Judge Edward Burke Caught On Video Ordering False Arrest

This is a prime example of how people in the legal field often lie and commit perjury against innocent citizens. Ademo Freeman had been sentenced to five days in jail by Judge Edward Burke from Keene District Courthouse in New Hampshire. The charges were for contempt due to, get this, "wearing a hat in court". (A video of that ridiculous incident is also posted below.)  The victim later wanted to ask a few questions about what a waste of tax payer money such a sentence was so he awaited the judge one day leaving his quarters.

When the judge came out, Freeman began asking questions in a professional manner (transcript posted below).  As Freeman followed the judge up the stairway, at the top of the stairs the judge was greeted by law enforcement that was promptly asked to falsely arrest Freeman for allegedly "threatening him".  Little did Judge Burke know, Freeman had a hidden video camera having recorded the conversation.

The opening of this video has an annoying heavy metal opening but quickly will get to the footage of the incident (obviously some band is promoting their music this way, quite clever I must say.)

(Judge Burke enters the building)

Freeman: “Judge Burke, can I ask you a few questions about a hat … and how that constitutes contempt.”

(Burke ignores him and heads for the stairs)

Freeman: “You think people want to pay for somebody to be in jail for five days for wearing a hat?”

(Burke continues to ignore him as he walks up the stairs with Mueller walking behind him)

Freeman: “It’s kind of ridiculous to waste tax-payer money on something like that, isn’t it?

(Burke reaches the top of the stairs)

Freeman: “Sir, I just want to have a conversation.”

(Burke opens the door and motions to the bailiff)

Burke: “Bailiff, bailiff, this person is threatening me about a decision I just made.”

Freeman: “I’m not threatening you ….”

Freeman is then taken into custody and thrown in jail where he spent two nights before he was bailed on a donated $5,000 bond.  On Wednesday, after viewing the above video, the district attorney’s office dropped the charges.

Judges who abuse their power run rampant in the judicial system.  This judge is clearly in contempt of the best interests of the taxpayers! Thank God for video cameras that always tell the truth.

Here's a bit more evidence of blood sucking tyrants among the British royal family tree, so you better cancel that European vacation in case they start to backslide. According to author Dr. Richard Sugg, as early as the 18th Century the British royals consumed flesh among other parts of the human body. Dr. Sugg claims the human body has been widely used as a therapeutic agent with the most popular treatments involving flesh, bone or blood.

We're not just referring to Egyptian mummy dust here, but that of consumption of, please excuse me as my stomach's acting up at the moment, human fat, flesh, bone, blood, brains and skin.  According to his research, Dr. Sugg says the cannibalism practice wasn't just limited to monarchs having been a full blown industry of medicine:

As many already know, the Bible is full of references to "drinking Christ's blood".  When I was a kid I never thought twice of this odd symbolism at Catholic church. Today I see it has far more meaning as a potential introduction of cannibalism and vampiring.  Catholics' symbolic eating the flesh of Christ with the priest's wafer offering known as "communion" has also always struck me as odd.  How bizarre it all seems especially now that I know cannibalism was widespread throughout history.

According to Dr. Sugg, the last recorded instance of this practice in Germany fell in 1865.  Or is it?  Don't the Chinese harvest organs having their little mobile execution vans around town enabling them to quickly expedite such items on the open market? Cyber Stalker Time Sucking Vampires!

For those who don't know yet, a cyber stalker's a lost soul, a cowardly person who poses behind multiple identities to defame and sabotage their victims on the Internet. They spend all their time on the Internet because they have no real life being kind of like zombie vampires. The reason for the cyber stalker's unnatural lifestyle is primarily due to not developing themselves or lives so they're busy trying to destroy others in the interim.  They're really seeking to suck the life force out of their victims virtually.

After I discontinued singing and sold all my equipment in 2008 due to cyber attacks, I decided to become more community oriented and to find a means to assist people who need my services. I got a new education and started my own businesses. I then attempted to settle the dispute with the cyber stalkers who have insisted on falsely accusing me for many years. They are truly despicable, low down dirty men and one in particular's clearly chosen the path of wanting to destroy my life no matter what it takes. 

