Time To Boycott The Humane Society Frauds of America

There's an unbelievable story about a heroine addict who took his kitten with a non-life threatening injury to one of the Humane Society's vet clinics.  He didn't immediately have $400 to pay for the kitten's vet bill but his mother agreed to pay by providing a credit card number over the phone. 

"The Humane Society cited policy when it declined to accept a credit card over the phone from Dockery's mother in Michigan or to wait for her to wire the money. Instead of placing the cat in foster care the Human Society euthanized the cat a few hours later.

This is such an outrage!  I'll never, ever donate to the Humane Society ever again that's clearly not the organization it claims to be being inhumane.  People from all over the country are boycotting the Humane Society now and spreading the word of what a sick uncaring money grubbing organization it's obviously become.  I already knew PETA's history having violated the trust of those who surrender their animals to it for adoption by euthanizing thousands of them each year.   I never dreamed the Humane Society could be so equally callous and uncaring of both humans and their pets.

In analyzing why they would choose to euthanize the kitten, it seems to me they probably believed it would be the humane thing to do rather than allow a heroine addict to own a cat.

I'd love to adopt a cat myself but our building in San Francisco doesn't allow them claiming they would destroy the wood floors with cat pee.  I don't believe that at all.  Cat's should never be turned away by apartment complexes.  I believe it should be unlawful to restrict pet ownership.  Everyone should be able to own and care for a cat if they so please.

I find the SPCA to be the most trustworthy organization to care for animals and their welfare.

Americans Are Largely Programmed For Self-Destruction

So many Americans have no idea what's happening to our country it's frightening!   It's so mind blowing to witness the willful ignorance so many partake in such as preferring to make spectator sports like football the priority above all else.  Football would be okay for people to enjoy if our national priorities were in order but the fact of the matter is the U.S. government and military's been taken over by hard core criminals intent on destroying our country.  The fact so many Americans continue to participate in the same habits and beliefs refusing to adjust their lives based on what's really happening demonstrates how insane and programmed they are.

America's been gutted on so many levels it's staggering. Yet, people go about their business shopping and writing on Facebook about things oblivious to how serious the situation really is.  The fact is the U.S. government's been taken over by banking cartels and corporations with criminal interests including that of genocide and poisoning the population through the water and food supply as well as sending people to labor camps.   We will likely be unable to withdraw our money from banks in the near future, being restricted to access of our funds.  They will likely devalue the dollar by up to 40%.

People's homes are underwater with their owing far more to banks then their properties are worth.  American's jobs have been sent overseas and the U.S. government's been swat teaming whatever U.S. manufacturing companies are left such as Gibson U.S.A.

They want to kill off humanity and people are asleep at the wheel as if nothing's changed!  These world government elitists are preparing for genocide and taking us all down. Anyone who believes siding with them will save their lives is nothing short of trying to make a deal with the devil.   These people are possessed by ancient evil demons who will be unleashing hell on earth.  Humans don't stand a chance.

Television programming will go down in world history as one of the keys to humanity's destruction.

Time Running Out For Americans to Wake Up Before It's Too Late

Back in 2000, I worked the graveyard shift at a law firm that caused me to come home exhausted to sleep in the morning.  When I came home I usually had some breakfast and used my toaster oven that was in my studio's bedroom and then I'd crash for hours.  One morning I was so exhausted I inadvertently left the toaster oven on.  As I dozed off, something alerted me to the oven in back out of sight that was shooting out one foot flames.  I caught the fire just in time prior to it possibly burning the house down and have been grateful ever since for whatever caused me to prevent the fire.

Our government, courts, military and law enforcement -- which have been controlled by socio/psychopaths for decades -- continues to decompose into a rabid, sleazy, moronic, delusional group of arrogant, self-serving, sycophantic, greedy, whores.

It's time to dispense with semantic subtleties meant to placate and avoid offense. Diplomacy is reserved for those who are worthy. No more time to waste on pandering to, analyzing, intellectualizing or sugar-coating treachery. The State is the enemy of the people. Those responsible for instilling fear, subjugation, humiliation, imprisonment, torture and murder are our own government terrorists--the U.S. Congress, the President of the United States and their minions. 

They have betrayed the American citizenry, as they have the rest of the world. They have defiled and destroyed the Constitution. They have committed treason. One owes no civility to barbarians. No benevolence to fascists. Capitol Hill and the White House have declared war on the American people. Their intent is crystal clear for all paying attention. Conspiracy theory 'lunatics' are having the last laugh as their warnings are now bearing fruit. It is no longer outrageous conjecture to believe our own government is intent on our demise. 

