and play with the facts have a dangerous mindset.

I'm afraid all this cover-up activity has resulted from an over saturation of attorneys in the United States.  Attorneys often believe they can defeat the truth in a court of law by lying, omitting relevant facts and playing politics.  You can observe attorneys behind the scenes in everything from BP's cover-up to Google's.  Attorneys would have you believe sodium fluoride is good for you if their client profits from it.