A problematic Edmond Wollmann admitted at a San Diego Superior Court hearing to spending all his time on the Internet.  Other observers have put in a lot of time with web sites and articles documenting this often cloaked person's on-line activities since the late 1990's.  Still, the judges in San Diego wanted to blame me for the dispute overlooking clear evidence in order to stick to a script of some alleged crazy woman out to falsely persecute him.

Back in 2007 it was a vulnerable period for me since I was attempting to start a new career as a local jazz singer in San Francisco. I was working with local jazz pianists Ken Muir and Michael Smolens towards my goals. I was taking voice lessons and appearing live with a jazz trio for the first time in decades.  I was recording my own compositions two of which were reviewed and accepted for commercial distribution by Taxi Music Services.  I was doing all the right things, not just dabbling in some delusional mindset. I was also working three hours a day on strengthening my voice using Brett Manning's singing course.  

As a former singer with a blog and videos (since removed), I was more vulnerable to opening emails from strangers.  This isn't at all an uncommon experience for artists especially who've had the same problem I've encountered.

Desperate Astrologer Edmond Wollmann Demands $576,000 Blackmail Pay-Off From Me

A self published astrologer Edmond Wollmann, a/k/a a small apartment complex building manager in San Diego, is having various collection agencies and a law firm contact me claiming he is owed $576,000 in damages for the lawsuit I filed in 2009.  The suit was later dismissed in 2010 but not before my presenting damning evidence of Mr. Wollmann's unclean hands involvement in a defamatory blog with hundreds of insanely obsessive posts about me.

The dispute had begun in 2007 based on these initial emails of a lawsuit threat in which I was also being held hostage over a false allegation regarding former SFGate writer Violent Blue and death threats. This person seems to be desperately headed for a possible breakdown in his realization he won't be getting any money for his alleged damages. I believe my life is possibly endangered so I wanted to therefore document what's currently taking place regarding someone I believe is inherently unstable whose beginning to realize his long 4 1/2 year intense and obsessive campaign has thus failed to destroy my life.  In fact, my life's been getting stronger by the day since the dispute.

After I filed the lawsuit in June of 2009, Mr. Wollmann and his former attorney Randall Dierlam in San Diego never filed a motion for Summary Judgment to dismiss the case, nor filed any counter lawsuit.  It wasn't until nearly four months later in October and after the deposition  (also see full text of deposition) that Mr. Dierlam admitted in an email Mr. Wollmann was involved in a malicious sick blog about me claiming I was a felon and forger.  Here's just a small sample of blog defamation among hundreds of obsessive  crazy posts about me by a complete stranger.

After Edmond Wollmann Lost His Attorney: San Diego Appointed Judge Robert Longstreth Became A Surrogate Attorney On His Behalf Feeling Sorry for Him.  (See Judge Longstreths' Court Transcript)

After Mr. Dierlam left the case, Mr. Wollmann walked into Judge Robert Longstreth's court in another jurisdiction of San Diego to falsely claim his life was being threatened by me.  Mr. Wollmann was responding to my sending the La Mesa Police to speak with him about his gun threat forwarded by email to me by him he posted on a forum. (See my email to La Mesa Police) Mr. Wollmann's gun related threat was related to the deposition I had recently conducted his son attended.  Please note I had already gone to the SFPD that was worthless claiming it didn't have the training nor technology to research cyber stalking crimes. They simply sent the case downtown where it got lost in a black hole.  I had also contacted the San Diego District Attorney's office that requested the SF cyber stalking case be moved to San Diego but couldn't get San Francisco to cooperate with the request.

Mr. Wollmann immediately thereafter walked into Judge Longstreth's court to lie he felt I had somehow threatened he and his son's life based on former blog posts from several months prior. Here's the respective answer I filed that Longstreth's Court completely disregarded.  From then on, the Court used these outrageous accusations as a means to manhandle and dominate me, to completely overlook my side and later to even prevent my testimony after I flew 500 miles to defend myself from false accusations.  Judge Longstreth had essentially hijacked my entire case from the other jurisdiction making a blanket statement accusing me of having the "wrong man."

Mr. Wollmann was later allowed to file a counter suit several months late without an attorney and outside statutory law.  Counter lawsuits are only allowed up to 120 days (four months) and typically most people file within 90 days of the lawsuit process.  In this case, the counter suit was filed eight months into the lawsuit being technically invalid and thus kicked out by the San Diego court clerk. My contracted attorney told me the case was never filed that it had never appeared on the court's docket.  My attorney also disclosed that there was no hearing scheduled to take place after I dismissed the case. In a second opinion, another attorney told me as far as he was concerned, the case was completely over and there would be no further hearings.  Oddly, a secret hearing followed thanks to Judge Longstreth's influence and former threats to me over the case.