The United States Army is actively recruiting individuals for internment camp guards. The military does not recruit people for phantom positions for which they intend no future use. 

It is time for the populace to withdraw from the mindless euphoria of consumerism that has become their god and WAKE UP. Our chances for survival can only come if we are focused on the threat at hand. We do not have the power to confront the police state head on, but it can and must be circumvented. We must not cooperate. Totalitarianism must be denied legitimacy. It demands defiance. However small or large and in whatever non-complying way each individual finds to do so. Singer George Michael Says He's A New Man After Near Death Encounter

Former Wham Last Christmas Singer George Michael says he's thankful to be alive after winning his battle with a severe case of pneumonia.  Geroge said his life was saved thanks to his being treated at one of the top medical facilities for that illness in the world, the AKH clinic in Vienna Austria. In a video released by the press corps, a gaunt looking George said:

"I'm not supposed to speak for very long at a time, but Merry Christmas everyone. I feel amazing. I mean, I'm very weak, but I feel amazing. I got streptococca-something. It's a form of pneumonia, and they spent three weeks keeping me alive, basically. I don't want to take you through all of it because some of it I want to protect my family from.  I'm sure I'll get it all written down. This is my favorite George Michael video from his days with Wham. Everything She Wants was a hit in 1982 written and produced by Michael who later had his own highly successful solo career.  Back in 1982-3 it was tough competing with the likes of Michael Jackson but George held his own.  Careless Whispers is another of Michael's huge hits from that era. 

Seattle Police Caught Mocking Jogger Near Death in Dash Cam Video

As a jogger lay in the street in a pool of blood near death after being struck by a truck, the words of Seattle's finest were "Don't jog to work you dumb fuck!"  It was just another day at work for the cop, but for this man it was clearly his worst ever.

"Mr Nelson was left with a broken back, cracked ribs and fractured skull. But it wasn't until weeks later, as his lawyers tried to discover who was at fault in the accident, that they came across video footage of the police officers' disrespectful comments." - Dailymail

These Seattle cops are apparently disturbed after having been summoned by a call from their local coffee doughnut shop to do the jobs taxpayers like this jogger pay them to do.

After the story broke, the the Seattle police department went into publicity mode to pull themselves out of the mess with:

Deputy police Chief Clark Kimerer told the KIRO 7 network that the officer's behaviour was 'unacceptable'.  He said: 'We expect 100 percent professionalism from our officers. We also, with them, have to recognize that they are often in stressful situations and also that there is sometimes more than meets the eyes.  The incident is the subject of an internal investigation.  Dailymail

A Disturbing Microcosm of Tyranny At City Council Meeting Causes Outrage

In a disturbing microcosm of tyranny, this story is a good example of those who view themselves as having powers above and beyond those granted by the U.S. Constitution. Abuse of power is running rampant all across America primarily because those who wield it are corrupt.

In this example, a priest who's been attending hearings the past five years at the Pensacola City  Council in Florida, was making a very calm intelligent case for the council's violation of the First Amendment.  Near the end when the priest called their actions "a sick and gross abuse of power", those particular words set off Council President Sam Hall.

A disturbing microcosm of tyranny at a city council meeting.  Near the end of the priest's statements one of the female council members expresses anger and leaves the chamber. 

At last night’s meeting, Monk told the council they had no right to dictate the content of their speech, and suggested that they instead examine any actions by the city that would prompt such comparisons.

“As Americans, we have the right to redress our government without fear of being arrested,” he said. “Whether or not they’re connecting dots from Hitler to George Wallace to Barney … you should be asking, ‘well what are we doing that’s allowing people to connect those dots?’ It was a sick and gross abuse of power.”

Council President Hall interrupted Monk at that point. “Your time is up, sit down,” he said. “No, I have a minute and 12 seconds left,” Monk said, looking at the timer at the speaker’s lectern. “I’m ruling you out of order,” Council Urges Civility, Threatens Priest With Arrest - Pensacolaidgest.com

In the video, note the tone and nature of the council member's order to the priest, as if he's some kind of king talking to his slave.  The police should not have obeyed the council member's request to remove the priest from the podium.  When you have corrupt officials in government they have no concerns for the U.S. Constitution and will arrest anyone who they feel threatens their power. 