The San Diego Superior Court ignored red flags Mr. Wollmann spends all of his time on the Internet aside from being a building manager to a small apartment complex where he lives.

Regardless of this information, Mr. Wollmann claims the court awarded him $576,000 + in damages that he clearly didn't incur from this dispute. To put it simply, this is a long twisted convoluted form of  blackmail the court participated in I will not be paying one cent towards.  Whatever Mr. Wollmann was awarded beyond his basic legal fees for Mr. Dierlam's services is blackmail money and nothing more. I will not be blamed for this man's long standing mental health and criminal mischief based behavioral issues nor be held responsible for them in any way.  This man is clearly out of his mind to even consider harassing me over such an obscene amount of money knowing full well I have no real property or tangible assets.  I haven't even owned a car since 1986 since riding scooters and electric bicycles. 

I Was Terrified to File a Lawsuit 

One might imagine how terrified I was to have to file a lawsuit in pro se since I couldn't afford an attorney. I was merely standing up for myself in the dispute and had even offered a non-monetary settlement agreement for this person to simply leave me alone and stop blogging nonsense about me.  What these San Diego Superior Court judges ultimately did to me was downright cruel, uncivilized and barbaric. So this is what our tax payer funds go to in America is a corrupt overtly political court system that seeks to destroy people's lives over ridiculous disputes such as these propagated by the paranoid mentally ill.  I'm referring to such unstable individuals as Mr. Wollmann who proudly admitted in a deposition to having run to the FBI when his web site no longer appeared at the top of the Google search engine (see Depo, 31:9, 13, 18).  We tax payers pay for this nonsense every day that the government clearly supports.

Cop Panics Calling 911 After Pot He Stole To Make Brownies Causes Him To 'Feel Dead'

This is an interesting story that happened back in 2007 about a now resigned Officer Edward Sanchez of Dearborn Michigan.  The officer stole some marijuana from a bust and gave it to his wife to bake brownies with.  Feeling disoriented and feeling like he was dying, the officer freaked out and called 911.    

"Honey, I just had a pot bust tonight, let's make some brownies!" - Probable conversation Officer Edward Sanchez had with his wife that later resulted in a phone call to 911.

Cop terrified he's dying after ingesting a "small chunk" of pot brownies.

As can be expected, there were no charges filed against the police officer for petty theft, nor illegal possession of drugs.  Cops commonly view themselves as above the law they use with great intensity against us. It's not enough that this officer resigned, he and his wife should have been charged and at least given probation for his criminal acts.  These cops think they're in the "in" crowd able to cover for one another and so do politicians.  One set of laws apply to them, another for us.

The last time I had marijuana was back in 1997 when a friend offered me hits one weekend prior to visiting a jazz club to watch his friend play saxophone.  I was under a lot of stress at the time living with a crazy roommate so the offer seemed attractive.  I even believed it when he said pot was legal in San Francisco and cops didn't care.  All week the stuff affected me at work when I was at Williams-Sonoma Corporate headquarters where I was feeling a little too mellow while losing my inhibitions.  The stuff stays in your system for days.  

Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-marijuana, but it can definitely affect you in the workplace since it stays in your system long after one weekend.  I haven't done any pot since and don't intend to in the future unless it's made legal.  Besides, wine is better in my opinion.

How To Deal With Traitorous U.S. Politicians Like Lamar Smith? Hang'em High!

I propose an appropriate response to recent twisted legislation of Lamar Smith, Rep. (Texas) is that the public form committees to decide which traitors to America should be hung.  Instead of dealing with the U.S. government's internal criminal trafficking of drugs, this insane depraved little man's been busy thinking up twisted ways of manufacturing felons for baseless nonsensical reasons. My First Colloidal Silver Dose Triggers Lucid Dream of Levitation

**Update*** - Colloidal silver is thus far working for me avoiding serious bouts of bronchitis.  I'll keep updating, especially as winter approaches.

I had no choice but to find an alternative to the pattern of my coming down with a common cold only for it to turn into full blown bronchitis in 10 days.  The generic version of penicillin, amoxicillin, was too hard on my system to use as an antibiotic.  The only alternative I could find was colloidal silver, something I could make at home for free after a small initial investment.  The idea seemed attractive, to have complete control over one's own antibiotic production, so I decided to give it a try. 
 
Last night I made my first batch of colloidal silver successfully in a couple hours and took my first tablespoon orally.  Various sources on the Internet suggest one tablespoon be taken orally a day, or to inhale the solution using a ultrasonic nebulizer. Inhaling the solution is the best delivery system for colloidal silver but the nebulizer is quite expensive for those like me on a budget.  I did manage to find the same ultrasonic nebulizer they sell at SilverLungs.com that retails for $119 for $49.00 on eBay through seller walkbeyond I'll be getting in the mail Monday.

Lucid Dream of Levitation May Be Subconscious Addressing Longstanding Health Issue

After I took my first tablespoon of colloidal silver I definitely felt the effects of it in my body and can't say it was a feeling of bliss. I figure the antibiotic is bringing the bad things to the surface to get rid of them.  Mostly I've felt tired and a little weak along with tingly sensations.  In fact, I had a strange lucid dream last night in which I levitated up to the ceiling. I figure it was just from watching those scary poltergeist videos I posted about a few days ago. See Poltergeists Shaking Things Up On YouTube.  Here's part of the dream:

"I heard someone knocking at my door. I went to the door and heard a woman leaving so I said 'are you still there?' As I was looking thru the crack in the door to see if I could see anyone, I saw a hallucination as if I had closed my eyes and there was a large round blue circle of light in the distance.  At that moment I began levitating up to the ceiling.  It all felt like it was really happening, not just a dream. I've had a few levitating dreams over the the years where I could have sworn I levitated off my bed crashing back down with a thud.  I came to the conclusion it was all happening in my brain and not in real life though.  I later thought I had sensations of levitating that were probably related to a health issue my subconscious was trying to let me know about. I figure maybe the colloidal silver is doing something related to that health issue which is why I had a lucid levitation dream again.  The other kind of repetitive dream I've had is also a likely health symptom.  Over the years I've had lucid dreams of pulling gobs of hair from my throat but have no idea yet what it represents.  All I know is that it's an unpleasant experience since I'm the type of person who gags if I find as much as a small piece of hair in my food. 

As I previously posted in Colloidal Silver Home Making Secrets Spread Like Wildfire,  anyone can make an inexpensive colloidal silver kit or buy a perfectly good inexpensive one for $89 that has the required two 99.99% pure silver rods.  One of the other necessities is a PPM meter I picked up from Amazon for $16.  I already had the laser pointer that's good to use to analyze the size of the silver particles in the water.  I decided to buy a few other things like nasal applicator and eye drop bottles from SilverLungs. When I get the time, I'll put up a video on how I make my colloidal silver.

I'm just crossing my fingers colloidal silver is the answer to my bronchial infection problem. In the meantime, I'll keep posting on my progress with this terrible bronchial infection that started with walking pneumonia when I was 12.  Since that time it's gotten progressively worse in my 40's and is now visiting me once a year slowly weakening my immune system.  It doesn't help to be riding a bicycle in 40 degree temps either.

I used to think 1913 was an enormous amount of time ago until I recently learned actor Kirk Douglas, who's still living today, was born in 1916. The reason the year 1913 is significant is because it marked a huge turning point in America's history when banking families (i.e., Rothchilds, Rockefellers) took over America's monetary system by means of the Federal Reserve Act. Thanks to President Woodrow Wilson being asleep at the wheel, America was taken off the gold standard and forever changed with phony fiat paper money printed out by the Federal Reserve.

This is the actor who played the gladiator slave in the classic movie Spartacus!



I really liked Spartacus and it came out the year I was born way back in 1960. He was a handsome young man at one time.

I've been having an uneasy feeling lately about how our world seems to be heading back towards the dark ages with all the recent worldwide riots and economic upheaval.  What am I to think when tourists can't even go on a sailing adventure without ending up roasted on a camp fire by a bunch of cannibals?

An adventurer and his girlfriend started a sailing trip back in 2008 and in September 2011 stopped off at the French Polynesian island of Nuku Hiva, near Tahiti.  American writer Herman Melville had visited the island in 1842 only to leave in a hurry when he began to suspect the locals were fattening him up for a feast.