YouTube Cat & Baby Video Raises Questions of Safety

This is a very interesting video (below) showing a sweet cat using its mothering skills on a human baby soothing it to sleep.  In spite of this sweet cat, parents shouldn't let a cat or any animal for that matter, near a baby unattended. 

I don't care how sweet and innocent these cats appear, they still have deeply embedded instincts any move a baby makes could trigger an attack.  The warmth from a baby could attract a cat to lay on the baby with excessive crushing weight.  See Cat Suffocates Baby - NY Ties Abstract

In spite of this sweet cat, danger's present.  Allowing any animal near a baby unattended isn't a good idea.

I absolutely love cats but still would never allow one to roam around a baby unattended.

Cheryl Meril: 'I Never Threatened Sheila Rogers'. Edmond Wollmann's Blog Is Unlawful Harassment

I've been accused all over the Internet by a complete stranger with false claims I threatened Sheila Rogers, former Random Notes gossip columnist and special feature writer for Rolling Stone Magazine from 1986-1991 who later worked for David Letterman.  I just wanted to say for the record that I didn't threaten Sheila Rogers, who was a former high school classmate violinist in an orchestra class we attended for four years. Certain men had an overwhelming need to make a huge conflict out of something that was really none of their business to begin with. What happened involving my emotionally imbalanced letters has since been expunged as a misdemeanor that was issued way back in 1989, over 22 years ago. 

"An expungement means the conviction has been reversed and forgiven by the court.  I had this misdemeanor matter expunged in 2007 and this idiot Edmond Wollmann is still writing on a wordpress blog about something that is really none of his business as if it's today's news.  This is nothing more than a mind control psyop.  The fact is that normal well balanced people could care less, including Sheila Rogers who hasn't had anything to say or write about this 22 year old issue whatsoever."  -  Cheryl Meril

This is how long ago 1989 was:

• A baby born then would be 21-22 years old in 2011.
• I was still in my 20's 
• The worldwide web didn't exist (not until 1990).
• Pentium computers wouldn't be invented for four more years. 
• The CD player was a recent invention.

I'm certain Ms. Rogers has long forgiven my hallucinogenic mushroom induced unstable behavior as I have myself.  Ms. Rogers knows well by now that my problem was beyond my ability to control.  It was nothing personal since I had a letter writing addiction. Letter mailing made me feel I was getting something accomplished, taking care of business and influencing change.  In the 1980's I had mailed off hundreds of letters to many people who I occasional heard back from including the late Armand Hammer.   After I was convicted of a misdemeanor in 1989, it didn't stop Xerox from hiring me where I worked for nearly two years. 
  

In view of this endless harassment of me by Mr. Wollmann, I thought I'd mention that many people are unaware Megan's List rapists are protected by law from this kind of harassment I've endured over the years.  In other words, if you ever happen to have the misfortune of a child rapist living in your building, you'd be barred by California law from harassing them, including trying to pressure them to move. California Woman Accused of Embezzling $470K From Bookkeeping Clients

Paige Jones Hibbits, 69, recently of Camarillo, California, has been charged with embezzling at least $470,000 from several bookkeeping clients of her business, Jones Hibbits, LLC, including Scarborough Farms Inc. of Oxnard, California.  According to authorities, Hibbits has used a variety of aliases, including Pearl Hibbits, Pearl Klenoski, Pearl Jones, Paige Jones, and Pearl McClelland.  Prosecutors allege that Hibbits executed more than 50 fraudulent transactions, including fraudulent checks and electronic funds transfers for her own benefit over a 2 year period.  Specifically, Hibbits has been charged with felony counts including forgery, money laundering, grand theft, computer fraud and aggravated white collar crime.  Media reports indicate that Hibbits has a previous a felony conviction in 2004 for embezzlement and forgery.  She was also arrested in 1990 for assault with a deadly weapon and spent time in state prison.  Ironically, Hibbits was named the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce's Woman of the Year in 2010. - Fraud Talk Blog

Unfortunately Edmond Wollmann, being the very well documented problematic individual he is, has thought it his business to post a 22 year old non-event on his cowardly anonymous blog as if it's today's news.  As if I wasn't punished enough many times over as I have been throughout the years!  If a cop sees a violation of a restraining order on your record, he will go for your throat in whatever situation he finds you in.  I've been forced to move several times over the years thanks to that restraining order violation on my record from 1989 and have been greatly affected by the discrimination I've encountered from it.  Yet, look at what San Francisco is doing to protect felons and Megan List rapists!  The government's being documented bending over backwards to help them.