So much for paradise on the high seas.  My question is why didn't this guy have any weapons?  Let this be a lesson that the next time you see one of those heavenly vacation commercials for the Pacific islands, don't forget about the cannibals who are apparently waiting in the wings for an abhorrent depraved barbecue. The Tahitian island natives clearly aren't vegans.  This is such a horrifying tragedy a young man's life was taken from him in such a depraved inhumane fashion.

Zombies Among Us

It's time for all living conscience human beings to begin taking note of the zombies that exist among them. A zombie can be defined as "an easily manipulated half human and half machine whose programmed and unable to do anything but carry out an agenda on behalf of programmers."  Like robots, zombies are unable to behave in any other manner then provided by their mentors.  Zombies have no free will of their own having been hijacked by forces stronger then their former vulnerable and/or dysfunctional state of existence.

How Zombies Come into Being

People who are at any time weak and vulnerable are easily converted into zombies because they can't bear to face the reality of life.  Many weak minded people react to any form of conflict or opposition by going into a state of denial, wanting to recreate reality to their specifications that often involves victimizing others. Other less aggressive zombies simply use television programming to feed their minds with how to deal with conflicts using various scripts they repeat throughout their lives.

How Zombies Operate

Zombies are largely soulless machines who have given over their lives and spirits to their programmers.  Their power comes from converting humans into their like minded selves and they rely strongly on infiltrating people's lives to cause or perpetuate fear.  Fear is a trigger that causes people to feel helpless to lose a sense of themselves to what zombies view as a higher power and authority.  The goal of zombies is to take over your mind and soul for them to use towards their collective goal.

How to Root Out Zombies

A zombie can easily be recognized because they have no creative spirit being prone to repeating the same scripts they've been programmed to carry out. They tend to view situations in black and white without any shades of gray oversimplifying complex matters thus causing their victims great distress and hardship.  If you feel someone is trying to convert you by attempting to force conformity to their programming, you know it's a zombie.  You can also tell a zombie by their soulless empty spiritless eyes that they are mere shells of their former human lives.

Zombies Feed Off Others' Energy Like Parasites

Zombies rely on affixing themselves to a host since they're not really conscious living beings.   In order to survive, zombies rely on 1) their programmer and 2) victims they seek to latch onto to siphon energy and resources from to convert for their use. Because zombies are really cowards, they often seek the easiest targets to obtain energy from, the mentally and emotionally weak, vulnerable and naive.

How to Avoid Becoming a Zombie

Try to dramatically streamline television watching.  Get in touch with what's really happening in day-to-day life.  Avoid relying on programmed scripts to deal with situations that pose conflicts.  When a zombie's trying to cause fear to deplete your energy, know it's only trying to hijack your life in order to zap your energy and resources for itself.  Get in touch with your unique sense of yourself, your own thoughts vs. what zombies wish for you to have.  Do whatever it takes to avoid having your life hijacked by spiritless programmed zombies.

Film 'From Drugs to Mugs' Shows Horrifying Pics of Meth Addicts

An educational film 'From Drugs to Mugs' was released as a follow-up the 2004 Faces of Meth project which highlighted the effects of methamphetamine use.  The photos show dramatic transformations of beautiful youth into  living dead zombies.  I posted a story last year so I thought I'd follow up about my disagreement with this film's propaganda. (See Before & After Faces of Crystal Meth).  Deputies who compiled these photos for the film are now claiming these are of all kinds of drug users in order to step up propaganda against pot use.

The fact is that neither pot nor cocaine produce these kind of dramatic effects on people's appearance in such short durations of time. There are millions of people from the 1960's, 70's and 80's in particular who have used pot and/or cocaine who have never become hard core drug users.  Whatever these misguided law enforcement people are saying to politicize against the use of marijuana is based on distortions of information.  The meth user's above photos are from 2001 and 2008. It took just seven years for a beautiful woman with model qualities to turn into a withered lifeless corpse. It was definitely meth. Many of us would like for law enforcement to step up their efforts against homemade meth labs instead of politicizing the use of pot as dangerous.

These photos are shocking and disturbing because we observe so many having obviously destroyed their lives and futures over the use of this extremely dangerous manmade drug meth.

It's so disheartening to read as I posted earlier, of insane judges issuing 10 year sentences for a first offenders sale of a dime bag of a natural herb based drug marijuana when it's clear meth is one of the biggest dangers.  (See Woman Who Sold Dime Bag of Marijuana Given 10 Year Sentence. . .) While pot has proven to have medicinal qualities a natural herb can offer, we don't read much about what is being done about meth by the judicial system and law enforcement. Well, at least I don't.  (The lady above transformation took 8 months in 2008 - facial scabs are a symptom of meth use)

The information about meth's dangers is largely overshadowed by the status quos obsession over the use of the natural herb drug marijuana.   Meth is cheap and simple to manufacture often done so in homes.  We rarely read about police busting meth labs being too busy setting up people for dime bag sales of pot.  This obsession with pot is probably due to hard core criminals being involved in meth that police would have to perform real and effective work to deal with.

Called to Jury Duty Over Police Politicizing a few Pot Plants Grown in Home in San Francisco

The status quo legal establishment can't seem to end its fixation on marijuana that it goes to the extent of ignoring posted certificates denoting doctor's approval of the growing of the herb in order to send a case to an expensive trial.  I was called on one of those trials last year for jury duty in San Francisco in which 400 people spent their day to learn there would be a 3 month trial of part-time days over what turned out to be police officers' lies.  The SFPD officers were obviously desperate for overtime that dozens of them worked on a case.  The jury found that a police officer who raided the home had clearly disregarded a medical certificate allowing the  plants being grown on the property. The defendant was a former decorated Viet Nam Vet and police officer, go figure.

As I've stated throughout this blog, the legal system is based on money, not justice. The cops wanted an easy case to obtain overtime and found it in a few pot plants being grown along with an unused rifle on the property.

Deputy Bret King, 45,  who put together these photos for the film is using them for propaganda. Deputy King's saying these photos depict all kinds of drug users who had begun using pot. Deputy King is promoting the idea that all of these people began using pot and cocaine who ultimately became hard core drug addicts. This is a fallacy since millions of people who have used those drugs at some time in their lives, including former Presidents Clinton and G.W. Bush, aren't drug addicts.

My main concern is this kind of police propaganda causes first time 25 year old offenders to obtain 10 year prison sentences by misguided judges.  Does it make any sense to destroy someone's life and future, worse than any herbal drug could ever do, by over politicizing such a thing? Pharmaceutical companies create children with addictive brains early in life by dispensing powerful mind altering dangerous drugs like Ritalin at a young age. Yet we don't hear Deputy King talking about the legal ways they're turning children into drug addicts early in life now do we?  Or how the CIA is trafficking in drugs since the Viet Nam war or how the war in Afghanistan is also about opium?

My main concern is how cops use this propaganda instead of doing their jobs properly.  Try going for the meth labs, not the dime bag first time pot  offenders you set up assholes!

Average Americans Embezzle Millions Yearly - Imagine What Damage U.S. Politicians Do!

Frequent visitors to this blog know by now whenever I present this series of embezzlers extracted from the Fraud Talk Blog I'm extremely busy.  I got a few calls early this morning and don't have time to blog.  I will comment however that if every day folks can think of schemes such as these, imagine what the professional con politicians have done with taxpayer funds that have created the debt crisis over the past few decades?  Just a little food for thought.

Northern California Man Pleads Guilty to Embezzling $250K
Ken “Shorty” Ames, believed to be in his 50s, of Eureka, California, pleaded guilty this week to charges he embezzled $250,000 from Pierson's Building Center where he had been employed as head of the store’s charge center responsible for vendors.  According to authorities, Ames' scheme spanned a five year period from at least January 1, 2006 until January 1, 2011.  He was sentenced to 270 days, plus 90 days already served in an alcohol treatment facility.  According to reports, Ames was a 20 year employee of the store and the thefts may have gone on for much longer than the 5 year period prosecutors focused upon.  Ames was also the coach of the Humboldt Crabs baseball team.  Read the story here, here and here.


Kentucky Man Sentenced For Embezzling Nearly $1 Million From Auto Dealership
Gregory Woods, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, was sentenced today to 8 years in prison for embezzling nearly $1 million from Toyota of Louisville where he had been employed as the dealerships used car manager.  According to authorities, over a five year period, Woods siphoned funds from the dealership to fuel a gambling addiction.  Woods was originally charged with 183 counts of theft by unlawful taking and forgery last August 2010.  Read the story here, here and here.