I have evidence from his former attorney's email disclosure that Mr. Wollmann had something to do with a sick blog about me full of hundreds of vile and defamatory posts that caused me to file a lawsuit against him.

Wollmann also testified at a court hearing he spends all of his time on the Internet, another red flag the court overlooked.

My final analysis is the government has been aiding, abetting and protecting criminals while overblowing and entrapping certain targeted people over ridiculous civil matters such as these. The court overlooked my evidence (deposition statements, lawyer's disclosure) against Mr. Wollmann while seeking to severely sanction and fine me for filing a lawsuit against him.  The guilty party continues with his blog about me in a dispute he manufactured from day one while he's requesting $586,000 through collection agencies. 

Future of America: Witch Hunts, Torture, Interrogation Thanks to NDAA

If you want just a hint of what's in store for America's future thanks to Obama signing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Thursday, check out this video of an Italian Appellate Court's scathing review of the prosecutor's conduct in the Amanda Knox case.  There was no evidence against her nor any motive, yet she spent four years behind bars under intense media scrutiny. Amanda Knox wasn't initially even given access to a lawyer while they interrogated her for days in a foreign language she didn't understand.  When these beasts put Amanda behind bars, a prison guard tried to molest her.

Unlike the Italians, the U.S. government has recently granted itself the authority to make U.S. citizens disappear for any reason, including being under mere suspicion.  Based on recent changes in U.S. law, this means even the Italian government has a better system to vet out fraudulent cases brought against innocent people than America does. Think about the fact that under America's new system of government, Amanda Knox wouldn't even get a trial.

Americans are so asleep at the wheel to allow their government come to this.   I've personally observed the weakness in the court system over the years that is highly political, welcoming perjury while deliberately omitting relevant facts.  Arrogance among judges, police and lawyers runs rampant.

Kids React to Worst Christmas Gifts Ever (Hoax)

This is a hilarious video showing the results of Jimmy Kimmel asking parents to do a hoax on their kids giving them bad gifts for Christmas.  Some question if this hoax is too cruel.  I found many of the videos entertaining and others disturbing.  You can decide if this kind of hoax is a good idea.  Some children can handle it while others can't going on vulgar name calling binges.

I recall when my mother gave me a cheap drug store $3.00 candle in a shoe box for my 21st Birthday I thanked her while thinking her to be out of her mind.  It wasn't a hoax.

Today America Officially Died

 

Today MSNBC's promoting on its home page a calculated propaganda campaign on behalf of the U.S. government to distract the insidious act of Obama's intent in signing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) today. The legislation will enable the U.S. government to imprison and even torture American citizens indefinitely without trial or any evidence.

It's interesting to note the timing of the announcement and ceremonies surrounding ending the Iraq war all over the major media is happening on the very same day the final death blow comes to America with Obama's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act.  Attorney Matt Weidner's one American who sees the writing on the wall:

Americans have been asleep at the wheel a very long time watching their televisions an average of 4-6 hours a day.  Much like Alzheimer's patients, many Americans have no idea what's been done to their former country that's being dismantled with each passing day.

I guess this is as good a time as any to use the metaphor of the historic Baldwin Hills dam break that happened 49 years ago in Los Angeles on this day in December 14, 1963 to describe the state of American politics. At the time it was built in 1951, the dam was publicized as a gem of engineering feat the community was told we should have been proud of. Thanks to the local government's claims of safety, people who moved into their homes beneath the dam never thought twice of any potential danger to their properties. Germany Defuses Massive WWII Bomb - Can We Defuse Dangerous Minds to Prevent WWIII?

Back to the future from WWII in the 21st Century -- Germany just went through one of its largest evacuations in its history over a 1.8 ton British bomb from WWII and a smaller 275-pound U.S. bomb. The larger bomb was discovered last month after the Rhine river's water levels fell exposing the underwater threat.  The bomb could have caused massive damage to the city of Koblenz so the city's government acted quickly coordinating 2,500 members of local police, firefighters and paramedics to address the bomb defusing.   The evacuation and shelter of nearly 50,000 residents was necessary because such a tremendous bomb could have caused massive damages had it exploded.

Some 45,000 residents, living within a radius of about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the bomb site had to leave their houses early Sunday before the evacuation order was lifted in the evening, the city said on its website. Apparently Germans are use to such WWII bombs being found but this one in particular was very serious due to its massive size.  I couldn't imagine how I'd feel knowing potential dangers lurk over undetonated bombs from decades ago.  Obviously it takes something dramatic to cause such a bomb to go off, but defusing the threat is viewed as absolutely necessary.