Ohio Union Leader Indicted For Allegedly Embezzling $757K
Diana Frey, 51, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was indicted today on federal charges she embezzled $757,009 from the Cincinnati Organized and Dedicated Employees Union where she had served as its president.  According to prosecutors, over a period of 6 1/2 years, since 2005, Frey siphoned funds from the union by fraudulently writing checks, making wire transfers, ATM withdrawals and credit card purchases to funnel members’ payments into her own accounts or use them for her own benefit.  She faces up to 20 years in prison, plus fines and restitution, if convicted.  Read the story here and here.


Colorado Man Charged With Embezzling $259K From Bank
Stephen Bradley "Brad" Budner, 32, of Windsor, Colorado, has been charged with embezzling more thanearly $259,000 from the Cache Bank and Trust in Greeley where he had been employed as a bank officer.  According to authorities, Budner administrative responsibility for various customers' retirement plans and, over a period of 3 1/2 years, from December 28, 2006 to May 29, 2010, redirected forfeited retirement funds in 45 transactions for his own benefit. Budner has reportedly repaid about $221,000, but faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted.  Read the story here and here.

New York Woman Pleads Guilty To Embezzling $617K - Blames Gambling Habit

Sharon Oczkowski, 58, of Whitesboro, New York, pleaded guilty today to charges she embezzled $617,000 from Eastern Star Home & Campus where she had been employed as a bookkeeper.  According to authorities, over a period of at least 4 years, from 2006 - 2010, Oczkowski wrote "hundreds" of checks for her own benefit, cashing them with a resident's account.  Oczkowski, who was originally charged last December, is reported to have spent the money at the Turning Stone Resort Casino.  She faces up to 13 1/2 years in prison, plus restitution upon sentencing, scheduled for September 13, 2011.  Read the story here, here and here.

Former Head Of Oregon Halfway House Pleads Not Guilty To Charges She Embezzled $213K

Laura Marie Edwards, 39, currently of Providence, Rhode Island, but formerly of Multnomah County, Oregon, pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges she embezzled  $213,787 from the Oregon Halfway House for which she had served as executive director.  According to authorities, Edwards skimmed the funds from the federal facility over a period of about 3 years, from 2007 to 2010.  Edwards reportedly skipped a June 27 court appearance, turning up at a Rhode Island hospital after an apparent attempted suicide.  According to reports, the internal investigation also determined that Edwards has embezzled from a California halfway house.  The specific method of embezzlement has not been revealed.  Read the story here, here and here.

Florida Woman Charged With Embezzling From Law Firm

Brenda Wolcott-Kelly, 53, of Sunny Isles, Florida, has been charged with embezzling at least $170,000 from the Fort Lauderdale-based law firm of Hermelee & Geffin, where she had served as office manager and paralegal.  According to authorities, Wolcott-Kelly siphoned funds to pay personal credit cards and other personal expenses over a several year period.  An investigation is continuing to determine the full scope of the embezzlement.  She is being held on $116,000 bail.  Read the story here and here. 

Michigan Woman Sentenced For Embezzling $180K From Orthodontist Office
Rhonda Lee Wilson, 58, of Ottawa County, Michigan, was sentenced to 8 months in prison and ordered to pay $180,415.04 in restitution for embezzling from the orthodontist practice of Dr. Daniel George and Dr. Cadie George, where she had been employed as office manager.  According to reports, over a period of at least 3 years, from 2007 through 2010, Wilson skimmed from the cash receipts and made payments to herself disguised as legitimate vendor payments.  Wilson, who was a trusted 28-year employee of  the practice, as part of a plea agreement, pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of embezzlement of between $50,000 and $100,000.  Read the story here and here.

White House Admits Secret Kill List of U.S. Citizens (Pioneered Since JFK, RFK, MLK?)

I've had a theory as to why U.S. politicians have sold out America to foreign interests. One just can't help but wonder why hundreds of men and women in the U.S. Congress, Senate and even in the U.S. Supreme Court have clearly decided to jump ship betraying the American people as full fledged traitors in favor of a world government. I think I may have found at least one reason for the betrayal besides the fact many politicians see the writing on the wall.