Historic CALA Foods Final Hours Since 1960 Servicing Nob Hill San Francisco

Yesterday I stopped by to pay my respects to our Nob Hill community's CALA foods grocery store that was just hours away from closing after having serviced the community 24 hours a day since 1960.   Millions of people must have passed through its doors and a lot of American history went down since then.

Trader Joes and a CVS Pharmacy is purported to be in line to take over the space within two months. Unfortunately, San Francisco's planning department has stalled the transition until late 2012 in part thanks to complaints from Nob Hill Liquor over fears TJ's low wine prices will put them out of business.  I guess Nob Hill Liquor never considered it would be boycotted for attempting to block a much needed grocery store in the community. I certainly won't ever be buying anything from Nob Hill Liquor.

We don't want San Franciscans to have to rely on liquor stores for our  grocery needs.  I can't believe what kind of people would try to block a community grocery store simply because they don't want competition for their wine sales. This isn't Napa wine country, there are thousands of people in the area, including at a large local St. Francis Hospital,  who need better access to a grocery establishment.

This story's been well circulated so I wanted to just put in my two cents. It appears powerful people got notary public Tracy Lawrence's, 43, cooperation and eternal silence prior to her being a witness in a massive fraud case against Lenders Procssing Services (LPS). When someone takes her own life due to being under tremendous pressure such as this, it's clear why.

They were going to let Tracy Lawrence get off with a slap on the wrist of a one year jail sentence and small fine in return for her testimony against the brains behind the fraud.  It makes no sense she couldn't handle what probably would have likely amounted to a six month jail sentence and steady income from potential media appearances.

Why is John Tennant of Tennant's Mobile Tax Service Such a Cantankerous Old Fart?

**Update*** I obtained an IP address from this post's comment section to learn John Tennant left a harassing comment on November 29, 2011 demonstrating months later he's still partaking in a childish harassing mindset reminiscent of junior high school.  He claims he's been falsely accused and that he believes he knows the "real Cheryl Meril" .  The fact is, I stand up to bullshit Mr. Tennant and you're clearly full of it.

It's difficult for me to comprehend that, in spite of human beings' ability to be highly intelligent thinkers, men are largely behaving as predators like never before in our culture. Such men believe the Internet allows them the right to cyber stalk, annoy and harass women they otherwise would have no access to.  I've therefore come to the conclusion that the Internet is definitely a Satanic device for mind control enabling demonic spirits to run wild in seeking victims for undue illusory based power and domination.  

One such predator I've encountered recently on a notary forum is John Tennant at Tennants Tax Service & Notary Public in San Diego who has been unjustly cyber stalking me for no just cause.  I find insecure men often do this when they're looking to exploit another's vulnerability due to their insecurity with being fat ugly old men. When they do such an irrational thing such as look up a woman on the Internet for no valid reason and without her permission as is etiquette, that's a violation of one's privacy and a strike against someone's character.

After I was rudely cyber stalked, I did a tremendous favor for Mr. Tennant enabling him to obtain supporters in his Linkedin network where he had only one connection.  I thought it sad for a man with 15 years in business to only have one connection, so I pointed it out on the forum inviting others to sign up.  As a result of my help, Mr. Tennant now has three Linkedin supporters in a matter of a few minutes. 

It's become crystal clear that the net's being used to entrap innocent victims, especially women. The more the frustrated old white men with little to no future in America use the Internet, the more problems there will be for certain women one way or another.  I've noted a few men are definitely acting with predatory motives in order to unleash their secret demons on selected female victims.

I don't go to the gym a few times a week and take such good care of myself to be plagued with fat ugly old men on the Internet that happens far too often.  If you'd like to see a photo of Mr. Tennant simply Google his name, he's no Kenny Rogers.  Why don't these men know their place these days? How dare he cyber stalk me, I did absolutely nothing wrong to him or anyone else. These guys are cowards picking on women who don't play their game.  If I were that ugly, that I very well may be one day, I'd stay in my old fart chess players club and stay out of trouble.
 
I'll be praying as a good Christian woman should that Mr. Tennant will go open a Bible some time and effectively suppress his dark primal urges as well as develop his Linkedin profile.  In the mean time, it's very sad I had to post this to counter such a miserable stranger's behavior.