Imagine if you're an American politician trying to do your best to represent the interests of the American people.  You work hard fighting for justice and all the idealistic things the political system is supposed to stand for under the U.S. Constitution. You note there are a couple icons who stand out in recent history as having really stood up for the best interests of the American people in setting an example for other politicians to follow.  Who are these leaders?  The leaders names are respectively, John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.  Needless to say, these leaders were all slain, not by lone nuts, but by elements within the U.S. government that utilized well perfected psy-op techniques to set-up patsies. The U.S. has never been the same since.

That there's a very powerful dark force within the United States government to assassinate Americans deemed as enemies was recently confirmed by the White House admitting to the existence of a kill list.

This kill list was likely pioneered during the days of Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, the military complex and CIA in a coup to prevent John F. Kennedy's plans to put an end to the Viet Nam war and Federal Reserve.  Clearly, this admitted assassination list is nothing new. There's no trial, no jury, just authorized murder on behalf of those who see themselves as being above the law with dictatorial powers.

Here's where my theory begins, that time when the American people failed to bring proper intervention to those who covered-up JFK's murder that was a coup d'etat.  The American people had to do something more than accept the official government story otherwise the criminals would remain in power working on behalf of those shadow people behind the bloody curtain.

To put it simply, ever since the 1960's period politicians have a keen sense that if they don't work for the underlying dark side of government or pay lip service lying to get into office, they'd be duly assassinated. The late former congressman Sonny Bono's death is just another example. (See The Cover-up of Sonny Bono's Murder)  I believe had the American people been able to bring justice to the murder of JFK and sent the criminals to prison, the majority of politicians would have continued to work on the American people's behalf.  Sadly, after the 1960's, U.S. politicians saw their lives were on the line that representing the American people was going to be a martyr's game.  Survival is human nature and most politicians clearly went with a survival strategy.

I believe the reason President Obama so brazenly lies to the American people is because if he ever were to try implementing what he promised in his campaigns, the shadow people would assassinate him. Ron Paul's a clear exception but poses no real threat since the powers at be would never allow him to become President.  I propose Ron Paul's risking very little to run for President seeing how he's in his late years.  Unfortunately, it should be clear to anyone that Ron Paul will not  be allowed to become President of the United States, a country that may even collapse prior to the 2012 election.  (See  The Coming Economic Hell for American Families - The Economic Collapse Blog)  At this point in history, one man's leadership can't save the United States of America, those days are long over.

First and foremost, Americans have lost worldly clout since their currency is being downgraded and gradually removed as the world's monetary standard.  Sadly, U.S. politicians sold out America to the Chinese who are preparing to colonize its land through free trade zones such as 50 square miles in Idaho.  The Chinese government's been preparing to move part of its population into America to set-up manufacturing operations to replace American worker jobs. The Chinese government is a hostile country known for fascist brutality that will not be kind to Americans, not to mention their edible tasty pets, when they begin colonizing America through the trojan horse of free trade zones.  All this happened in my view due to Americans not standing up for justice and truth in the 1960's assassination of key leaders who would have made a difference had they been allowed to live.  Americans have since become dumb downed to such a degree most don't even know what's happening to them and their country anymore.

California Governor Jerry Brown's Blown It All 'Sky High' With Dream Act

In an earlier post, I asked the question if California Governor Jerry Brown's a time traveler since he apparently time traveled from the 1970's when I was  teenager in high school to be Governor again in 2011.  I've since learned the answer is an overwhelming "yes!"

Jerry's signing of the Dream Act gives free public education to illegal immigrants on California tax payer backs bringing back memories of some of the lost hits of the 1970's era. Hits such as his former flame's Linda Ronstadt's You're No Good and  Jigsaw's Sky High come to mind with Governor Brown's latest betrayal, not to mention Disco Inferno (aka Burn Baby Burn) from the disco era.

For those who haven't heard these songs in decades, it's a real treat.  For those who weren't born or too young to remember back then, you may find this music interesting at the very least.

Believe it or not, music really meant something more than money to people back in the 1970's.  This is a time traveler's song Sky High from 1975 that has since catapulted itself into 2011 to tell Governor Jerry Brown he's blown it for California tax payers he stole from by signing the Dream Act.  Fool!
